EFFC has never sent any political criminal to jail na only yahoo small small boys and poor thiefs wey dey struggle to survive and can't pay the fee. Please can anybody tell me any politician that have gone to jail prosecuted by EFFC. why are we wasting the tax payers money funding their activities self? Police can do their work...

Thanks for the information. My last question is, I hope if my friend presents a Nigerian passport in Benin Republic if won't be a problem. Will he be required to go to Nigerian embassy to verify most of the documents or attend to his case as he resides and does business in Nigeria?
Will there be financial capability requirement as they doesn't have anybody in the US. if yes, like how much should he have in his account for the trip. Thanks once more

Thanks for your wonderful insight. My friend a Nigerian have been dating a Benin republic lady for sometime. while she was submitting her DV lottery they were not yet married hence she played as a single lady. Now they just got married traditionally before the result came out and the lady won. No official marriage document yet as they will do the white wedding soon in Benin before the interview.

My question is, in the application submission, can the girl include him as now the husband. Will it affect the process in anyway. The marriage certificate will bear the date of after the winning.
As a Nigerian, will the Nigerian ban affect their chances. The lottery was played in Benin and i assume the interview will be in Benin. My friend resides and works in Nigeria but is always in Benin for business though they have already planned the lady moving over to Nigeria to live with him.
My friends already have 3 kids all below 10 from the last marriage though they are with their mum. Can he include the kids name in the application and what is the possibility of him taking them later if they are successful now. The new wife is in support of this.

All documents he can produce like birth certificate, int'l passport and the likes will be Nigerian.

Vicjustice, i got a 6 months visa to UK in 2013 on a tourist visa. The interrogation at the hearthrow airport was just annoying and so i told the immigration officer on agreement that I need go back home on the ground that she will not cancel my visa. The reason being that i have to wait for 3 days in the cell to enable them check if truly am working in the company through which the visa was issued. I arrived on a friday morning. I went through several checks and even was fingerprinted and during the wait for my flight i was in one of the immigration cell.
Now when i got my passport back, i noticed that the date of my departure was written on the edge of my passport near but not on the visa with a sort of code i dont understand.
I did not try going back again and now the visa and passport has expired. I have a new passport.
Do you think this will affect my future application to UK or the USA and Canada in case i disclose i have a visa from before the UK?
Your advise or any experienced in the house will be appreciated.

I'm not speaking for ur husband but I do have similar issue when i get back home.....a lot of distractions and believing u have a wife that trusts you, somethings don't matter. Don't be deceived by what you get here, it doesn't make ur hubby less loving. the system is different
