d starter of dis thread should be very careful on d basis upon wc dey make statemts so u dont lead people astray, just like wsley said and any other person/s wu re cautious. as a matter of fact, i was actually in d meetg along wt d presdt. dat day @ d expo center. i heard d min's speech bt did nt really notice d error may b bc i wasnt lookg 4 mistakes. wat i felt he might b implying is d fact dt i thkd d pres 4 adoptg face bk as a campaign tool just like Obama and thked him 4 bringing d white guy (who ws d campaign organiser for obama) into Nigeria.

good to be back , just got my mbc working with a 90cm dish after a long time.
av been watching some indian/english movies.
can't wait to get back fully to the entertainment.
pls, does any one know if it will be airing any match 2day/2moro. there are alot of weekday matches going on. can't just wait.

i too was very suprised when i checked it and i watched till about 3am but as at thur afternoon when i checked back, it was gone. wat could av caused all dstv stations going suddenly free, i guess an upgrade, error, i don't know, pls enlighten me

why is nobody responding well here. i want to use my hitv decoder in place of 52 decoder which i doubt. any luck?
cos i can't get w3a for so long now, what things should i chck out for.

guy, i don't want to disappoint you but i'm getting tired of this fta thing, i've been trying to get w3a and its just getting very difficult. i tried the 9'oclock thing which i think it's just the exact opposite side of 30clock(dstv position), no green for once, i dont know what went wrong. what else can i chk for cos i'm going frustrated, pls help.

thks guy, is the tp and sr for w3a still 11190 and 31000 i guess, if not pls correct me
so is this all i need to set at the decoder side b4 adjusting the dish, what of the lnb setting and probably how do i measure d actual elevation of the dish or is it by trial.
one more plsssss, is there a way i can confirm or test check my signal cable connecting the dish's lmb to the decoder. cos i can't say if the compressed portion i noticed along the cable is responsible for tampering with signal flow. pls advise cos it fustrating me, no signal strenght is all i see.

thks so much, hope i can locate 9 0 clock thing because all i can see there is caliberations, no figure or number. and i guess its a strong lnb cos i saw d pack the engr. brought it with, a white plastic all through

@ i made a big mistake by altering my lnb which ive not been tampering with since my engr fixed it. i av joined dis forum for a while now and trying to do things on my own only to lose my w3a (mbc and co). since then, ive tried and tried, no signal is all i see. pls help, i read the threads on w2a but i just want to fix my mbc before dambling into a new one cos i'm sure it's still available on air. if want to use my hitv decoder now if possible. pls help

hello gurus in da house, i'm getting confused. i checked w3a on lyngsat and saw many different freq and tp for d different channels. am i going to manually input d freq one by one for d different channels or i should just choose one channel's detail and use it to track. moreover is it from installation>manual scan i'll b monitoring signal strength cos mine is not changing atall, just red @ 24% or so

thks once again, N500 u mean or N5000
once again, what could be the possible causes of persistent cracking, my mbc1/2 is not exceeding 34%. is it the decoder's lesser version (4652) as an installer told me , or smaller dish, mine is a little bigger than hitv size. or may b the decoder is faulty

oh thks so much, i tried 0103 which worked, so i can now go on with the installation. hope 4652 will help me grab some satellites or i need to upgrade to 53 and how much could it cost.

pls does any body know how to restore factory(password)settings for a strond decoder, cos it requests for a 4pin password which i cannot supply and i need to get on with d installation fast plssss

yeah i checked the thread u gave me concerning the fta installation, but i don't know if those prices and satellite details are still obtainable now cos that thread was 2008 or so. once again, i ve an "S" inscribed dish a little larger than hitv but not as dstv, with a 4652 decoder, what satellite options do i av for live premiership matches or preferable champions league now that they re in the knockout stage
