I agree with you that Mejbri was poor in the first half but he improved in the 2nd half. The problem Mejbri is facing presently facing is two-fold. Firstly teams tend to kick him a lot and the refs at that level are not protecting him enough. Secondly opponents know he is the most creative player in our midfield so they often press him with 2,3,4 players. He actually played quite well over the last 30 minutes. He looks like the sort that will thrive well in senior football. especially with better players around him.

Elanga is crazy fast and he is quite powerful as well. I agree with you that with improvement in decision making and finishing he will be ready. Hopefully by next season.

The team is quite young and is not a complete team. They don't have enough attacking players of the right age as well, in particular there is no RW. Most of the good players are between 16 and 18 playing against 23yr olds. The Blackburn player who scored their second goal was 23 and a 21yr old player was subbed on for them as well.

Bernard and Fish look good together but i don't think there is a future for Bernard in the club because Mengi who is his junior has moved on to the senior team and Fish who is Mengi's junior seems to have been made captain.

P.S Harvey Neville is in that team just because of quota system/ man know man.

Bernard is looking like them typical youngsters that got into academy football mainly as a result of early physical progression. I hope he is able to have a career with a lower EPL or a Championship team in the future.

Harvey Neville and Ercollani are very poor, especially Ercollani, It is painful watching Ercollani play.

Elanga was dangerous throughout, Mejbri was good in the 2nd half but 2 interesting prospects are the 2 CBs Fish and Bernard.

Boss Mejbri was not good. He was untidy with his passes and looked out of place playing in a double pivot.

Elanga is the boy to watch at the moment, he is extremely fast. There was one time he made the fullback look like he was running is slow motion. Some decision making improvement and strengthening would help Elanga a lot.

I hope they don't relegate this season. The team is very young and a lot of them other teams have got quite a lot of players over 19.

How can AWB stay on March when there's another attacker playing ahead of March? How can our defender leave their attacker and be pushing their defender?

We switched to a 3-4-3 when Bailly came on. AWB could have stayed on March living them 3 CBs to deal with Brighton's 3 attackers. Matic also dropped back to help with numbers in the defence.

Why do you think we were forced to go 3 at the back when we brought on Bailly? AWB with his 50 IQ kept tucking in with the CBs instead of staying on March.

3-5-2 and 3-4-3 formations are going to give us a lot of problems this season because our CBs are not comfortable on 1 v 1 situations, forcing our fullbacks to tucking thereby freeing the opposition's wing backs.
