Got to the embassy gate around 5:58 am " the one that demarcates American and German Embassy" come see crowd for there "American embassy people reach like dem wan go do crusade"
Got to German consulate by 6:01 am. Had to greet those on queue "they are visit visa" (E no concern).
Paulinus appeared around 6:09 am and started singing morning devotion songs from his android phone. The guy is just too principled and bit unethical "he told one OLD woman to sit behind even as there was no space for her to pass to go and sit behind as those in front were even willing to go back because of her age" be wary of him.
He called on student visa applicants "I was the only one on ground, so he called on me demanding for my appointment letter and passport"
We started sorting documents and on the long run asked of my baptism or vassination card, I told him I don't have and he said why? I told him I'm a Muslim and he said he's not talking about religion here that even Muslims have "with his ugly fair face". He started reasoning others applicants issue. He told me authoritatively that if any documents are missing and was told to go bring them, he wouldn't let me in anymore.
Successfully, I crossed his shackles constructed route.
Inside the security phase those guys were forming gods as if they are the one to gv me visa. Them too do like boss, I Register my name and passed through.
I was directed to go through the green line which I did. Entered the office and was shivering because of the cold and had to move back Cos of the A/C, very very cold.
I was called in by the VO "one small black Nigerian" (very gorgeous though but pulls in commanding character, from her charismatic self)
She started by
Ur documents, Ur original Certificates, Ur Visa fee, Ur courier envelope "thought I forgot that, she gave a command that I should go get it within 3 minutes" while the thing dey my documents.
Interview Proper

Everhopeful and Jigba, reading your comments give me joy that we still have intelligent and reasonable Nigerians who know their rights.
Olanrewaju and Ninered, German embassy is doing us no favour giving interview dates. It is their job and they should tidy up loose ends. I have lived in Europe for 3 years, no embassy leaves people stranded with an excuse of being fully booked.
Phemmisky, i considered people in ur shoes b4 i commented earlier. Sorry about ur holland admission, it is well.
Johnnyessence, Abuja embassy is strictly for the high and mighty.
I dont post to impress any1, i only say my mind. So if it offends you, i really do not owe u an apology. I wish every1 success.

Is it really "our rights though"
The embassies are here to protect their best interests first and foremost.

My point is even at the end of that ur epistle, u re still gonna dance to the tune of Paulinus, the VO's even the embassy gatemen on ur interview date which for sure u know. Ur profile about u staying in Europe for years isn't anyone's concern but try and redraft those epistle up there cos it's unhealthy and shows some sort of feeling prior to ur write up. Pelee Europe oga/madam. This hustle is real ooooo

@nicolea, olanrewaju & donokafor. I want to say many thanks for your explainations. I wil like to apologetically plead on behalf of adalapretty. I want to believe it was all said due to anger but not with any bad intentions. We all know the end products of anger which usually results to sth unpleasant. Pls i beg u all.

Just like it was rightly stated here that we need to plead for a favor, i intend to do so thro my school's international office pleading wt them to send a message to d embassy, hoping for a positive response.

Lets all pray for the very best. God will see us through in all. #winter2017

He actually made a good point that need to be discussed and you are calling it trash??

Do you really think the German Embassy check this thread grin

What he wrote won't affect anything wink

I'm not trying to be coward here but I would love u go take a review of his epistle and quote me once again that he hasn't spoken off the line. Respect the fact that this people are humans and have their policy. He's trying to kind of teach them their job. Someone specifically quoted him that the Abuja office are meant for emergencies. He should chill as I'm virtually sure everyone would be attended to. If u believe is post is at the favour of all. I'm virtually sure no one would read that post and say it's okkk. Don't encourage him for those words but try to reason outside the box what he meant. Alas, he's not the only one affected.

Eldeee u are so right. What incompetence on d part of german embassy nigeria to say they are fully booked. Only in Nigeria do we get trash. Just imagine. Do they know the stress involved in getting admission, opening blocked account, getting almost 4million naira and they go to their site to write trash about being fully booked. Instead of meeting up wit demand, they give lazy excuses. Even America that pulls the highest crowd has neva put such rubbish on their site. That is wat we get being in a lawless country like Nigeria. German embassy was established in Nigeria to serve the masses, both poor and rich so if they have agents on nairaland please advice them to make use of the embassy in abj for students and other visas that have deadlines and stop giving excuses on their incompetence. Or better still close down abj office.

Cc: justwise, Eke40seven
This guys post irritates me. Can u just get a way to delete this trash that's an epistle. I pray dx don't later bounce on people who would be coming next summer even if winter summer scale through. Abeg, mk una do the needful. For others, please let's try and always filter our comments, everything no be by anger. This is a public platform.

Man take a chill pill, u should get dates so soon. Remember dx is a public platform and it's not only read by Nigerians. One the first note, u should be aware no one forced you to apply for their visa and truth be said they have their policies and they are fixed up. They would surely come back to gv u positive response and be careful of whatsoever u say here because it could be at detriment to incoming applicants. This German policy and u don't need to start making comparison with other countries. I'm not saying people don't have right to say what's not favoring them but I should be on a lighter note. What u post here online today might affect other incoming people. Just try and filter u words, I would have advised u to go for US study route if ur claim is that Germans are incompetent. Be careful bro.
