Ur sponsor don't need to pay anything into any account. If he's eligible to issue you the SL, all he needs do is to provide all d required docx requested by his auslander amt. If he's eligible, they issue him d docx and he pays 29eu there for receipt. Anything other than this is no good news

Anyway, Germany doesn't allow dual citizenship. So u must renounce the citizenship of your country to become a citizen.
So just graduate and work towards getting permanent residence. U can use that to work anywhere in Europe indefinitely. Always renew when need be.
Secondly, you must have worked in Germany or been a permanent resident for at least 7-8 years before u can even apply for citizenship.....

Majority of them do not want a long term relationship with you. Inshort na woman dey dump men for here o. Fact! And its the man crying to his friends about the shock and heartbreak. Many men have passed through this treatment multiple times. Some have tried to do everything and anything to make the woman stay. I also girls facing this dilemma. They dump you and they block you. You dare not go to their house after that else they call the police. A few have gotten a girlfriend though but the ratio is very low and after multiple trials i some cases.

I personally emailed them and they insist we have to withdraw the application and reapply. Infact they put a deadline of next monday if they will reject the visa. BA was funded before interview.

Yes... But do u remember ur post about average pay students earn. Please, stop giving people high expectations and when dey get here, they get depressed. I don't want to know what nature of job u do as a student and still love to attend class and do necessary school stuff that u will earn 1500€ (and u even said after tax).
U can only have all this if u have a command of d language (depending on d firm requirement and ur importance to them) and it's a work under an IT firm (werk student and paid around €15/hr and mind u, u can't get more than 20hrs weekly from this job) and u probably have another part-time job of €450 (making a sum of 2jobs) .....i don't even know Mayb u ll be able to gather time shA even with this 2 jobs.

In other words, if u have command of d language and get a job pay of around 12€/hr, it will go a long way b4 gathering that money after tax. Do u forget that u will pay rent (Abi na BAHNHOF u dey sleep), TV and Radio bill, insurance, mobile phonee internet bill, feeding, don't lemme finish probably u might have pest disturbing u back home to send something for them.


Please let's be guided as its not easy to combine d 2 task together. To my best of knowledge, u can only get this said amount of money if only u take a full-time job in either amazon and jump school then u can conveniently earn that. And this is a fact that I know if that is what u referred to as posting stuff with valid proof or fact. Once again, let's be guided.

I got admitted for summer in February 2017 and deferred to winter 2017.
I didn't withdraw my application. I sent an email stating my decision to defer my application and I was requested to submit a new admission letter for the winter semester. In the end, my visa was issued.

Please bro, he's right; German embassy or Consulate DOES NOT issue VPEs (as some people call it), except you guys are referring to some other document. Homeland Immigration offices do that, located in each town, and the issuing office has to be the one of the town your sponsor lives in.
However, if a German citizen is resident in another country, and wants to sponsor his/her relative, he might go to the embassy in the country he is resident in, and plead with them to have his home-town issue a VPE and send it through the embassy.
Sometimes, we forget these institutions are set up for specific/particular purposes, embassises are foreign diplomatic institutes, they are not also saddled with internal issues. You're also aware that not only German citizens can request for VPEs foreigners also can, and it's the homeland Immigration offices that have the detailed data of each person in each town.

Apparently my point as well. I would have gladly love to ask if it was embassies of our countries we did our city registration. The letter in question is issued by the auslanderbehorde of the sponsor, quote it anywhere.

Reason being that every document of the said sponsor is with his city via his registration as a member of that city. Is @Gcapable trying to tell me that registration of someone is done at embassies.

I used this said letter we re talking about and b4 I got it, my Uncle based in the UK enquired from their consulate, they didn't understood what he was saying not to talk of telling him they can issue it. I can see u love criticism even though ur response is far from respecting my opinion.
I barely see u made one reasonable post only for u to come here and rant about d wrong in ones opinion.

Nope, you're wrong. Even the German embassy in Nigeria does the formal obligation. See it on their website sef. I'm sure the German embassy in the US will be able to issue it for her of the one in Nigeria is issuing it.

My intending sponsor is now a Citizen (not just a resident) & the company she works for is headquartered in Germany where she had been working until her recent transfer to their branch in US. I believe she earns way above the amount needed (judging by the company's reputation, E.ON).

If this what @ayomeah was talking about. I'm sorry to say it's rejection but you can always appeal. That's normal but just be courageous to do fast to appeal.

You misquoted the whole thing. I know numerous numbers of people that their passport was collected after interview and it wasn't on basis of rejection but In this case where the passport is being collected, it could be that the students enrollment deadline has passed or is by the corner and they have to hasten things up for the persons visa to come out fast. U need not be scared that ur passport was collected although mine wasn't collected but they requested for it when my visa was out.

It's a normal routine

Your sponsor has to take it back to his/her auslanderbehorde to do the correction. And at point of correction, they would sign and stamp on that part the mistake is. Every information on the letter is important.

This virtually has nothing to do with ur school.

He/She is not under schufer (debt) list

He/She Has €720 left after all his/her monthly bills has been settled

His/Her job contract

6 month pay slip

His/Her passport / Reipass

His/Her Permanent address in DE

Then he/she should have the documents of the person he/she wants to sponsor

Like:

Admission letter

Nigerian passport and Nigerian address of the person he/she is sponsoring

And the address you are going to in Germany (ur school address should serve as ur address for now)
