If you think Digital Air Strike calls are difficult because they have up to five or more speakers at times, then you surely haven't met multiple speaker files on GoTranscript.
On Qaworld there are only two labels: Customer or Rep
On GoTranscript you're dealing with Man 1, Woman 3, Man 6, etc. grin Aswear GoT editors are probably supermen. One file had toddlers. Now imagine identifying toddlers by their voices as: Student 1... Student 7 cheesy
When I read up to that place, I simply abandoned the site.

True not on FAQ, pardon me. It was on slack. Do a search through for previous case. Every thing I put on here is from personal experience. I've never been marked down for using o'clock when then speaker mentions o clock. It the speaker says 12 then it's 12:00. But if she says twelve o'clock, I type 12 o'clock. Maybe you have been marked down for writing o'clock when the speaker says it, maybe I've just been lucky. cheesy
Yeah. Rating depends on the rater. Shithead raters like 25 and 30 always look for a tiny fault just to knack someone a 3 or 4.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Self Employment Opportunity: Transcribing For A Living In Nigeria Part 1 by Olabowa: 8:14pm On Mar 28, 2020
PattyMike:
You can write o'clock. There's an example there in the FAQ. But all mention of time must be in numerals. 12 o'clock, not twelve o'clock.
I had to check my FAQ again to confirm your assertion, and I couldn't find anywhere 'o' clock' is written there. It should be 12:00 (if you ain't sure what time of the day it is; p.m or a.m)

Alright, thanks chief.
One more thing, how is the money collected? Do I need to fund the card there or will it be deducted after I must have collected and funded it?
They will direct you when you get to the bank.

I think I attempted a similar call. Worked hours on it and then gave it up. Something about getting the virus in Australia right?

FC UK calls are crazy as hell
No. The rep was told to self-quarantine because his maid just came back from Italy.

Funnily enough, his accent was clear. It was the customer that ruined the call for me. I also gave it up.

Corona Virus wouldn't allow most of those companies operate. One FC UK call I attempted, the REP was quarantined and was calling from home.

The best I've seen is $10 per audio hour. The files are broken into smaller portions though. But you sometimes get $0.50 a 6 minute audio
$0.50 for 6 minute is absurd.

big madam has already told me that there is no timeline for when they will migrate everyone, but I want to have an idea of when it may be..

I researched on the average time people usually take to test a beta version and the average I saw was 12 weeks, so I want to count 16 weeks from the time it was first introduced, so that I can have a time line for myself.

What I want to know is the time you guys first noticed it?
Register with another email and see whether that will be taken to the beta version.

I don't pray to go to that beta version because of that Ai stuff. I like this older version. I was initially on the beta version but was kicked out because of poor ratings. Now, I'm few 5s from getting a gold badge despite the fact that I don't transcribe everyday, sometimes for a week.

Are you the creator of the thread? You petty schlep. I ask again, does insulting them make you feel sensible? Freaking unfortunate bozo. I no won derail the thread further. If not, I would have come down to your level and engage you further, and maybe question the intelligence of those who raised you, since you assume everyone here is your mate. Cretinous fool.

Next time, just logout your account. Close your browser. Wait like 1 hour. It would definitely clear. It's way faster than waiting for the call to expire.
You don't even need to log out. Just close the browser for about an hour, QA will come and carry their call by their self.

I suggest you take down the screenshot though.
TBH, suspicion of fraud and money laundry is more likely the reason Africard was blocked. No serious person collects fraudulent money and withdraws to bank from PayPal. That is highly traceable. From an exchange I saw on Twitter between UBA Ghana and a tweep, it seems UBA was getting alarmed by the money coming in. Because seriously there's a lot of Nigerians making money online legitimately. India has a lot more frausters than Nigeria can dream of and yet they have PayPal fully available. Nigeria just doesn't have regulations that allow for some things.
Once again, India has a lot more fraudsters than Nigeria can dream of.
Indians, Pinoys, dm bad pass Naija for fraud.

I just don't understand this rater 25. Motherfacker has been giving me 4s all day. And his/her usual excuse is punctuation /sentence structure. Like sey no be same structure I dey use wey other raters dey give me 5.

I went back to check my other transcripts rated by him/her in the past, they were mostly 4s. Ashiwere somebody.

I think those raters have different understanding of how a sentence should be structured or punctuated.

As for rater 8, God bless him/her.

Hello guys, I have just read most of the comments and posts on this thread from page 1 to this point.. And I have gotten most of the vital info I need.. But please I just wanna ask a question..

Assuming I have opened a Lesotho or South Africa PayPal but I haven't linked any card to it.. Can I still receive funds on it through QA? And if yes, will I be able to sell the funds to an exchanger after QA has paid it into my PayPal acct?

I'd be glad if someone gives me a good answer to my questions.. Cos I wanna start the registration process now..
But you have to link the card later sha, or PayPal restrict ur account. They give you grace of few weeks.

Aswear, thought you guys were overhyping that rater 30 ni. Did one call yesterday and was jejely expecting at least a 4. Lo and behold, she showed up and gave me a 1 saying I missed content. I checked where she indicated and it was a false start. Okay, I kukuma did everything she pointed out and got rated a 2 by another rater for those things I corrected. The thing pain me ehn. She go make person feel stupid. The highest she's ever given me was a 3.
Look out for 25 as well. I think the coolest rater for me is rater 8. Four of my last five calls last week were rated by 8, and they were all 5s. Until that 25 showed up and knack me 4 for work wey I dey expect 5.

Hello guys, I have been following a bit of the conversation here and have been making progress. But I need help with registering a PayPal account and then I also need to know how it all works. I went through the whole onboarding FAQ and Quiz without issues. On my dashboard, it says "There are no calls at this time, please check back later."

Is it normal or do i need to enter with a proxy or different I.P to get offers easily.

Thank you all.
Calls are scarce on weekends. So, it is normal.

I pray they don't find this thread and consequently ban Nigerians. So many rules flouted (both QA and PayPal) that should be shared secretly have been made public. May be for show-off of intelligence, I don't know.
