Doctors are physicians and dentists under the regulation of Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria, (MDCN). Opticians are not doctors. However, Optometrists are doctors, but not under the regulation of MDCN. Physicians and dentists start on level 12 which is equivalent to CONMESS 3, step 3. However, optometrists earn much lower than the physicians and dentists. I hope I have enlightened you.

The guy even asked me if I wanted to have it officially and it would cost me 18.5k and about 2 weeks before it could be ready. You need to go back to school as it is obvious you are educationally illiterate here.
