Breastfeed your baby well ooooo
Health / Importance Of 6 Months Breastfeeding - Having Healthy Children by Olafeazy(m): 7:36pm On Jun 30, 2016
Feeding a new born with either baby formulas or breastmilk has been the order, but one supercedes the other according to research and thus, the World Health Organisation (WHO), American Accademy of Paediatrics (AAP), Federation International of Gynaecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) and other related bodies have made a position that for optimum health of the baby, there should be EXCLUSIVE BREAST FEEDING FOR 6 MONTHS.

Now, what are the importance of breastfeeding the baby, most especially over giving baby formulas?

1. Digestability: breast milk contains enzymes very compatible with the baby's digestive system, thus giving uptimum bowel movements and good stool formation.

2. Immunity: since the baby's immune system is not optimal yet, breast milk containing antibodies comes to the rescue to help fight infection and keep the baby healthy.

3. Higher IQ for the baby: even though you might not realise this early, but it has been shown in a UNICEF endorsed study that exclusive breastfeeding raises the IQ of a child by about 7points as compared to babies who weren't breastfed.

4. Type 2 diabetes and overweight: diabetes and overweight is a growing health problem and studies have shown that exclusive breastfeeding reduces the risk of developing both diabetes and being overweight at infacy and adolecent ages.

5. Sleep: breastmilk contains the hormone cholecystokinin which helps the baby relax and have a very good sleep after breastfeeding.

6. Reduces the risk for Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS): According to a 2008 study submitted to the American Accademy of Paediatrics, there's about 50% reduction in the risk for developing SIDS by children who were exclusively breastfed.

7. Reduced risk of breast cancer development and type 2 diabetes in the mother.

8. Accelerated post-delivery recovery including osteoporosis prevention.

For optimal development of the child, 6 months exclusive breastfeeding should not be taken for granted, it is key to having a very healthy baby. Don't substitute for baby formulas during this period.

Career / Steps To Self Realisation by Olafeazy(m): 11:14pm On Jun 18, 2016
I was out with a friend a day ago, to cool down after a very stressful week at one of our usual joints, we made our order for chicken pepper soup and some chilled drinks, it was very much needed and need I say, it was a very nice time out; not because of the expertise of the woman in making the pepper soup, but of some very nice discussions my friend and I had over a couple of drinks. wink wink

As we got talking, I asked, hey, what is the most important thing to you in life? It took something sort of minutes to give a reply, in the end I heard "money and a good job" I gave a nod, and asked a follow-up question, what things are you doing or have you done to make it happen? I got a vague answer, "I'm just trying my best, but till next year after service, that's when I'll really know what's up." shocked shocked undecided

If you do not know what is important to you, how then can you have a concrete plan on achieving it? You should realise today dear reader, that the future is here upon you, and whatever you choose to make of it is what the world will know about you in the coming years of your life, thus, you should determine what really is the most important thing for you. cool cool

As I round up this piece, let me give you some guidance to determining what really is important to you, so you can start thinking of things that will make it work out. Now take a very comfortable position while I ask you the following questions kiss

1. What are you passionate about?
2. What makes the majority of your daily thoughts?
3. When you grow old, what is it that you would have done or achieved, and then beat your chest and say I'm a success?

Do not rush at answering those questions, take your time to do a thorough soul searching. Knowing what is most important to you is the first step in living a successful life, the next is working towards achieving it. It is never too late, it lies in your hands wether you are ready or not to make your life on earth count. smiley smiley

Investment / How To Save More Money In A Month by Olafeazy(m): 4:01pm On Jun 12, 2016
Saving money is a hideous task for many, even though it's already known to be best and surest step to gaining financial freedom; in his book, the 100 absolutely unbreakable laws of business sucess, Brian Tracy said "Allow your expenses to increase at a slower rate than your income, and you save or invest the difference, then you will be financially independent in your lifetime." But I do tell my friend when I'm out of spending cash, that money is a bastard, it just doesn't stay - there's just always something to spend the money on. Then what do you do to make it stay, I'll put you through some things to do to cut your spendings and allow you to save more. Many of these tips are things I personally practice in other to save more, and it has helped me. Here...

1. Plan your income
The first step I took while I was seeking to hold more cash in the bank was to plan my salary each month. I have a certain percentage that goes into savings every month, then the rest is broken down for my expenditure. And at no time do I spend any much than what was planned (in that case, my pocket money suffers for the extra). Taking your time to plan how to spend your income is the first step to saving more. For starters, I encourage you to start by putting away 10% of your income permanently, then budget on the remaining 90%, and gradually build up to 20%, 30%, 40%... saving can be thrilling! Try it.

2. Withdraw in bulk from the ATM
ATM charges, SMS charges are little money suckers. In Nigeria, after three withdrawals from an ATM that ain't your bank, you get charged #65, on the other withdrawals, calculate withdrawing from other bank's ATM 5 - 10 more times, that's your hard earned money slipping away to people who didn't do no work for the money. After planning your income, make a bulk withdrawal of what you need for let's say 2 weeks, this will reduce your bank charges, thus making you save more.

3. Stop eating out
Yes, this is why most bachelors go broke at the end of the month, quite funny I'm seeing ladies get addicted to eating out these days too. Back then in school, in the first week of collecting my pocket money, most of my eating is always done at the restaurant. Little wonder I'm always broke after about two weeks. Stocking your kitchen is the best if you must save more, imagine buying a plate of food for #300, twice a day, in a week, thats #4,200; in a month, thats roughly 20Gs, a little bit more than half of that will get your kitchen well stocked, and that's more money to save. Oh, wait, do you even get filled eating out?

4. Go cash only
Ok, it sounds very crude, because we are going cashless right? I noticed a up in some extra cash I could put away when I deleted the banking app for my major savings account on my tab. Credit (recharge cards) transfers, money transfers are at your finger tips when you have these apps, yes, it makes life a lot easier, and so it makes the banks more money off you that you could save - that #105 you get charged for inter-bank transfers. Try holding your cash, keep your ATM far - just in case of 'overnecessity' - this will help you tune down your spendings. Once the cash finishes, you got almost no hopes. You will save more.

5. Wise Subscriptions
A lot of subscriptions is taking away your hard earned money - Dstv, PHCN, Data e.tc - are all sucking hard on your money. Imagine your Dstv full subscription that you watch for just 2hours in a day (that's if there's light when you come back from work), how wise is that? Reduce your spendings on these subscriptions, get the basics that is just enough for you to get the most important updates. For individuals using prepaid PHCN meters, make sure to always unplug any gadget that is not in use, do not leave any device plugged, don't use for hours devices that consume much power - most importantly, iron, water pump, cooking plates, boiling ring. This will help you cut down your spending in this area.

Overall, the Idea is not to live a stingy life, it is to live within your means, and to be smart about how you spend your hard earned money, trimming down unnecessary spendings will help you save more in the end. Don't forget, saving and investing is the key to financial freedom.
Do you know there's this confidence you get in knowing that you've got some bucks stashed up somewhere in the bank?

What other ways can help in saving more money, lets know in the comment box.

Business / Words Of Advice From Self Made Billionaires For Entrepreneurs by Olafeazy(m): 5:11pm On Jun 07, 2016
Words of advice from successful people are golden nuggets, no, 'diamond' nuggets for those coming behind who have the intent of reaching up to where they are already. The most interesting thing is that these sages want us all to join them at the billionaires club, thus very freely they give words which sum up their experiences in the business world. Here are some words of advice from billionaires living amongst us, take them for your success

1. Ted Turner (Founder CNN & TBS, $2.2 Billion)
"If you do anything, you're going to get in trouble, if you don't do anything, you wont get in trouble but you won't get anywhere either."

2. Donald Trump (Owner and Chairman Trump organisation-Real Estate, $4.5 Billion)
"I see people, they want to build a little house, I see people who want to build 10 houses, and I see people that want to build thousand of houses... But the fact is, if you are going to think or do something you have to do it big."

3. John Paul DeJoria (John Paul Mitchell systems, $2.8 Billion)
"Get ready for a lot of rejection, and at the same exact time do what other people won't do, do what it takes no matter what it is. But try not to hurt anyone along the way."

4. Howard Schultz (Chairman and CE0 Starbucks, $2.9 Billion)
"The mentality you need in a business today, Starbucks or otherwise to build a sustainable success, enduring success is, you have to eradicate the human behaviour of relaxing, the human behaviour of thinking you have won."

5. David Geffen (American Business Magnate, $6.5 Billion)
"Each person invented himself... We are each a fragment of our own imagination."

6. Mark Zuckerberg (Chairman & CEO Facebook, $52 Billion)
Stay focused on the stuff that you're providing to your users, you are going to make tons of mistakes, it doesn't matter, you don't get judged by the mistakes, people dont remember those years from now, they remember the things you did that were good."

7. Mike Adenuga (Founder of Globacom & Chairman Conoil, $10.7 Billion)
"Whatever business you are in, you must understand and know your business very well, and work very hard at it."

8. Richard Branson (Founder Virgin Group, $5.2 Billion)
"To create a business, you've got to initially work day and night, weekends, it's really hard work."

9. Michael Eisner (Former CEO Walt Disney Company, $1Billion)
"To punish failure is to encourage mediocrity because mediocrity is what fearful people settle for."

10. Howard Schultz (Chairman & CEO Starbucks, $2.9 Billion)
Don't allow anyone - friend, family, acquaintance, teachers, to tell you that what you are dreaming or doing for yourself and family is not possible. It is possible. Dont be one of those people 20 years from now who will be working a 9-5 job, miserable, angry, and bitter."

11. Aliko Dangote (Chairman & CEO Dangote group, $17.3 Billion)
"Sit down and agree on what you want to pursue, you must have a vision and have a strategy and way to achieve your vision. You must then be persistent and consistent in what you are doing. The sky is the limit"

12. Jeff Bezos (Founder, Chairman & CEO Amazon.com, $6.3 Billion)
"I'm going to put vast majority of my energy, attention, and dollars into building a great product or service, and put a smaller amount into shouting about it - marketing it. Because I know if I should build a great product or service my customers will tell each other. You have to exercise patience with that."

13. Warren Buffet (Chairman & CEO Berkshire Hartaway, $66.4 Billion)
"Develop the habit, you've got the brainpower, but develop the habit of success."

Business / 10 Reasons To Start Your Own Business As A Nigerian by Olafeazy(m): 1:33pm On Jun 06, 2016
Having a source of income remains one of the battles we fight each day - what do I do next after school? What's next in my life? Everyday we challenge ourselves on a career path all to achieve something - making a living - a lot of opportunities abound in getting a job or starting a business. Each carries potential benefits. Here are reasons why you should in the end go for the later rather than the former:

1. You answer to no-one: you are your own boss, you call the shots. This also means you have something to call your own and you are responsible for. Its growth, your growth. That's all!

2. You have financial independence: you don't have to wait till end of month before you get paid, you need money now, you get it now. You don't look up to anyone for your pay check. Nice right?

3. Posterity: have you ever seen a government official pass his job down to his/her children? But have you seen business empires run by children, even grandchildren of the founder? You get the point, I guess.

4. Avoid the headache of no-job and that of looking for a job: self explanatory, isn't it?

5. You become an employer of labour: you have people answering to you. You have people getting their living as a result of your business. You solve people's problem. What a life to live!

6. You solve a societal problem: one big problem in the world right now is unemployment. Starting a business makes you solve that. The society will thank you. Please start.

7. You work at something you are passionate about: when looking for a job, any job that comes, you accept, you can't control it whether you like it or you don't. But start a business around something you have interest in, and you'll be fulfilled.

8. You don't have a time limit: you can wake anytime and retire to bed anytime at your wish. Who's going to talk? No pressures, boss!

9. You have a story to tell: starting a business comes with its own perks, good, bad, ugly. All in all, when your business is successful, people will seek you for advice on how you did it. There's pride in telling your story. You get recognised for doing something.

10. Mentorship: as a business owner you serve as mentors to others and in the same vein, you are at greater chances of meeting big players in your business who are your mentors. Talk of networking, advancement, expansion, breeding. There you have it!

Over there in yankee, I hear alot and read a lot about wealthy individuals who invest in people's ideas, just for a percentage of the business, they are called angel investors, they are wealthy and want to help others that want to start a business with their money, with little returns.

But here in Nigeria, I don't hear of such things happening, why? Is it that the wealthy are not concerned about the development of the younger ones? Or we don't know at all of angel investing? Or are there angel investors in this country?
Business / 7 Business Tips For Entrepreneurs by Olafeazy(m): 12:48am On Jun 04, 2016
1. Dream big
Even though you might be starting your business small, you must ensure you have a big picture in mind, don't be afraid to dream big, always do. How big do you want your business to be in the next 5 years? Write it down and keep the big picture in mind.

2. Persevere
It's not going to be an easy road, but if you stay on, focused, and determined, you will get there. Perseverance should be one of your greatest attributes, it's a long rough journey ahead.

3. Make a flexible plan
Planning is key to business success, you must map out your plan on how to go about your business - execution plans, marketing plans, staffing, equipments needed et c. Don't forget it's in two phases, long term plans and short term plans, only don't be too rigid on your plans, if a plan fails or is failing, try another.

4. Embrace your expertice
I need to add this tip because regret abound if you are on the wrong business path. Let your business be based on an area where you have good knowledge in. Also, play to your passion as well.

5. Don't get stressed out
Your health is the health of your business; your pace will reduce once your health hits a sub! Not good for business. Keep up, eat well, exercise well, keep your body hail and hearty. Take time out to relax a little. Health is wealth.

6. Use everything at your disposal
When you are in business, make sure to use everthing you can to grow your business. Gather all the help you can get from everyone that can help, don't look down on anyone or anything. Use all available technologies to boost your performance, make good use of every opportunity you've got, take as much risk as you can. It's a game, you must play well to win.

7. Have a good laugh
Last but not the least - Laugh! Laughter eases stress, boosts your emotional and physical well-being, it infuses life into your life. Hey! You don't have to take everything very seriously. Don't get old while young, have some time to enjoy yourself.

If you've learnt something from this post, kindly like my page on facebook www.facebook.com/olafeazycom Blessings to you.

Business / 3 Lies Preventing You From Starting Your Business by Olafeazy(m): 8:15am On Jun 02, 2016
A lie is a lie, no matter what, a lie can never become a truth. A lot of people have the potential and the idea that can transform their lives, but because of these three lies, they allow the ides rotten inside of them, here are three

1. I Can't Do It
This is the greatest lie that people tell themselves, I can't, they forgot that whatever you tell your brain is what manifests in your actions, and telling you brain you can't is the greatest disservice you can do yourself. What's your can't lie - I don't have money, I have never done anything business before, what if I start and fail? Stop telling yourself all these, if you have the idea, then you can, take the bold step out of your cocoon, and achieve greatness.

2. They are just lucky
There's nothing such as luck in business, the only luck that's present is the one that comes with hardwork, just like Thomas Jefferson said "I found out that the more I work, the more luck I seem to get."
Don't believe in luck, believe in hardwork, believe in your idea, and work hard to market it, make the right connections, talk to the made ones in the business, seek help from family and friends, then that luck you thought they had will be what others think helped you. Don't lie against luck, it's hardwork.

3. I don't have money
I have talked about this before, because this is the most rampant lie I see people tell themselves for not launching into business. Money should never be an issue if you are ready to free yourself from hand to mouth living. I won't blame you but suggest a solution, which is START SMALL. You don't have to have everything at the begining, you accumulate those overtime.

Don't forget, devil is the father of lies, he doesn't want you at the top, don't assist him in pulling you down. Get up and tell yourself the truth!
What do you think, share your thoughts.....

Business / How To Start A Business With Little Money by Olafeazy(m): 8:55am On May 31, 2016
Entrepreneurship is a journey, and a fun one at that, but many people fail to venture into this interesting world, all because of one thing; I have met quite a number of young individuals and anytime I meet with one, five minutes into our discussion, we must have started talking about business, way out of the economic mess we are in, solution to unemployment thats eaten deep into our fabrics, but after our discussion, most people attribute their failure to start to that one thing I said prevents intelligent peope from taking charge. That one thing
Finance, startup capital, money to invest in their dream career.

As much as I detest people making excuses for any reasons, sometimes you will want to reason with their argument of finance being the clog in their wheel, but then I've never come to agreement with them, because one fear most have is the fear of starting small, begining from the scratch, most young entrepreneurs want to become a conglomerate overnight, they want to become a overnight success, but things don't happen that way, every big business out there started as a very small company, Facebook started from a dorm room, Whatsapp started from a small tiny room, Uber started from a garage, Dangote once operated from just a single office, ABC transport started with just 5 18 seater buses, I can keep mentioning how most of the big players in different sectors of business started, and the story line will be the same - they started small. I once read a business thread on Nairaland recently, where a young entrepreneur discussed his dissapointment in not starting his egg business early enough, all because he thought he needed a large sum of money, only to start and realise with just 50k he could have started early and achieved greater things, finance should never be your problem, starting is the deal.

Aliko Dangote, the richest man in Africa said "I built a conglomerate and emerged the richest black man in 2008, but it didn't happen overnight....

Jobs/Vacancies / Mistakes To Avoid While Writing Your CV by Olafeazy(m): 4:49pm On May 30, 2016
Getting a job starts with an impressive CV, don't allow the poor development of your CV prevent you from getting to the door at your dream job. Here are some subtle mistakes to avoid while writing your CV.

1) Personal information:
Name, Address, Email, and Mobile. This information is necessary for a person to contact you. Make sure that all contact details are current and in working condition.

- Address
Your address has to be a place where you can be reached. Avoid giving an address of some remote location even if it is your permanent address. If you have no permanent address or you are changing locations frequently, do not list it. You can give an email ID instead.

- Email IDs
Your email ID must be in working condition and you should frequently check it. You can include up to 2 email IDs on your CV, just ensure you do not include your current company ID on your CV. Avoid email IDs that are descriptive - like sexysanjoo, manjeetforsuccess - Choose a mature email ID for your job hunt- the best ones are simple with just combinations around your name.

2) Do NOT include statements of self praise and emphasis:
Many job seekers tend to put in declaratory statements in their “Objective”.
Here are some examples:

Objective:
“Talented, multifunctional visionary seeks …”
“Looking for middle or senior position with an organization where I can contribute…”

3) Do NOT include explanations for job changes in your CV.
Many job seekers find it necessary to explain why they left a company in the past.

4) Do NOT include your salary details.
Job seekers tend to mention their current salary details or give their CTC (Cost To Company) figures in their CV. They mention it either with their current job, or give salary figures for all the jobs that they have worked in.By including it, you are creating a reason for rejection without getting a fair chance to be called for an interview where you get a chance to negotiate or compromise. Never include your salary details on your CV. Give yourself the chance to discuss and negotiate your salary requirement during the interview.

5) Do NOT include references, unless specifically asked

Business / Forbes Africa Releases Africa's '30 Under 30' Just Two Nigerians Made The List by Olafeazy(m): 7:58am On May 30, 2016
Forbes Africa 30 under 30 list hits the shelves this weekend, revealing the 30 most promising entrepreneurs from around the continent, across various sectors. These are the billionaires of tomorrow.

“This is the most important list of the year for Forbes Africa. If one young African reads it and is inspired enough to start a business it has done its job,” says Chris Bishop, Managing Editor of Forbes Africa.
The list was edited by Ancillar Mangena, a Forbes Africa journalist and an under 30 herself. She spent months looking for the best, this continent has to offer. Research coupled with nominations from readers brought the number to 250 potential under 30s. The team worked for weeks, verifying and investigating, to whittle it down.
The team favoured entrepreneurs with fresh ideas and took into account their business size, location, potential, struggles and determination. A panel of judges then debated the final 30.
The list has entrepreneurs from around the continent, from Kenya, Nigeria, Madagascar, Tanzania, Benin, Gambia, Zimbabwe and many more.
Nadav Ossendryver, Siya Beyile, Inga Gubeka, Emmanuel Bonoko and Mogau Seshoene represent South Africa. Nkosana Mazibisa is the only Zimbabwean on the list, Momarr Mass Taal representing Gambia, Hanta Tiana Ranaivo Rajaonarisoa for Madagascar, Vital Sounouvou for Benin, Kelvin Doe for Sierra Leone, William Elong for Cameroon and Fatoumata BA for Senegal. Nigerians on the list include Uneku Atawodi and Obinwanne Okeke; and Kenyans includeBarclay Okari and Joel Macharia.
“This has been a very long but interesting journey. I think I am more excited about the list a little more than the entrepreneurs. I have become attached to each and every one of them because the vetting process was so long and I had to talk to them often. I am confident they are the billionaires of tomorrow. Peruse them, argue over them and follow their journeys. We find this list exciting, thought provoking and forward looking,” says Mangena of Forbes Africa.

Throughout human history, garlic has been used to treat a wide range of diseases, ranging from typhus to cholera. This kitchen staple is a potent remedy for cancer too. Garlic is loaded with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds that reduce internal inflammation and targets cancer cells.

Tomatoes
Studies show that lycopene reduces the risk of cancer by directly disrupting the secretion of enzymes that cause cell tissue growth. This nutrient slows down the spreading of cancer cells while shrinking down tumors

Cabbage
Cabbage belong to a special group of nutrient-dense cruciferous vegetables called superfoods. This green, leafy vegetable is packed with antioxidants that protect from free radical stress, the precursor to cancer development.

Olive oil
Olive oil is packed with beneficial fats and antioxidants that protect from cancer. A 2015 study published in the in the journal Molecular & Cellular Oncology found that the oleocanthal in olive oil triggers apoptosis amongst malignant cells.

Romance / My Fiancee Drinks And Beats Me, Should I Leave Him? by Olafeazy(m): 10:34am On May 25, 2016
Right from when I was in school, I have been praying to have a good home
- this the expectation of every woman of course - so I took my time in school before going into relationship. When I loosened up, then came this guy who works in my school, he said he wanted to marry me, he did all he could, we went out on beautiful dates, bought me lots of things, I was already in love with him so, after a while I told him ok. We've been in the relationship for two years now, and I really love him, he takes good care of me and my family, I couldn't have asked for a better husband/partner, also he's also very handsome, I just can't resist him.

As much as our love story sounds so sweet, I am suffering, because every weekend, he goes out with his friends to drink, and when he comes back he's full and out of control, aside vomiting all over his body, he says things I don't like - I can't say them here, please - and sometimes if I'm not cooperating with him, he beats me, infact I sustained an injury from the last episode. But when he's in his right senses, he's the loveliest man on earth. His problem is the drinking and beating plus he spends most of his earnings on the weekend drinking with his friends. I have tried to talk him out of it, all to no avail, and his friends also started giving me some reaction, that shows that he had told them something, it's like they hate me now, and as a lady, my husband's friend shouldn't hate me, so I tried to play it cool.

Health / Sickle Cell Disease: Your Love Life Matters by Olafeazy(m): 7:32am On May 23, 2016
Sickle cell disease is a condition in which the normal round shaped red blood cells becomes sickle shaped (like that of a crescent). This then results in difficulty in passage through the blood vessels, and thus cause lack of oxygen supply to a particlular part of the body as they get stuck along the way in the blood vessels. Sickle cell disease can result in death of the individual, and those who live with it, live with pains and other forms of disease condition.

Symptoms of sickle cell disease
The following are what can happen to an individual with sickle cell genotype (HbSS), and these attacks occur right from the childhood age of the baby.

1. Sickle cell anaemia: this means low amount of blood present in circulation, this results in weakness, tiredness, pale appearance, and if unchecked, can result in a condition known as pulmonary hypertension.

2. Extreme pain: as a result of lack of oxygen supply, body organs, bones, joints may come up with severe pain which may last for hours even days.

3. Avascular Necrosis: this is a condition in which the head of the femur or the humerus wears out as a result of lack of blood supply to the areas. This results in pain and at extreme stages, might need surgical operation to manage.

4. Painful hands and feet: often noticed in children, the hands are feet are swollen and painful.

5. Poor physique: individuals with sickle cell disease most times look weak and fragile, not looking healthy generally (not all though).

How to know
Check your genotype through blood tests at medical laboratories.

Prevention
Since sickle cell disease is a genetic problem, it cannot be cured - well, research has it that bone marrow transplant can be a solution- but then it can be prevented from 'SPREADING.' KNOWING YOUR GENOTYPE AND THAT OF YOUR PARTNER BEFORE MARRIAGE or SEXUAL RELATIONSHIP that will LEAD TO CHILD BIRTH is very CRUCIAL. It was mentioned before about a 25% chance of having sickle cell in some cases and 50% chance in another, but then THAT'S PROBABILITY, and THAT 25% MIGHT BE YOU! or might not. YOU CAN NEVER PREDICT THAT. Preventing the spread involves CUTTING SHORT any RELATIONSHIP if you are:

AS with a SS or AS partner
SS with a SS or AS partner

Sickle cell disease can be prevented only if the right things are done. When a child is born with sickle cell disease, little next to nothing can be done to cure this disease, except you have big bucks. Why no prevent the disease, and allow children (heritage of God) live a better life?

I'm a physiotherapist, you can ask me any questions as regards sickle cell diseases and related questions. Will be looking forward to hearing from you.
