Most filling station I know is a one man biz not really a limited liability coy.. But if u d name of filling station u talking bout here ends wit Ltd (private ltd liability coy) or Plc(public ltd liability coy) that means it's an incorporated coy and is thus distinct and separate from its members or owners according to CAMA

Our family TRV for tourist was approved today for 2 years. I just want to share this with the hope that it will be useful for whoever that wish to apply for Tourist visit to Canada.

Submit application and bio on the 16th September for a family of 5 (Paper Route). Received a mail for collection this afternoon.

I will try to list all the documents submitted for our application later.

This moment hasn't been easy for me here, these people assignments and tests plus quizzes nor dey finish.. I still have a midterm exam next week sef. But God dey.

God i have just been denied. the reasons are travel history, length of purpose stay in canada, purpose of visit, current employment situation, my personal assests and financial status.

Ok thanks. But I heard WES evaluation can take over 3months. I'd rather not go through that. Is it optional?

Guys please which universities and colleges in Canada require transcript evaluation by WES, etc. and is it advisable to go thru the process?

pls house i got a mail from cic yesterday but i cant log in, it sells my account has been suspended for 24hrs, just got another mail to check my cic account now and still says same thing.

my first refusal (self sponsored) reasons:
1. Purpose of visit
2. your family ties in Canada and your country of residence

second application:
Reasons were as follows:

1. Travel History
2. Purpose of Visit
3. Length of proposed stay in canada
4. your current employment situation
5. your personal asset and financial status.

When i saw all these reasons i just smiled , i felt this letter wasn't for me . cos i spent time re-writing my SOP and even sent it to some peeps here to make corrections and fixed those loopholes that led to the first delay.
Anyway this were the documents i submitted.

- immigration forms
- academic transcript
- sponsors documents ( parents) payslip, id cards, employment letter
- co sponsors company registration docs ( uncle)
- SOA of sponsors and my personal SoA ( over 8 Million)
- B.sc result
- SOP
- Affidavit of sponsorship from parents
- letter of co sponsorship from uncle ( company letter headed )
- letter of support from parents
- my CV
- SSCE cert.
- previous travel to dubai, SA and UK
- my parents landed documents
- my landed document and registration certificate
- my previous work and business registration certificate/ tax receipts and certificates
- tuition deposit $CAD 7000
