We are doing great team mate. Presently 36wks5days. On weekly antenatal schedule now. Anything i can do to reduce baby's weight? Scan at 33wks says baby weight is 2.5kg. Doc wants me to do another scan on monday cos he says baby is too big.

By now we should be 21, 20, 19, 18 and 17 weeks. I wonder if any of us have checked/seen sex of baby yet. I'm 20 weeks today, I'm really pumped 19 weeks to go, seems just like yesterday when I was puking my guts out. God has been faithful.

So few weeks ago I posted that my baby was weighing 1.25kg at 30 weeks though my Dr said it wasn't something to worry about as I had 10 more weeks to go. I actually had a bike accident at 30 weeks and was admitted for some days. Last week d Dr discovered intra-uterine growth restriction (IUGR) weighing 1.9kg at 34weeks. I was told to keep eating healthy while they continue monitoring me with Doppler scan.

Finally relocated to Benin, only or me to register yesterday @ Ubth and was given a shocker of my life. baby is still measuring 30 weeks at 35 that's 5 whole weeks behind. Dr here said its possible the accident affected the placenta hence insufficient nutrients supply to the baby
I've been asked to do a repeat Doppler scan, that will determine whether to induce me at 37weeks or not
I've really been down. I never expected the journey to turn out this way. My bump is no longer growing pls mamas say a word of prayer for my baby I so need a miracle right now

I had a terrible acne when i was pregnant with my dota. It clears gradually after delivery but with this pregnacy, my face and skin is so smooth that people ask what my secret is.
Hoping for a boy as well.

pls i need solution to this stomach pains that radiate from my lower abdomen to my upper abdomen. was at the hospital yesterday, did scan and was told all is well. no fibroid, no cysts. doctor said that there are some pains which is beyond explaination. am hungry but scared to eat cause of pain and vomiting, can't take fluids cos na vomit get me. am just 9wks gone . with all these complain to doc, i was only given paracetamol and paludine for malaria preventive

I had same experience with my first, the pains got worse as the uterus was stretching
My mum brought in coconut oil for me when it became unbearable as medications given seemed not effective too. I took a table spoon daily( in tea) for sometime and it relieved me a bit. I can't remember when exactly though but it seems the pains disappeared after delivery.i only feel it once in a long while especially when Im not eating well

Good am mamas, pls anyone battling with stomach ulcer? pains is out of this world and antacid is not relieving the pains. had same experience with my dota and dont want to be in and out of hospital cos of ulcer again . any safe natural remedy will be welcome.
secondly have been cramping seriously most especially at nyt, told my doctor but she said we should observe for another 48hrs .hope its normal to ve cramps at 6wks

exactly the type i got for my dota.i gave out the baby carrier and bag that came with it cos it's not too strong. I secondly becareful when handling it cos my dota and nephew broke one of the supporting rail @ 6months old.
