Alright sir! I sent you an email now. However, if you don't mind, you can also share here for all to gain. I will be expecting your response. Congratulations on your visa. You later transfer out of Lagos, right? Thank you sir. JohnPhysics: |
Oh! Thanks for the info. I hope that works. I should just write them via the Public Inquiry Form, right? By the way, DQ is not stated in the letters (the first in November 2023, and the second today). Should I just quote the date of issue of my first letter as my DQ? Thanks. uduafemhe24: |
Thanks for asking. I have added the new drivative beneficiary (by requesting that via the Public Inquiry Form); I have paid the fee, filled the form, and sent civil documents for the new beneficiary. I have today (7:08 am) received the type of letter that I received when I initially sent my civil documents in November 2023—stating that "The National Visa Center (NVC) received all of the fees, forms, and documents that are required prior to scheduling your immigrant visa interview at a U.S. Embassy overseas. NVC will work with the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General in Lagos, Nigeria to schedule an interview appointment for you. Once we have confirmed an interview date, we will send a notice to you, your petitioner, and attorney (if applicable).". The letter contains the same details as the one received in November 2023, except for the date on which it was issued. So, I want to assume that the DQ date has changed. Though I am not so sure since only the priority date is specifically stated. The DQ date is not stated. I just assumed the DQ date is the date the letter was issued. Please, guys, I still need information on how long derivative beneficiaries can be on "follow-to-join" and if I will be the one to inform NVC when they are ready for an interview, or if NVC will schedule them without asking me. I will be glad to know these. I have my beneficiaries moved to follow-to-join, for some personal reasons. Please, those in different groups and platforms, don't forget to update us here as status changes. Thanks. adedammy009: |
Till now. I still believe is a joke 😃 I no first believe the person that first shared it. Dem for no pay sef Agbalowomeri: |
Please, which organisation is better at handling scam and fraud cases? A pretended dealer defrauded me. NSCDC is not handling the case well. It seems they are treating it as civil and not criminal. Also, can I report to more than one authority at a time? or I will first need to withdraw my petition with NSCDC before filing another petition with a different authority? |
Good day Sirs and Mas, Sorry for going off topic. Please, does EFCC act on petitions submitted online? I see that petitions can be sent to their email; "Reports can also be made online through the Commission's email: info@efcc.gov.ng." I need to report a scammer disguising himself as a dealer and reclaim my money. Any idea on how to approach this? |
Please, I have another question. How do one change derivatives to follow to join? One would need to contact NVC too right? Must there be a special reason to request the change from Accompanying to Follow to join? After changing to follow to join, would the NVC just schedule the interview on the next available time or they will wait for the principal applicant to say that the derivative is ready? Also, how long can one be in the follow to join before finally ready for interview? Please, educate me on follow to join 🙏 |
Thanks for the link. I see that mostly, it affects the DQ here. This is 2FA category, I am not sure that will be different from E2. adedammy009: |
Thanks. I didn't know that before. I have already added and her documents would be delivered tomorrow. I will surely update as the situation unravels Kindly update us if DQ changes or not. adedammy009: |
Thank you. I have added the new derivative already. Also, I have made a payment and filled out the Ds-260 form for my newly added derivative. I just want to know if I need to send photocopies of my new derivative to NVC, as I have done before. Anyway, I have told my friend to help me post it to them already. TinFoil100: |
Hey! I am interested. Can I have your blackberry pin? TheExchanger: |
Good day all. Please, who has added a derivative beneficiary after DQ? I will also need to send the civil documents, right? Would the new addition change my initial DQ date (and the associated chance)? |
I see. I didn't think about individual companies before. But that means our national average is the 25 to 48 USD. The question then is, how did we arrive at that? I guess the NNPC, etc. factors, right? Mybe O&O is at the peak (48) per barrel . I still don't understand why our national average should be that high. I was surprised when Kelvin Emmanuel and Rotus discussed that yesterday. And nobody is asking question Mpeace: |
The highest in the world. Far above OPEC average. Between 25 and 48 USD https://www.proshare.co/articles/nigerias-crude-oil-production-costs-soar-up-to-48-per-barrel?menu=Economy&classification=Read&category=Oil%20%26%20Gas#:~:text=According%20to%20a%20report%20from,contribute%20to%20this%20high%20cost. thebargainhunte: |
Today market ehn! Since I still have a little up% for Eterna, na to exit what I have left and add to my O&O with that. Generally, after any major up trend and suspected reversal, I might exit my major stake and wait. 2026 possibly would end/start another 10 year cycle; it might present good opportunities. I just hope it is Trump factor that is causing the current "red". Because market forecast could be late or fast .KarlTom: |
And who will they sell to; where is the market? For instance, how many people can buy new car in Nigeria? How many units has Innoson been able to sell till date? Last year alone, the US imported over 8m vehicles, despite still manufacturing ![]() jaybee3: |
When are they crediting the bonus? KarlTom: |
Let some people be talking as if it is Dangote they write on our currency. They should not sell to him in naira (so that everyone can be happy). He will find dollars (that is not available) and import. It is still the naira that will suffer. SAs someone rightly mentioned, to me, the only incentive for buying crude in naira is freight/shipping. And that is not as he wish. There is template for margin/gain in refining business. There is established way of calculating this thing. Nigeria is just too difficult to deal with. sophy17: |

Good day all. 1) Please, can one apply for a fresh passport for a baby online? 2) Will the process be smooth in Lagos (probably Alausa office)? 3) Also, can the parents also be the guarantor? I think they always ask for guarantors for international passport. 4) What is the time frame and how much is the current price for both online and offline? Thank you |
I see. Thanks for the update emmasoft: |
Please, has any other bank credited too? What of Fidelity, First Bank? emmasoft: |

Please, do FBNQUEST accept NIN slip as a proof of address/utility. I can't remember |
Transpower dividends is here 🙌 |
Thank you very much for your help. I have to just let it slide. I have paid for comprehensive VIN report already; checked in many sites. Autobayng: |
I know sir. Asking for help doesn't mean someone is dull. No one knows it all. I know google is there and by God's grace I know how to use it. But some things are better asked from those more experienced. As a matter of fact, I have paid foe VIN report. I asked because I can't really find anything on the odometer/milage. This is not my first check. It is just strange and I want to know why. No Google can tell that. Thanks. Nomerci: |
Thank you very much. What if one can not get any info at all on the millage by tracking? Also, please, what is the difference in the design/layout of VIN for the same country. Please see the two images below for USA. Are they both valid? Why Canada in the "logo" of the first one? Nomerci:
|
Please how do one know if he odometer has been rolled back? Is there a way? Nomerci: |
Good day all. Please what is the "success rate" of family reunion for dependants of a masters student? 🙏 🙏 |
