My honest thoughts in regards to this.
I do not see convincing reason(s) for wanting to team host grandma(son and friend; whilst there isn't an immigration rule that, this is not acceptable), the VO may see these efforts as her son not being financially buoyant to host grandma, which if that is the case, i would suggest the visit be planned for another time. In addition grandma should have some savings or some funds accessible to her, in her personal savings or as the case maybe to show, that she could in an event of unforeseen circumstance(s), resolve such issues without needing to tap from the UK benefit and social system.
You also mentioned grandma receiving financial support from your brother, the question here is how consistent, clean and healthy is this support? And is there a possible way to establish such support being made to her by him in her application?
Your brother(grandma's son) in best case scenario should be the sole sponsor (he should assist her with the following, though non-extensive list, a letter of invite and sponsorship, he may wish to categorically state that all/most of the financial burden and welfare during grandma's visit would be on him). Also, he should/could provide your grandma with ID for identification purposes, P60/payslips/bank statement(either, or 1 complimenting another) and as is applicable to him.
Include with her application, other supporting documents as would be necessary and applicable to grandma and she should be fine.

Pls am about about to re-apply for a standard visit visa for April holiday for my grandma and my brother and her friend that she's going to visit her sponsoring her trip.
Grandma as not worked under any government work so no pension given but always been supported by my brother which is her son.
Her friend that is inviting her as provides
Visitation letter
Prove of accomodations
Tax clearance
Passport page and resident permit and bank statements.
Please have read all I could but I will want to consult b4 applying agn I won't like if it's denied (lack of research which made me to fall into on experienced agent) agn which I believe it won't.

answering to your questions, you can reapply as soon as possible but you must make sure you correct and address the VO's concerns.

What you can correct
1. Ask your friend to support you with his/her P60 and or personal bank statement to demonstrate that he/she can afford the 3000k pounds you stated in your application.
2.The friend can make available the funds you stated either via money transfer/directly to your bank statement so you could include with your application to demonstrate that he/she can indeed finance your visit.

On your ends;
When next you want to apply try to submit evidence of your pensions or any financial documents at your disposal if you did not do so in your last application, this is to support your monthly and yearly earnings.

Subsequently, you and your friend may/may not wish to reduce the time you intend to spend in the UK, IF

May- If you and your friend do not have sufficient funds or financial documents to support that whilst in the UK you would have no reason to seek recourse for public funds or access the UK social benefit(s)/system, then it is only wise you have and must reduce the duration of your intended stay to match the size of your pocket and budget. Mind you, you would likely be issued a 6 months visa or more (depending on what duration of visa you would be applying for), multiple entry visa, as such you would still be able to spend the 3 months duration you intend to without being judge on probability of doubt by the VO about your intent of visit and duration.

May not- If you and your friend(sponsor) are able to support your financial capabilities, and you are able to demonstrate that you would leave the UK and her territories after your visit, then i don't see why 3 months is too much considering your stay would still be within validity of your visa.

Sorry about the refusal. 3months is alot of time to spend in the UK on a visit visa. Was it 6months you applied for or 2years?
Did you also provide them with your own statement showing you have that said money? Also what documents did you submit from your sponsor?
It's best you sort this things out very well b4 reapplying so that you dnt waste money, energy, time n effort getting denied again
