Dynssy:

I'm more than a little amused at your response smiley smiley smiley smiley, and on the other hand, also surprised shocked shocked shocked. Have u ever had to make a personal decision and u asked people's view based on which you drew a conclusion? The question wasnt, 'if you had diamond and no other alternative, would you consider diamond the best thing that ever happened to you?' The answer to that would be pretty obvious. The question was rather, 'if you had to pick btw diamond and first bank, which would u prefer and why?'

Incase you've been wondering; its ok to skip along if you cant figure the question wink Thanks anyways for your response
In as much as I'll admit that this is a dismissive comment, you did it in a respectfull and mature manner, so I'm ok with it. But really, I understood perfectly well what your question was, but what I wanted to let you know was and still is that this is a thread meant strictly for those undergoing diamond bank recruiting process and asking such a question here, for me, is not all that wise. But in any case, I hope you get your desired answers sha cos I'm skipping along like you like you suggested wink lol.

I don't really know why this question was posed on this thread. It's a personal choice I believe. For me, I've got diamond and it shines brighter than anything else.

paschal: I went to HCM office today at commerce house and the dude I met there refused to give me his number, but he said that they just started calling pple that did test and oral interview in owerri. Anyways I was confused but he gave assurance everyone that has gone for medicals will be called
In fact, I don't understand again oo! I did all that was to be done as regards the recruiting process in Owerri but haven't been called yet. Though I still believe strongly that this one will not pass me by. #myprayer

AllGood: Thank you Father...you're awesome. This one you've done is good, and it's marvellous in our sight. I'm grateful!
I know God is always merciful and good to us. But I have to ask, what's the good news? Have you been invited for TS?
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Diamond Bank Test by okoge(m): 5:45am On Oct 05, 2013
robinzaga: Judging by how our's was conducted,u guys sud expect ur medical sms by monday or tuesday max cos twas barely 2 to 3days afta our own 1st and 2nd interview(both interviews in our case was conducted same day jus like urs 2day) dat we got text msgs to report for medicals @ICH very close to d branch @ ikenegbu which happens to be d venue for TS;congrats to guys dat scaled thru 2day and success to dos yet to have dier interviews.
Yes it's possible that medical sms will be recieved within a couple of days, it is also possible that it will take weeks cos mine took approx. 4 weeks. So it depends on when they decide. But one thing is that you're most likely to be sent to your state for medicals ie close to the address on your cv.

douchesnozzle: Some of you turned an informative, educative and interesting thread into a joke where people discuss sports and trivial matters. I bet you the pioneers of this thread won't be too happy. I follow other thread that have span into several pages, but I tell you with each page you flip on those thread, you get interesting informations. There is no harm trying to keep this thread alive, but believe me spamming everywhere with football stuffs isn't cool. There are people who don't come online often, when they do, they want to get useful informations about the latest happenings. It would be disappointing to see a thread that has been helpful in giving you real time info suddenly turned into a sporting arena.
Dearest, ask, and you shall receive. Info, I believe, is posted as it comes.

I bet you adopted that cliche after the 4-1 humbling at the hands of Man. City. But it's better, cos you guys act better when humbled lol

Gombs: ...
Was in DB today where my brother works....he just finished TS around May...he's in PBO (wait till you get to TS, you'd understand the acronym)...damn, he's always busy with ATM cards, cheque books, he hardly sits and customers always troop in in numbers. I just went there to sit and watch him, to be honest, d pressure is much...very very. You must be patient, some customers act rude, some cnt understand english and he doesn't understand mch hausa/ibo grin, and den he has to repeat instructions like 3times, and wen he tells dem to apply for something...he might almost end up crying because of the badly written letter..while trying to correct the letter, other customers will be busy complaining n whining...I almost wntd to help him o...his colleague in PBO desk a lady was slow, so all d wrk was on him, to as fast as possible clear as much customers to reduce the already crowded PB area, so dat him supervisor no go come mis yan grin

In all, I almost got a migraine...but wen banking hours close, see smile for all staff face..dats wen I really understood what TGIF really means grin

Wait oo! Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought two siblings can't work in the same bank, as a matter of fact, two people that share the same surname, huh?

Oluchi Umelo: I ve never loved football d way i do this season, i almost had a problem wit my bro d last time Merseille/Arsenal and Chelsea/Basel played at d same time cuz he supports Arsenal and i support Chelsea. I had my way and we watched Chelsea match that day(though we lost). Blue is d color and Chelsea is d Team. I'm a Chelsea fan till Arsenal wins a Trophy(which is impossible). No hard feelings Arsenal fans, I'm jst been real. Shout out to all d Chelsea fans in d house, one love.
