No!
I added three (BSc, MSc, PhD). The picture below shows part of my report.
I can't remember precisely how to do it, but, I think you first register with your highest qualification, and you can add the remaining degrees later.

DroluAj:
From my experience, IEE only allows you to upload one certificate and one transcript.

TravelRe: USA Employment-based Immigration (EB-1,EB-2,EB-3 Visa) by olig(m):
Not compulsory to include undergraduate transcripts. Although, I included that in my petition. Since undergraduate awards or scholarships would add flesh to the petition, it is not bad to include undergraduate degree.

As mentioned somewhere on this page, You can you the International Education Evaluation (IEE) for your degree evaluation. With IEE, you can include all degrees at the same cost, and you don't need to send any official or hard copy transcripts; all you need is the pdf of your student copy or any copy you have. Also, it is very cheap and fast. With 80 USD or so and within one week, you are done. They will mail you the pdf of the report.

Icesnow:
so I don't need my undergraduate transcript? Getting transcript in Nigeria is a problem. Thanks

Please I would like to ask this, apart from WES, are there other evaluation bodies one can use for transcript evaluation in EB2 niw process?

In form DS-260, how do I handle petitioner for spouse/accompanying person?

I am a self petitioner, should I chose "others" and fill my details?
TravelRe: USA Employment-based Immigration (EB-1,EB-2,EB-3 Visa) by olig(m): 2:30pm On Sep 11, 2023
Thank you for the detailed information. Or are you the "scout" wink grin?

Just curious why they chose to confuse us grin. My curiosity aroused from the number of months covered in the recent IL issuance (based on information availableon this platform).
Similar to your views, one could have 2 thoughts; either they roll out IL based on the remaining/unused 2023 FY slot (and possible rollover from other categories) OR they are issuing IL based on the coming (2024) FY.

When October bulletin is released, permutations might be better grin

Thanks for your time.

Mandem101:
Mr/ms Olig this your question na consular officer / charlie oppenheim we go gaz send am to grin grin grin . I will give it a try.

I. It can be argued for fiscal year 2023 considering after DQ you are in line for visa availability/number.This means your visa is/was counted for that fiscal year (In an ideal world with lil -no backlog) by Department of state and NVC for when you get IL (usually 6 weeks tops).

II. Back to earth with different scenarios of short-staffed consulate, erratic IL allocation, etc It usually amount to waste of visas to be used. Two things can happen, the wasted numbers will be used as benchmark (margin of error percentage for such situation doesn't go above 10% except in cases like pandemic or freak accident event) for allocation of total employment based visa for the new fiscal year at the discretion of the team.

III. All interviews hopefully result in Visa issued. All Visas issued in October 2023 going forward should count towards Fiscal year 2024.

IV. While answering this , I see where the follow up question may become why use up visas for a new year when it obviously should have been captured in the past fiscal yearhuh? and are we left with reduced amount of visas.huh??
To the above follow-up question i say; The allocation is dynamic, it isn't rigid. As for reduced visa number, i am an optimist in the sense that from rough estimate both family and Employment based for Nigeria has not exceeded 7% cap because we are not issuing enough immigrant visas (if you think contrary; look at the visa issuance statistics for end of fiscal year 2022 and what will come out for 2023 for india, phillipine, brasil, etc compare them to the allocation we are getting per country not post). This may change in the next 24-48 months if Lagos is still the only consulate doing IV for Nigeria. The number of EB-2 NIW from Nigeria has shot up in crazy fold, so I anticipate backlogged visa allocation worse than what we are seeing currently for Eb-2 (NIW and employer petitioned) applicant based in Lagos.

Totally off the question:- Is it possible for us members here to ask ( Iof course after you have completed your visa interview proceedings to) visa officers to join the thread. Back in the day, pre-instagram and twitter gaining grounds. One or two visa officers were on nairaland usa thread. but they logged off due to scheduling etc. I figure if the employment based immigrants keep pestering them (volunteer if you are confortable enough since the interview is mostly chitchat ) at least one will return. Ofocurse we know they scout this thread. If you know, you know grin grin grin

FrauPosh:
I don't think they will release the documents back to you because you do not know when exactly the verification process will start. The only time you have to submit your documents is during your interview appointment. You are allowed to submit missing documents later but returning your documents before visa stamp is very unlikely. Your can also call the embassy to find out though. Maybe it could be possible but I doubt. My humble opinion.
Nawa o. This journey sef get as e be.
Thanks for your response.

I've just received an IL from the Lagos Consulate for 3rd week in October 2023. EB2-NIW. Priority Date: Feb 2022, DQ: September 2022. Hopefully others also received ILs.
Congratulations, and thanks for sharing. All the best in your interview.

Yes, it is possible. However, you must present a strong case why they should and back it up with evidence (documents). Please, your reason must be water tight and the evidence.

You, can then write them via email.

Thank you very much. This really helps. Someone told me I chosed the wrong option (traveling) that I should have chosen residency. That was why I became confused in that respect

Please any clue on this also?
I applied on 20.08.2023 from Diaspora, but till now, no progress. Showing pending. I chatted them, they said it may take 24 to 48 for the status to move. But still nothing since then.

Any clue from anyone?

I hope this helps......

The last sentence on my PCC reads "This Certificate is issued to the holder for the purpose of Travelling to United States of America and it is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance." I believe I applied for travelling....

Someone said that I should have applied for the residency own, instead of traveling.
I want to use it for US immigrant visa.

I don't know what the differences are.

I wonder why police have so many categories of PCC

Good afternoon,

I hope I can get help on Poloce Clearance Certificate (PCC) here.

Are there differences in the PCC that will be issued if chosen "Traveling" or "Residency" as the reason for inquiry on the POSSAP online application portal?
Will the one for Traveling different from the one for Residency?

Please are there differences between PCC for traveling and PCC for residency?

I was told I should have chosen Residency instead of Traveking in my PCC application.

Thank you for the response.

Koldfuzhion:
Congrats on your case being sent to NVC. Ensure that the police certificate you get includes fingerprints. I hear there a new version out that doesn't include the fingerprints. You need to insist that you need fingerprints as well, or NVC may request for more information after submission.

From my understanding, the police certificate is valid with the consulate for 2 years, even though 3 months is written on it.

Good luck.

Koldfuzhion:
Please, I need more clarification on the issue of police clearance. @SAYOSOLA @adedammy009, have you also completed your NVC stage? Others also, Please help

1) Do you mean one needs to provide fingerprint for the police clearance be issued? Or I have to upload fingerprints separately to NVC portal while submitting the police clearance?
Please, can you explain the fingerprint aspect?

2) Also, please, what is the validity of police clearance, and how long could it be obtained before submission?

My case (EB2 NIW) was sent to NVC on 03.08.2023. I am now tyring to prepare/gather documents to that I can submit as fast as I can when NVC create my case.

Thank you.
////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

I'm on EB2-NIW. I haven't gotten any headway with an expedite. The requirements for expedite seem a bit more difficult to justify with a self-petition. I'm open to advice on how to proceed with this...

With the NVC docs, it is best to double check the requirements before submission so that NVC doesn't request for additional information. For example, I had to submit the police clearance twice because I didn't include the fingerprints. That added an extra month before getting DQ.

TravelRe: USA Employment-based Immigration (EB-1,EB-2,EB-3 Visa) by olig(m):
Good day averyone.

Please, I have submitted my I-140 petition and I have some further questions:

(1) Can I and my spouse be interviewed at different Embassies in different countries?

Myself and my spouse live in two different countries. How do we handle that?

(2) Can I change the Embassy that I chosed in my I-140 petition? If yes, how? I have no approval yet.

I may have to move before the whole process is finalised.

(3) Is the Embassy/Consulate that I chosed to be interviewed in my I-140 petition what I have to stick with? Or there is a way to chose/change at NVC stage?

I think you should go through with the interview. Because they may put you straight to the end of the line again. In this case, perhaps they will carry out the lawyer verification first before ABH will make a final decision on your visa which would be some months time. That way, you either have a job and it goes through, or it’s denied but you won’t have to do the lawyer verification again.

A friend’s wife had the interview when he was a student and she was denied but after lawyer verification and other things were confirmed. He was then given an option by the ABH if he wants to appeal or have the application on hold until he gets a job.
Alright!

Thank you for the information. I appreciate.

Any future negative impact of denial?
For German and other countries?

Does anyone have an idea regarding that?

Yes it will not be approved.

If you cancel, you will need to queue again for more than one year to get an appointment. Do you really wanna do that?

Do you have hopes of securing a job soon? If yes.

My thoughts;

Wait for the appointment to drop, postpone it for like three months a head for instance (it is possible by an email), for reasons of unavailability or any other reasons legit to you that also makes sense.

If by the time the new date approaches and you still don't have a job, then you may cancel. You can cancel just few days before the appointment.
Thank you for your response.
I'm not sure when a job could come.
I will try to postpone it at first as suggested.

Good day all,

Please, I want to know;

The family reunion visa will not be approved if one is on a job seeker permit (post-study) right?

We booked on 29.06.2022 and will probably receive an interview email next month. I am thinking of canceling the appointment if the visa application will eventually be rejected.

I don't have a skilled job yet.
