I'm not a medical doctor but I'll share a few stuff I know about this matter with my male folks.

1. One or Two well delivered (I repeat well delivered) rounds of sex (with pre-intimacy etc) should be enough to satisfy any woman except she has abnormal cravings for sex (i.e she's a nympho),

2. Don't try sex after a very long day of hard work or long week of hard work and you've not rested properly,

3. Avoid excess energy drinks, tramadol, and other chemical steroids that are so called sex enhancers, they can cause you to experience a cardiac arrest,

4. Stay hydrated, drink a lot of water, sexual intercourse is a form of sport or exercise,

5. Your nutrition matters, if all you've eaten over a period of 24 to 48 hours is just rice, jollof rice, garri, bread and tea with one tiny sachet milk, if you try 3 or 4 rounds of sex, you go faint oh!

I'm writing this with heart full of sorrow because my life is really messed up.
For the past two years I have been taking hard drugs like tramadol and emzor.

I have lost my memory because of drugs, most times I forget things easily and it's really affecting my life, because I have lost a lot of things during the period of taking drugs..

The most painful part of it is that one of our female colleagues saw sachet of tramadol in my drawer and told my boss which he later fired me even after begging him.

Whenever I want to stop taking drugs I always feel tired, bored and sad if I don't take it.
Most times I always sell my things to buy drugs.
If I haven't consume 5 doze in a day I won't feel okay and I'm always angry with my family each time i don't take it.

Please I need your advice and opinion on how I can stop taking hard drugs,
Please I want anyone that has been in this position before to enlighten me on how to stop taking drugs..

The deal was not illegal and in fact, she was patiently waiting on the guy to finish school so she tag with him in the new visa he's applying for, what a leech, and she failed totally in keeping other own end of the bargain, thank God he did not allow her stay with him, if he had, the story would change to after fvcking me for years and we stayed as couple, he renewed a visa and excluded me and I got deported, he will demonize the guy ehh

The guy is a very smart guy , I think that was the plan of the lady , them staying together and before you know it , they start fucking, making it near impossible for the guy to ask the lady to fufill her part of the deal , because these women , once you start fuxkimg them they think you owe them the world .

I mean we see this happen everytime , A lady will propose that she and a guy become roommates , perhaps the guy was staying alone and the girl suggest that they start living together and she will be paying part of the rent only for them to stay having sex , when it’s time for rent , the lady will not want to pay her part

If I was in the guy shoe, I will do exactly what he had done ten times over

Then you proceed to apply for your GCMS note, that was what I did, below are the steps shared by one of our own here who went all out to help, I hope this helps you as it has helped me so far and it all ends in praise for all of us :-

I followed this guide that I found here and it was quite straightforward, you can use it as well. All thanks 🙏to the person that dropped it here.

- Go to Google, search ATIP
- Pick the first option from the list of results
- when the page opens, click on next
- click/mark the privacy box and click continue
- on the next page, select Canada Border Services Agency from the drop-down
- from the next drop-down, select foreign national outside of Canada
- fill out your required information in the boxes below
(Use your Nigerian address and phone number pls)
- Pick yes to the question about requesting information on your behalf if so
- pick member of the public for the category that best describes you
- Pick electronic copy for how you prefer to receive your notes/records
- click continue
- on the next page, pick privacy act on the 1st drop-down
- select English in the next drop-down
- select case files for the type of records
- fill out all necessary information below(for UCI number, use the format XX-XXXX-XXXX)
- in the comment box write a short intro and your request. Eg:
Hello/Hi
My name is SURNAME, First Second. I have applied for a visit visa, my UCI is ...... and my application number is ......, DOB. I would like to have the notes for my file
- then click continue
- also click continue on the next page(you don't fill anything here)
- you are taken to the final page where you review or edit your info
- check the I certify box and click continue
- you should receive a confirmation email from CBSA
