What year is the NECO result...is the original available for collection @ NECO office?..if so.collect it.if not available,submit a printout.but which ever u submit,u must still attach a result checker card...u can get the original result probably in 3days....which school are u going and when is resumption

dahonestboss: If you were given an appeal letter, then you should consider appealing and stipulats that you did not use any fake document this time, I know a friend that was denied residence permit to sweden in 2009 but got the one for Finland in 2010. besides, did you wrote yes on the OLE_opi application form that you have been denied residence permit to Sweden earlier?

....i was afraid maybe finnish immigration will know if i have been denied sweden visa,so i told finland that sweden has denied me 3 yrs ago...what can i do to convince finland because am planning of reapplying this year

palliative: When I was running things wif CDHC, they hadn't started with d VAC stuff. But surely bro, if u submitted a courier envelope in ur 1st submission, a 2nd one is absolutely unecessary.
And supporting docs ought to go thru d same VAC oooo. So u don't loose ur doc and u gottta quote ur serial number to them (if u have been given urs).
Normally, they don't advise us to bring in supporting docs after submission until they request for it but if its very important, u can try but make sure u quote ur file number.

bamshy: Not that I have a ready made answer but i suggest you call the VAC or the embassy. Their answer will be your best bet. All the best.

...what are u applying for...as undergraduate or postgraduate...are u working.....about ur sponsor...u'll need his company registration certificate,if he has tax clearance collect it,statement of account that will cover ur studies for a year and still remain a reasonable balance,bank letter with d statement of account,sworn affidavit of financing u,his sponsorship letter on company letter head,police character certificate obtainable @ alagbon,lagos,if he has any landed property,collect d cert,like C of O,shares,u also need to convince the visa officer by showing ties to Nigeria,maybe landed property of ur self,future employment or anything u can use to convince them,this is all i can remember for now.let more people add to all i've said but answer my earlier question

......enquire if u can renew ur passport cuz the expiry is near,i think ur passport expiry shouldnt be lessthan @ least a year,but let more people talk about this issue cuz am not too sure.about ur dad's sponsoring u,what kinda job is he doing..salary earner or self employed and own a company?...i think i should know these before a can assist,moreso,check the canada website for necessary documents

He did TOEFL last Friday just to help keep the record straight and weighty. He finished BSc Biochemistry last year with 4.14. I know we have to deal with the school first, could he still make it Sept.2012?

u need to calculate is 3 months to school resumption @ latest application time to apply for visa,if u choose,Memorial university of Newfoundland,i think u'll get multiple resumption dates,probably september and january dates,just apply to school and see how it goes.....my bosses here will explain much better

@ all in da house,there is an important factor we must consider when choosing school..choose a school u know u can afford to pay it tuition fee if embassy request u to do so and not just choose because u have a relative there or because u want to study in a popular city....may we all achieve success in our endeavours........AMEEN

...good,u can resume @ any start date of ur choice and that gives u enough time to prepare ur documents before u apply to VAC..check d canada embassy website for requirements and ask the house whatever isnt clear

....congrats on ur admission.does ur school require paying any fee before u apply to embassy?.check he canadian immigration website for visa requirements,are u a self sponsor,if not,know what u need to provide and what should be done by ur sponsor,lastly,when is ur school resuming

J20: Please I need clarification on some issues:-

1. My mum is building up her account as advised by some good people here. She wants to transfer about 1m from her savings account to her current account (different banks). Does she need to submit 4 months statement of both accounts to the embassy? Or should she just explain the transfer in writing to the embassy?

2. Is applying for visa by first week of August alright for my Jan 3 admission?

3. After paying the deposit required by the school, how long does it take to get the admission letter that one needs to take to the embassy? I inten to pay the deposit by June ending and submit my visa package first week in August. Am I on course?

4. Do I need to book and pay for deposit for accommodation before starting the visa process?

if she is sponsoring u with just an account,then she neednt give u morethan 1 statement of account.what matter is just make sure the account is ok,also,applying to d embassy shouldnt be lessthan 4months to school resumbtion,calculate that urself when ure planning on visa application.if the school instruct u to pay for a deposit of a particular amount before u get admission letter,do so,if not,do not pay for any fees,including school fees,accommodation and all except the embassy instruct u to do so.getting admission letter lies in u,as soon as u meet up d school requirement,u'll be sent admission letter as soon as possible,and lastly,make sure ure contacting d admission officer for any related school information u need,because different school with different policy.......

3 months to start of programme is too late,u should apply latest 4 months to start of programme.when is ur school resuming and which school,also,some schools give students 2 to 3 resumbtion dates,like in my case,i have 2 resumbtion dates,sept.7 and also january 2013.
