Concerning the DNA result, a DNA result is declared inconclusive when the probability of the match is less than 99%. So in a nutshell, DNA evidence alone might not have tied him to the crime but other evidences like plate number tag, fingerprints lifted from the door keypad, cell tower triangulation might have.

It’s quite frustrating that Mr Bah isn’t presenting the whole facts but snippets.

Answers : Yes the attacker could have changed into something else however what I am fighting for is the video that showed the attacker in khaki short.

-The rapist had access to the complex, as he was seen on CCTV punching access codes on the door knob

- this access door leads to the laundry in the complex

- the rapist arrived to the complex in a car with a distinct tag

- the rapist had an “African” accent.

Is it possible that the rapist accessed the laundry to change clothes?
Did the car the defendant (Powerhouse5050) used that night have a distinct tag?
Did the defendant admit to this crime ?
Did the victim identify the defendant as the rapist?

I am afraid your current argument over clothings won’t really sway the jury. The rapist had ample time to change clothing.

He claims that there exists another cctv footage of him in a different location with a different attire at the time of the crime. He also claimed that there’s a proof that he was on a phone call with his doctor when the crime was going on and that he will forward these evidences to Chatinent.

The thing is, if such evidences exist how come they weren’t tendered in the court? And until those evidences are posted here I’m afraid your observations is the most likely thing that happened.

If that still from the cctv footage you posted showed the guy in different place and wearing something different, how then was he convicted? Wasn’t these evidence tendered in court? I’m not just understanding.

This is a good question. Though they might have designed it this way so you can easily turn off your phone in case your phone freezes or a rogue app hijacks your phone.
Also remember that a thief can easily remove your sim making it hard to track even if s/he can’t turn it off.

In the other hand, there's an app that does that for jailbroken phones(not encouraged) through Cydia.
You can also set up your iPhone so that you can’t turn on airplane mode from the Lock Screen.
