Gooday all, my name is OJUBI, I am based in porthar court and I am about to start a pig farm but I have a problem.
I don't know were to buy the exotic breed for my start-up.
Please can someone help and recommend were I can have 5 females and 1 male of either Landrace, yorkshire, sported, duroe, or berkshire breeds or combined?
Can I get these breeds in port harcourt or any nearby town for easy transportation?
All the same provided they can be safely transported to my farm I don't mind buying them wherever I can find them thanks.

This will tell us you need help and we ll be willing to help. Not for you to caption it as if you are helping us and then come to ask for help.
However there is a blog on this same business section about poultry which is currently on page 53, start from page one, take your time, make sure u read and understand every thing to the last page and your poultry management skills will be sharpened especially if you can also save all the pictures there.

Dear siena, pls I need your help on this issue too.
I drive a toyota rav 4 98 model, it drinks fuel like a duck fowl drinks water in the dry season. I complained to my mechanic, he claimed the air-flow metre is bad, I bought a new one yet the problem still exist up till today.
Using public transport I pay just 200 naira to go to church and come back, but if I use my car I must buy fuel for 1000 naira for that distance and by the time I am coming back my metre will already be warning me of low fuel.
Please what do I do?

Currently there is a thread about poultry production in the business section on nairaland, it has become a block now as it is on 53 pages now, you can learn every thing u need to know about poultry farming there. You will also see that so many youths have done the responsible thing by taking their future into their hands and not waiting for employment anymore. I personally have just finish building my poultry/goattry farm, to start production by january.
