MALOUDA was a good acquisition for someone Chelsea paid around 13 million pounds for....

Fellaini was a panic buy. It was after thought due to pressure from fans to sign a midfieder. Same with Mata. Otherwise Moyes was ready to wait for the right players.

Moyes was sacked prematurely. I am never an advocate of sack hire and sack. There is no too much difference between what a manager can bring to a team.

Luis Enrique is not a better manager than Ancelotti, it's just that Enrique is at the right place at the right time. Bring Enrique to manage Everton and let's see.

Those currently in Finland, it's important to also share your experience o. I have a guy there who has condemned the country so much. He said jobs are almost impossible to find yet things are so so expensive to buy especially now that the Naira is as valueless as the virginity of Nigerian girls these days. He's lowkey regretting his decision to go there. Of course there are ups and downs, don't get me wrong. He has simply criticized the job opportunities there, the discrimination. So, just try to let the European dream chasers know what they're coming to face. It's just a suggestion.

That is the reason why peeps are supposed to make enquiries and research before making such a major decision.
Jobs are difficult to get everywhere even for naija. Therefore I will advise anyone coming here to have a solid plan. What are your competencies, what do you want to do in future when you get here. The finnish language is essential for white collar jobs in small and medium sized companies. The big and some medium sized companies don't require working knowledge finnish. From my personal research and enquires guys in IT have a good chance of getting a good job, but u will be competing with them Indians and Pakistanis.

Part time Jackie jobs are quite easy to get in Tampere, I don't know about other cities. I know some guys that applied to some cleaning companies around October last year and started working some weeks ago.

Concerning discrimination.... most people don't understand that a high percentage of Finnish peeps start working as early as when they were 16 years old...summer jobs.... part time jobs etc. I learnt from my professor that they value all forms of experience as they believe that people with Finnish work experience are easy to deal and communicate with. So coming from naija we will be competing with guys that have 4 to 5 years working experience already, therefore one needs to know his/her onion. If you were an employer who will you employ?

In conclusion, I will advise guys arriving by August/September to come with enough cash o. Reduce spending as much as possible....2.60 euro student meals and home cooking should b ur thing... no go dey chow 6 to 10 euros fast food for Subway and MacD o.

Hehehehe... Bros no worry. Alot of guys in this forum including myself had the same issue last year. Ensure the following
1.that your transcript was sent directly to UAF by your university.
2.that the back flap of the envelope is properly sealed and stamped. Tell the transcript officer to use official stamp wound d envelope across the back flap. The back flap is the part of the envelope that seals it.

Concerning the CGPA part don't recalculate just include ur final CGPA.

They are referring to your CGPA. It is usually stated on your transcript.

That is what happens when a young play comes into a team and he is the best player or seen as the saviour of the team. Subconsciously he buys into the hype and starts trying to do too much. Also there is nobody of experience playing well enough to have that confidence to caution him.

if we have to play Fellaini then LVG might one to 4-1-4-1 or 4-1-2-3 formation. Fellaini as one of the pivot midfield player is a ticking bomb. he can't play quick passes and his passing is below par for a pivot midfielder.

Bothwick-Jackson abi wetin him call himself, that bobo was as good as a spectator. I am not sure he won a single tackle, ninjas were just ghosting past him.

Seriously, Martial should be cautioned. His holding unto the ball and trying too many dribbles are becoming disgusting. Reason I don't see him as a CF.

I thought i was the only one that noticed Martial's excessive dribbling, maybe sometime on the bench will calm his nerves.

Back to back season double against Looserpool.

Poor performance but vital 3 points. It seem like Van gaal has eased his safe play system but we made too many unforced errors from Martial to Lingard to Fellaini to Mata and Herrera. It seems like Wazza has hit a purple patch everything it going well for him.

i was disappointed with Martial today, he made 3 poor decisions in the final third. At one point he was suppose to play a sleek one-two with Mata but he decided to beat the man in front of him.

Smalling has lost his early season finesse and confidence, he was super shaky all through the match. I hope he gets back to his best as it was in the beginning of the season. If we can go on a 5 game winning streak starting from today we might be competing for the title come April.
