Walk into any DHL or UPS store, you can google & check for the one's near you.

I've dreamed of typing this a long time. I am a first time applicant. It was a DIY application and although it was full of all the imperfections of a hurried lady, I dropped my application at Gods feet and asked him to perfect it in the sight of the VO.

After I submitted my application I kept sending other things I felt they might need through emails and even a letter of explanation. I am a student In UNN so with exams and all that I've been quite preoccupied but this week I decided enough was enough.

I fired mails to Beijing, new york, Sydney, nairaobi, Kenya and all the countries with an email address. I bolded my emails and sent morning, afternoon, night.

I just want to say thank you Jesus. Thank you father.

Also thanks to everyone who kept the hope alive and the faith.

I would like to appreciate pascal who gave me tips to compress my pdf to 2.MB which was crazy. This guy responded promptly like a brother every time I sent him a message. Also, VON was a big support as he reviewed my letter of sponsorship.

You can do it yourself, all the help you need is here. I studied every post and the peculiarity of the documents submitted. I used it to build a framework for my application and I kept editing and adding documents whenever I came across any PPR post. The weakest point in my application was my proof of funds and I backed it up with prayers.

I am going to Windsor, Ontario, I need any assistance to secure affordable off-campus accommodation because my school residence is on the high side.

My profile in summary: 25y/o single male, parent sponsored, Computer Engineering BSc, graduated with second class upper, going for MSc, Computational Sciences. Graduated in 2020, worked as a Software Engineer ever since then.

July 13: Gave biometrics and received on portal
** Somewhere in between I’d uploaded my medical sheet from IOM via webform. Can’t remember when.
August 4 (2AM): Sent mail to Lagos, Nairobi, London and attached my medical sheet.
August 4 (Around 1pm): Biometrics and Medicals updated to pass.
** Long wait, ordered notes, CBSA and GCMS, nothing tangible.
October 11: Sent mail to MP
October 13: MP got back literally saying the same thing on portal.
** Around this period, started firing several versions of mails and webforms.
Nov 16: MP reached out to them again – Preassessment done, eligibility not started.
Nov 17 (Around midnight): Sent mails to Beijing, London, Lagos, Abuja, Nairobi.
Nov 17 (Around 12pm): Eligibility review started on portal
Nov 17 (Around 9pm): BVL and PPR

Little story, for POF which is usually a concern, I had like 5.5M in my account, $2k USD in dorm account. 5M was gift deed from my Dad, he had 25M in fixed deposit since July 2021. As at the time I applied, the money was fixed. There were several opinions about this, but I kept it that way even though I was scared sh*tless. The closing balance of that account was 77k in fact.

Around November 9 ish, I sent updated statement showing liquidated funds and my Dad transferred the balance of like 8M to me since I’d enrolled in courses. My savings in Naira and USD had grown, I also got salary raise at work so I packaged all these and sent severally via webforms – both old and new. Oh yeah, I’ve ordered like 3 notes and I still have 4 pending lol.

I’m adding all of these because I’m not sure what did the trick. It’s pretty much a combination of all.

I thank God for making this dream a reality.
First application was submitted Nov 2021, and on the 21st of Feb 2022, at the qlife clinic where i went for my upfront medicals, after my tests I decided to check my phone and saw 2 donot reply emails, lo and behold IRCC decided to serve me hot breakfast, i still dont know how i got home that day. Reason for refusal personal assets and Financial status.

Orderd GCMS note (documents submitted show some funds seem available, but there are concerns over the source of fund).
I only mentioned in my SOP that my sponsor was into business but no documents was submitted to proof this. My mum registered her business immediately and we gathered all the business receipts and fired back again, this time I submitted all the documents to support my sponsor’s POF.

2nd application

Upfront Medicals passed July 24th
Then the wait started, omo IRCC will test your patience/ faith.
I started sending emails to Nairobi, London, Accra, abuja, china and lagos 3 times a week
Eligibility started October 18
