China is not giving this loan to any Nigerian company or individual, the money is used directly to put the infrastructure on ground, the Minister does not have access to the money neither does the ministry of transportation. There is no money to lobby the National assembly members with. The Minister supervises the implementation only. I repeat this loan cannot be used by thieves.

I watched the debate live and I took notes out of it, most of the figures Obi was quoting from China, which I later searched on google were all blatant lies.
