Lol, it appears you have your career path outlined and that's an important part. The truth is minimum hours for first officers varies with airlines with some requiring as high as 5,000 my advice to you is focus on clearing your cpl at the first time of asking . You can also build hours in the Sim too though I don't know which route is faster. Patience and consistency is key.
