OK..... So the candidate selects the o'level they want for screening?? ...... If am to use commerce in place of Accounting my aggregate will be 64.8

As of last year,candidates were allowed to add one more subject to their jamb combo making it five in total.
such subject must relate to ur course of study..
some were not given admission even though ,they met cutoff cos of wrong subject (s) uploaded during online screening

Guys.... I had an A1 in commerce,b3s' in economics, govt and maths the c5 in English and Accounting..... Dunno how ui selects the required o'level subjects for screening but I will prefer commerce in place of Accounting cuz I will be on a safer side ..... Had 252 in my UTME and gunning for Economics

I believe there will be no problem if u use it in place of accounting.

check how to calculate ur aggregate on the first page of this thread.

But dont Excalate unizik, As u Got Good chances there

Talking about competition, C'mon pple like u with A good jamb score shuld'nt be Scared of That...u rily did well

At first it was adekunle with F9 parallel and now another afonja Olodo conehead with E8 and F9 all thru but A1 in afonja agbero language and yet wants to study medicine and surgery. Sha the brown roof universities like university of ibadan, unilag, oau, lasu may admit you with that result but here in the East and South South you'll be rejected..

Did he also particularly tell you whether or not they were actually producing but not awarding?? Did he also give you a good comparison of the first class his school produced compared to the graduating populations. Many questions to answer bro.

He said that most unis hardly produced more than 7 first class graduates,not only his uni.
He made that comment when unilag produced 200+ graduates .
He was only bewildered with the rate schools produce first class graduates these days.
He didnt say that unis are compromising their standards cos he is no longer in the system to tell such.

my old man seemed to be confused and want to know whether na the same first class that hardly come easy during their time that this new generation just dey get like say na beans .

and come to think of it,most of them idle away their precious time on WhatsApp, Facebook and nairaland like me.

of course, economics is better.
more marketable.
more rewarding in terms of salaries.
can as well work in many places.
I would have chose economics had it not been that I'm weak in calculations.

I have been preparing for my final Unizik Prescience/remedial exams.
My waec is finally out Ooo..I bless God. Maths B2, Eng B3, Bio B3, Chem A1 and Phy C4. Jamb 307. My Civic education is D7. Hope it dosnt have an adverse effect.
