kingmayah: I beg guyz I am new here, and seriously in need to understd evrytin u guyz are talking abt. I hv Multv & mine shows. But what I cnt clearly understd is dt of KKTV stuf. I Undstd dt its FQ is 12.560 V SR 3095. I cnt seems to find any place more suitable to key in d FQ & SR. Unlike dt of Multv wher u cn simply go to ASTRA 2b. & enter d FQ & SR & u r gud to go. So I am stil wnt to kw whc way to go 4 dt of KKTV... is it Amos, Intelsat, Hot or even d same Astra 2b.. whc I hv tried. Ps cn a guru here help. Tnx!...Johny just Come(JJC).

interesting post!! , nway i wanted the orignal sware(firmware) for the 69x box cant find it on their website? the patch is working fine though .
if i get my monies right i will be upgrading to hd versions , then i will remind u that they ar all mercedes!!?>!

gkw: i have noted that similarities between 69x and 69xii by way of processors , memory etc , so my next question is is it not possible to flash 69x series with 69xii software from the strong website ?

Saipro: I don't quite remember denying ASAS. In fact, my wife had long since pointed out the diagnosis even before the syndrome hit this forum. That being said, Nilesat signals peak around midnight to 2:00 am.

Just to pique your interest, yes, I've charted Nilesat signals over a 24-hour period. More than once. And as Ibaku said, they're pretty strong in the morning. But stronger late at night.

Speaking of ASAS, you're replying my post at 4 O'clock in the morning.

sunny78: First u've got to download the file. Den if it's a .rar file, extract the contained file from it. If a .zip, unzip the file.
Now if ur decoder has a usb port for data transfer. All u've got to do is to copy the file into ur usb and plug to ur receiver. Plug it on and scroll around the menu's. U should see the option for upgrade/data transfer/software update,something like dat. Den follow the menu and it should be good. If dia's no usb port, den it'll require a pc to receiver transfer.

NB: make sure u use generator wen upgrading so dat PHCN doesn't cut u short and by extension ur receiver.

Also got to system information on ur box and check the software version and compare to the one u are about using so u dont end up downgrading instead of the intended upgrade. Regards.

don401: I exhuasted my energy yesterday trying to track multi-tv without knwin dat they have change tp. Can someone send me the tp with the highest signal strenght.

Saipro: Made an interesting discovery last week: the channels I seek are now on Eutelsat 7W. And they aren't quite out of reach; merely annoying to lock onto. More importantly, last night about 1:00am while fiddling with the equipment, Al Jazeera hit 82% and behold, a couple of them popped up again! Further fiddling lost the signal but I've ordered 3 LNBs (Inverto red, black & Invacom). When they arrive, I'll fiddle some more. Just took delivery of two DiseqC 1.1 switches as I intend to maximize LNBs on my 90cm & 100cm dishes.
My Nilesat dish is 2.6m fibre and I live in Ilorin.

Blofeld: Good day good people. My Multi Tv on Eutelsat W4 stopped working some days back. I rescanned my Strong 4669x to no avail and later discovered that my neighbours aren't getting Multi Tv either. My installer is speaking too much grammer and I realize he wants to make a storm out of a tea cup so that I will have to pay high. Pls anyone who can guide me to get multitv back can send me instructions at oponecn@gmail.com. Thanks and God bless!
