Anyone to help answer these questions?
I would appreciate.

My advice is follow everything on the checklist of ur visa category. As a matter of fact, prior to ur write up I hope some traveling agents are not trying to do some backdoor jobs for u. This one u are asking whether embassy confirms dx and that.

My question is: if they won't confirm it, y would they be asking for it. Please play safe and do what's ought to be done right.

Respect! Thanks.
My challenge now is this ielts exam... I don't know if there is any way around it? Does anyone know of a school that might soft paddle for BSc base on I have been thought in English upto hnd level.

Or should I just get down on it? .

Once again, am happy for all the older guys in this forum. You guys are hero's!

Take Time to always send friendly mail to your prospective course coordinator telling him you have been taught in English throughout your study since day one.

I applied to almost 8 schools and I was exempted. I got a letter of English proficiency from my undergraduate school.

Thanks a lot for your advice.
Pass no wrong impression on me please. All fingers are not equal. I am only curious as to repay my sponsor and is not just over zealous about the job . Like I said, I have raised up to half the block fund and I need to borrow to make it up since my job is no longer promising . Only just want to know what my chances are so as to know what to promise the guy. Am that kind of guy that like keeping his promise.
Am just asking if I can hustle and pay up within the shortest time... Please anyone that has been in my shoes before should give me a clue.

Telling u to settle u mind first isn't a bad opinion. Although I Hv not and not in this kind of position but with my write up, if u can understand, it's a Ÿes

U cannot expect me to tell you no. I know how it feels to have this impression that I want to leave naija. Surely, when u get here u gonna gather up. Student Job isn't a big deal, u ll surely get 1

Thanks a lot...
Please I still have small question on the fund issue. Please is it possible to get job while schooling to save and pay back who I borrowed from within the shortest possible time? I currently have up to half the fund personally and I plan to borrow from my relative to complete it.

Getting a student job is not a problem here. U really need to settle ur mind if truly u want to come. It aches when I see people ask this job job job of a thing. Once u re here your relationship with people would yield fast answers about that. There are a lot of student jobs. My own take

My answer still is don't be desperate. Come to Europe the legit way. U probably could help anyone around you if you are ineligible.

I keep telling people to stop wasting their money on unnecessary visit or tour whatever. Think about the implications if you are caught although some people might have been lucky to get away with that.

Please as a follow up to this hnd qualification issue I also have questions.

It's understandable that hnd can't go straight for MSc..

My question is..
1. Would I inform that I have attended school to hnd level while applying or should I forget the details or just go by weac and possibly ond transcript?
Again
I have searched through DAAD and am not seeing my love course, Accounting. Is it that Germany don't do it or is it hidden under business administration?

2. Do I still need proof of English if I inform them I have attended higher institution in English?

3. Please about the fund, would it still remain in the block account even after you land Germany or is it withdrable after some months of arrival. Am asking cos I have a relation that can lend me that money for 6 months or little more but not up to yr.

4 lastly, would age be my barrier. Am turning 30 this yr.

Please someone should help me with the above ... God will bless all of the older guys helping we JJC. Reading through this thread gives me hope that our generation will be better where Igbo, hausa, yoruba and host of other tribes will see each other as brother and sister.

1. As far as everyone here knows and I do. HND certificate is not equivalent to study Master's degree in Germany. Times without numbers we have talked about this. Apply for fresh BSc, don't waste time hoping high although nothing is impossible but this case, the German educational system comes to play. Not necessarily u apply to Accounting, this is a developed society whereby related courses are many. Man explore and free Nigerian mentality (sorry about that)

2. You surely need EPL even though the school don't request because u might be surprised if u don't submit it, u might be mailed to send it hence courier cost. Some might even tell u to go write the professional English proficiency exam like IELTS, TOEFL etc. Rhein waal University is one that I know make this example compulsory at point of applying.

3. U must block €8800. This is compulsory or u use a letter of obligation. Loaning or borrowing the money from whosoever is not the German government issues. U would get payout of €720 every month.

4. As far as I am concerned Age has no limit here in respect to study. I have people of 32+ studying BSc. Don't let that deter u.

Chairman I greet you. My interview is next week. Please is it also ok to write block account, and family support as means of subsistence? For the motivation letter, can I use A4 paper to write and how many pages is ideal - 2 or 3 pages? Also,do I need to make any photocopies of the motivation letter? Thanks to provide feedback bro.

2-3 page for your motivation letter is OK, remember it's not easy securing admission in schools here. Ur admission has guaranteed you that you are worthy of study.

Write boldly Blocked account If that's what U re going with.

My brother, Due to the fact that I need to meet up with the block account stuff, I have told suspend the school application stuff till this time next year. however, I had these plan in mnd.

1. Get more certification in my I.T. CAREER
2. Learn the language

my question is this;
1. SINCE I CANT DO MASTERS WITH MY HND WHAT OTHER EXAM OR CERT DO I NEED TO MAKE IT UP FOR MASTERS
2. CAN I SWITCH FROM FULL TIME STUDENT TO PER TIME ONCE I GET AN I.T. JOB?
3. WHAT ARE 3 STATE YOU MENTION ABOVE?

HND certificate is not equivalent to Msc here. U have to apply for a fresh BSc. It would favourable to u for long stay here (3 years). Sorry about that dude

U can get a job on the ..IT field "ur internship might secure you"

NRW is where I have idea about but other reasonable options are Berlin, Stuttgart and Munich

Hi guys, so I'm filling my visa application form as against my appointment later this week...I intend to use a sponsorship letter but due to the holiday season and unforeseen circumstances, i won't be available to present it on my interview date this week..I intend to go with my blocked account details which I opened in August for the winter semester 2017 but couldn't meet up for due to the embassy appointment situation...so I have a few questions I want you guys to help me out on.....

1) How do I go about using my blocked account details for the interview and later submitting my sponsorship letter when I get it without complicating issues for myself (read about a similar situation on this thread but can't locate precisely the page that is).
2) When asked about my means of sustenance on the application form, should I fill blocked account or sponsorship (considering my above situation).
3) On a lighter mood, how did you guys that have already gone for the interview sort out hotel accommodation issues (as par high pricing on the Island) cos I intend to be in Lagos a day before my D-day to avoid stories that touches(Lagos recent traffic and fuel palaver)..

Thanks

I'll answer No 1 & 2 because I'm a living testimony of that. It's normal to change as @Donkafor said. I did same and no complications. The only thing u just need to b careful about is ensure u let them know u have a family, friend here in Germany. Although I have a family here and my case was that my distance relative got a month appointment at his auslanderbehorde here in Germany so I had to wait and wait till the letter was out. So, in a nutshell, let them know u have someone here so as to give ur claims of how u got the letter valid

2. Doesn't matter... It's what u re going with u should fill. If u re going with BA details fill Blocked Account and if VERPFLICHTUNGSERKLARUNG fill it there. Don't complicate issues for yourself.

HI, I applied for a student visa for Germany to study the language in Frankfurt for about 6-8 months. My mother applied for a visa as well so she could drop my sister and I off and also visit us from time to time, as a result she stated those reasons as the reason she was applying for a visa as well as a couple of business trips because my parents do business in Germany.

My sister and I applied about 5 weeks ago and even received emails a while back, asking follow up questions about our contacts in germany.
However, this week marks the 5th weeks since then and we've not heard anything back despite the fact that my mother received her own multiple visa for a duration of 3 years.

I'm starting to get worried because our language course begins on the 8th and as I mentioned before, our visas haven't been issued. Should I really be worried?

You don't necessarily need to resort wasting ur money on visit or studying language course.

To my best of knowledge, the best way of coming to developed societies this days especially we Nigerians is through studies. Either BSc, MSc, PhD. There's always high chances of rejection to study language course here in Germany. I would have advised u go back to the drawing board to apply to any of this 3 degrees u fit in cos language courses are always short term courses if I guess right. Funny enough, if you are in class of any of this 3 degrees stated above and u re lucky to be in a state like NRW, language classes are free.

Best of luck dear

It seems Germany has one of the highest tax rate in Europe...

My brother the system works fine. You are paying basically for everything you are enjoying. This is a developed society. One thing u can't evade is tax. All this you are paying, any day u stop working, u would be paid monthly as a citizen if I'm right. And also there's this thing they call tax refund. Don't let people tell u what they don't know. The system is Favourable to all.
