@ green fruits the dye used for HSG spills when the tubes are patent and doesn't spill if they are blocked so its not the doctors fault. It sounds like you reacted to the dye. I did mine in December and conceived in January so it's a good move to clear any cobwebs as some people say.
@olivia3d the OPK I used is called clear blue digital it doesn't show lines like the others which can be confusing it shows a smiling baby face instead. You can get it at H medix or health plus pharmacy but they sell it expensive like 9k for seven tests it's a lot cheaper abroad so that's my source.

Fablady: I am 9 months in marriage. I did not TTC for the first two months. I suffered OHSS during my first ivf cycle as I produced 46 eggs and my hormones skyrocketed as a result of that - well, that cycle failed. The second cycle was a difficult transfer but I don't know if that is y it failed.

So I have been trying naturally since then to no avail. This cycle I completed a fertility cleanse and did pineapple core from 4-8dpo. I also took extra iron supplements. Well, AF seems to be missing in action...... I pray for a BFP or the evil red witch should stop wasting my time and show up so I can start a fresh cycle.

Pls which one is d pineapple core?

Hi fruitful mommies and daddies, i just came across this thread and im really impressed. Has d fasting ended? I really like to join abeg. Pls enlighten me on the fasting & prayer process. I have been ttc since 2010 and a faile ivf cycle in february. I seriously want to build my faith thru fasting & prayers because this year na my year because d God of Hannah & Sarah is d same God. Abeg explain how we dey carry go with d fasting.

Whateva treatment u are onto or about to embark, i pray dt God has made it successfull in d mighty name of Jesus. U all are testimonies. because He has said we should be fruitful n multiply, therefore dt womb MUST carry twins ds year IJN.

tanidabi: @ everyone thank you so much for your outpouring of love,i will still see my Doc today to decide on the way forward.I have done three tests between sunday and this morning and it's till negative.
@ Bucacious i do appreciate your concern,this was my first cycle and i feel so emotionally drained already but i have so much support from nairaland and hubby so am taking it easy,you obviously do not leave in Nigeria,am trying to look for the right words to say.Let me speak for myself,am aware that 4embies does not necessarily mean 4 babbies or 6 or 8 and i also know that more embies does not mean positive preg but madam,Nigeria is not as updated as UK,US or SA,so i do not even think ESET is good in Naija,i hear the FET done is Nigeria is slow freezing and not vitrification so that's a problem already,for me,i have the option of going abroad for my treatment but it will cost me extra which i can save up for but my greatest challenge is the time for the treatment i have only 4weeks leave in a year and i know ivf is at least 6weeks and sis i need my job to fund money for treatment,it's such a silly rollercoaster but in Nigeria am not sure there's any insurance co that pays for fertility so i do not blame anyone that even decides to put back 4 or more than .Nobody prays to keep money in the bank for IVF ,as dangerous as it is people have taken their chances and have multiples,if i get preggo with multiple i will leave Naija at 20weeks,that's my plan so it's our choice but Nigeria is not ready for Eset and by the way i met an FS in maryland USA last year that as a matter of policy implants 4 embies with Assisted Hatching sef and when i asked her why she said it's expensive and people should have value for their money.Drugs alone in the US cost as much as $8000 or is to cheaper,i must have sent mails to like 15 ivf clicins in the us and uk before i started on this journey so my dear am sure you offended one or two people but as far as ttc is concerned the experience itself is hurtful so no yawa.In the mean time i would appreciate if you can PM me on dketubah@gmail.com maybe we can talk further.
Does anyone know anyone who got preggo naturally or even with IVF with PCOS,i spoke with a nurse who walks with Diff Abuja and she said to me that the prob with pco is that you have loads of dead eggs,i do not know what that means o,anyway am seeing my doc today for a final test and then discuss way forward.i love you all and all this will never be in vain

Hello fruitful children of God. I wrote on dis thread once upon a time ago. I had a BFN in february and dat day i waited till DH went 2 work then i turned d TV volume very loud and cried until my eyes almost exploded from my head. I decided dat day 2 start taking fertility herbs which my friend's gradpa sent 2 me. Im still trusting God dat He will definitely bless my home with children in Jesus name very very soon. Staying positive has really helped me 2 see things differently and i didnt believe dat I could stay strong after such a tragic thing like a failed ivf cycle. Women are sooooo strong and i hail una(including me)! Congratulations 2 all d newest mamas and d baby bumpers! And 2 those of us waiting 4 our bumps; this is ur season and its time 2 shine again! God has declared and its up 2 us 2 claim it. Baby dust 2 us all and we will all definitely carry our little ones who will also give us sleepness nights! Happy mother's day y'all!

MrsM: Hello again!,his count was pretty high...but i cant remember the exact number now...but like i said they were all non motile. I didnt take time off work before the procedure but i was on bed rest for two weeks after the transfer. Transfer was two days after egg retrieval. I'm having a single baby ooo....not triplets. Though I wouldnt have minded. If you have any other questions i'll be glad to asnwer!

Hi Smiler, good to know there are ladies that have gone thru this. Its actually 7days past FET and I had 3 embryos. I had some cramps today off and on but have stopped. Is this normal? I have been TTC since 2009 and this past few weeks of injectibles has been soooooo crazy 4 me. I know God wont let me down but Im now a little nervous as my test date draws near.big hugz
