I agree with you, my advice was for the GSCM note to be gotten so that he/she is sure the agent did not do anything fraudulent, then your advice would be smart to try to get some travel history from other countries. We are all hoping for the best and hoping to be among the few that are approved.

I'm sorry to hear about your refusal. As others have said, request your refusal letter first, read the reasons yourself, and then apply for your GCMS note, which will explain in detail more about why you were refused so that you can reapply and address the reasons in your new application. but ensure you get your refusal letter so that it is not more than what the agent is letting on. Thank you so much . Actually my application was refused today , so distraught right now . Thing is , I got a mail that my application status has changed , but I used an agent so I don’t have access to the main page , so I called him that I got a mail and he checked and told me my application was refused , I really don’t know if it happens like that ,refusal when it’s almost six month , November 14 will make it six month , I did biometrics may 14.

Now , he’s saying the reason I was refused was they said I wouldn’t return if I go , and the decision can be appealed , I don’t know if that true , But not immediately , maybe after 1 month , please can you throw more light on this , can’t really trust these agents. Thanks.

I promised to share my timeline irrespective of my visa application decision.

The Witchcraft Agent had lied to me that there hasn't been any update on my application for someone who's biometric was done on December 23rd 2023.

I got curious and became worried, confused. All efforts to get access for my login details was rebuffed with one
flimsy excuse or another.

Then I took a bold step to request for GCMS note.

Alas!
My Visa application was refused since 7th June 2024!

Funny enough the devil's incarnate Agent as at this evening is still asking me to have patience., because I'm yet to reveal my discoveries.

However, Life goes on regardless.

I think it’s high time that nairaland should undergo a total overhaul, just remove all this present mods and install new ones. First of all this news was already on instagram since Saturday evening , It used to be the other way around , I first get my gist on nairaland before I start seeing it on other forums . Second of all, this story is misleading , the young man travel to inform the dad that his visa has been approved and not expired. And I’m not sure if anyone else pointed this error , goes to proof that most nairalanders don’t visit other forums

The processing time is 6 months so if you at 4th month means you still within the processing time duration!

This is nice though , I remember Agboyi well during my formative years in alapere, I suspect this land they built on was the popular sand field area , where we used to go play football. It was a very vast land, the sand looked desertlike and when it was sunny , your feet are scorched. Agboyi itself is a very big place . Then we had Agboyi 1, Agboyi 2 and 3 . Don’t know about now though.
