Note:There is nothing like civic education in jamb.

With ur maths,English, economics and marketing,u can do public admin,marketing or even economics (For the latter,replacing marketing with government will be more appropriate).

For ur info,some schools use five subjects relevant to ones course of study to determine ones aggregate as against four subjects u just said u want to use cos of grades issue.
