Like one person rightly commented.. Is it not the same machine that captures everyone? Or is there a separate machine for 24hrs delivery? It's the activities of corrupt and disgraceful human beings like the op that makes it so hard for anyone to get it on time.. Some people will be on the waiting list for months just to capture and u will see some individuals with two heads being snuck in.. This attitude has to stop now.. Same is applicable to all documents obtainable from the govt... from local to federal.. If Nigerians insists on what is right.. Corrupt practices will naturally die out.
