U WILL HATE Soothsayers/Fortunetellers.. IF ALLAH LUVs U and vice versa My Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever goes to a soothsayer and believes what he says has disbelieved in that which was revealed to Muhammad.” Narrated by Abu Dawood. Narrated from Safiyah bint Abi ‘Ubayd from one of the wives of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), who narrated that he said: “Whoever goes to a soothsayer and asks him about something and believes him, his prayer will not be accepted for forty days.” (Narrated by Muslim in his Saheeh). It was narrated that Ibn ‘Abbaas (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever seeks knowledge from the stars is seeking one of the branches of witchcraft…” Narrated by Abu Dawood with a saheeh isnaad. It was narrated from Abu Mas’ood al-Badri that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) forbade the price of a dog, the fee of a prostitute and the payment of a soothsayer. (Narrated by al-Bukhaari and Muslim). It was reported that ‘Aa’ishah (may Allaah be pleased with her) said: “Some people asked the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) about soothsayers. He said, ‘They are nothing.’ They said, ‘O Messenger of Allaah, sometimes they say something and it comes true.’ The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: ‘That is a word of truth that the jinn snatches and whispers into the ear of his familiar, but they mix a hundred lies with it.’” (Narrated by al-Bukhaari and Muslim). Allahu Allahu my Lord! grant us benefiting understanding about these hadiths |
aliko wan jst waste money...it better to donate fund to charity instead |
Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote, has said he still wants to buy Arsenal despite failing in a 2010 bid to acquire a stake in the club. The Nigerian billionaire is now worth nearly eight times as much as when he tried to buy into the Gunners, and the passionate Gooners has not given up on his dream of getting involved with the north London club. “I still hope, one day at the right price, that I’ll buy the team,” Dangote, 58, told Bloomberg. “I might buy it, not at a ridiculous price but a price that the owners won’t want to resist,” he continued, before ominously adding, “I know my strategy. Interestingly, Dangote has publically stated that Arsene Wenger “needs to change his style a bit,” claiming the team “need new direction.” Dangote – valued at over US$15billion – is worth more than both Arsenal majority shareholder Stan Kroenke and Uzbek Billionaire Alisher Usmanov, who have been fighting for control at the Emirates in recent years. But his bid to take over the club won’t be coming immediately, with the cement and commodities tycoon wanting to get his portfolio of businesses in order first. “We have $16 billion-worth of investments in the next few years,” he said. “Right now I want to take my own business to a certain level. Once I finish on that trajectory, then maybe” Majority owner Kroenke recently bought more shares in Arsenal, and is not believed to have any interest in selling the club |

jamb is ending on 21th dnt kw if dey av extended it |
The much expected 2015 UTME has finally begun. For many candidates this would be their first experience of UTME. And being the first time JAMB will be using only CBT Mode, many candidates are likely to leave the exam hall with tales of how it all went down. This thread is for candidates writing today 10th March, 2015 to share their experiences. We would like to know stuff like; - If a thumb print was required for accreditation? - Did you have to turn on the computer or log in to the Computer System yourself? - How were the questions presented? What is the layout of CBT like? - what part of the screen was the time located? - What about the questions, how many questions were asked in each of the subject you wrote? - In English Language, how many questions were asked from "Last Days At Forcadoes High School"? - How long did the exam last? - Was the time enough for you? - Did the system close automatically (for those whose time finished before the time)? Share all of your experiences. You can write it out like a story so it will be interesting to read or you can simply answer the questions above |
