Before I went on sabbatical from Miui [RN4x on Miui 8] one could download/save wallpapers from the theme app especially to use later eg whatsapp background wallpaper.
Now on miui 10, i cant save the pictures from the save theme app for later usage.
Is this general to everyone?
Even to screenshot, the clock will apply more like trying to prevent same...

If you have like 15 to 30k [not fixed] report at a police station division, and ask about tracking a stolen phone.
You will need the receipt/phone box [for proof of ownership] and the IMEI for the actual tracking.
Can take between 2weeks to be found.
However the bright side is every money spent will be refunded by the persons found in possession.
You can as well negotiate further for compensation or threaten you want to charge them to court.

Well it depends.
First they will ask you the value of the phone and the 'sensibility' in tracking it cos can be high as 30 to 50k depending on how far they have to go...

However let me hint you, the 'good side' is as many that have inserted their sim, even just to test the phone will be picked up no matter their location [so far within Nigeria] and arrested. Then they will refund the money you paid to track,..... U can as well further negotiate a settlement or u insist they be charged to court [rarely will they want that] and if they are still being stubborn...their own don be.

Note- u will need patience.
Can take as short as 2weeks to 6 months, but once u start the process, ur phone will be located [if not destroyed and hopefully still in mint and usable condition it was stolen]

Warning: Be careful to where and how you buy 'used naija phones' If u are offered an expensive phone cheaply, be careful o

And trust me, Nigeria police dey perform when it comes to this aspect of their work. Except the person changes the phones IMEI or phone is outside the country, they will find you, just be ready to spend

If you have the receipt of purchase and the box, go to any police station preferably divisional or you be directed to the appropriate one.
Report your stolen phone and request you want it to be retrieved. Police can now do tracking of lost phones via IMEI.
If the loss is recent, it might not take time before it is located.
Note you will pay for the tracking and if its found, the culprits will be made to refund you.
You will need loads of patience and not too much cash.
