Hello mamas.....the last time I posted here happily announcing my bfp, I miscarried.
Now I'm pregnant again, so I'm back here....thank God for giving me this opportunity again. ..morning sickness was intense last week but it's better now.. I'm over seven weeks now. ...I haven't gone for scan yet, I think it's early....or what do you guys think? Looking forward to announcing my childbirth here....hmmm.. ..I realized getting pregnant is one thing and carrying the baby full term is another.... May no more miscarriage be recorded here IJN....happy to be back!

@okeoghene4real..do not despair..I believe your baby is just fine..do a repeat scan and if possible get a second opinion..and besides if ur LMP is 15th April den you can't be 6wks6d based on dat scan..abi is it me dat doesn't know calculation?and den how have you been?any spotting?if No den no worries by Gods grace.. All would be fine..worry not please..I've read a testimony of a lady on TTC thread with same issue and she has a healthy baby of 5yrs or so..not sure where d post is..but I'll try to check it out

hi mamas in the house.
went for obstetrics scan today and am really not happy with d result i got. might have to repeat d scan or seek a second opionion .

obstetricd scan result:

* uterus : a bulky,gravid uterus is noted in a retroverted position harbouring a single gestational sac with a non viable fetal pole of CRL-0.90cm corresponding to 6 weeks 6 days G.A, EDD : 17/02/16
-- No fetal heart pulsation noted.

* cervix is closed

* Adnexae: nothing remarkable

* Cul-de-sac: free.

IMPRESSION: missed abortion

my lmp was on 15th of april.
show the result to my doc and he said i shud repeat the scan next week but am really scared

Thank God with me as my prince charming arrived yesterday morning through CS has my baby never ready to come but they force him through induction and hot water dey pass to my anus . pls kindly assist my baby in prayer cos he was sock in the water for hours. my prince is currently in infants warmer to drain the water from his body

Congrats dear. Nothing will happen to ur prince. He will be fine. God will glorify Himself in the life of ur son and it will all end in praise dear.

My dear I know this feeling oh am also 10 wks plus and my own tiredness us very extreme, sometimes when I am doing my morning devotion I get short of breath, I have to calm down and gain myself back. I complained to my Dr and was told the tiredness can be associated with not eating well. Every time you feel tired try and eat something or drink tea. I have learnt to fight the no appetite thing cause it not helping try and eat something. My Dr said not eating can also make the throwing up to be more cause the acids in the stomach are reacting to no food. Try eat no matter how little if you don't feel better see your Dr.

Thanks so much. Will be forcing myself to eat from henceforth. Did u experience stomach ulcer and heartburn? My dr recommend Cinetidine tablets for the ulcer but anytime I take d medication, the vomiting intensify. Have stopped using it

Good day mamas in the house. Am 10 weeks gone. For the past one week have been experiencing general body weakness couple with loss of appetite. Having been throwing up too.
Is this normal or should I seek medical attention immediately?

Antacids are safe in pregnancy. I suffered terrible indigestion with my first baby and it was gaviscon that helped me all through.

Google it and check gaviscon website it says safe for pregnancy.

Get a second opinion from another doctors though

Does your dr want you to suffer from the harsh effect of stomach acid irritating your intenstines, throat and osoephagus??

Never heard of ulcer medications being contra indicated in pregnancy, check the internet yourself and see, in the interim seek a second opinion, but I use antacids with no ill effect on my babies....

In short, don't listen to that doctor!! Runnnnn

Hello house, any idea on what I can use to surpress heart burn and stomach ulcer. The ulcer is so severe, went to see my Doctor,said nothing can be administer due to my preg.

Went to see my Doc this evening to complain of all symptoms but was told its normal .

But the throwing up is really weighing me down.

Hi house, am 8weeks pregnant and this happen to be my first pregnancy.
Always feeling tired and cramps on my lower abdomen. Vomiting and loss of appetite. Are all this normal.

Yea, becos most women can't really adjust to the hormonial changes in their body, they may b irritated sometyms,mood swings are very common. At one tym she will b hating u,at other she'l b making lov 2 u.Her growing baby and changing body needs proper rest,in which the hubby play a major role.

Back to Tara and jordan, jordan was never there for Tara considering the changes her body is going thru cos of her preg and knowing what she went thru just to have eugene(.high risk preg)
I know jordan has to be there for Mich but Tara also needs her hubby. It is not easy sha to be caught in a cross line considering that tara and mich are both preg. Who should he abandon and who should he care for?
Tara his wify or Mich his little sis?
