@ Olivia, I have read several post on previous thread about how people were refused Visa because they used Doctoresparati's letter. The VO claims they are just middle men not doctors. others have advised that you use a letter from another doctor/hospital even if you dont intend to use them or ask Doctor Espariti to provide you with a letter from Del so (The Delivery Hospital). Someone mentioned they now provide that at an extra payment of $100.
@ firsttymum, no I havent been answered if i was i wont be repeating the same question, plus the content of the email prompted me to male payment so i went ahead and paid half, whether it increases my chances or not is left for God cos HE is all im depending on right now to be honest. lastly my hubby doesnt have a job yet as we just moved back from the uk last week but he is working on it and my prayer is something comes up before the interview date. Thanks for your advise dear God bless you

firsttymum:
You have been answered before na.

You don't have a visa and you have paid some bills? Hmmmmm hope you know that doesn't increase your chances. You shld just b able to prove (bank statements et al) that u can pay ur bills

The last time u said ur hubby didn't av a job, does he have a job now?

If nothing has changed since u asked the last time... There's really nothing new to add. You really need to b prepared. I suggest u read part 1 at least

@ Nogen please advise thanks
Hello everyone please I would like to know if anyone has recently used Doctoresparati recently as thats what im using at the moment, I have paid abouthalf of the hospital fees about $2700 dollars, rest would be paid in cash upon arrival, can anyone with knowledge of them tell me of their experiences and all. Plus does anyone know of any cheap and affordable accommodation which is close to the hospital, I plan on using palmas and Desol Healthcare. P.S im coming with my mother and daughter.

2. Im moving back to Nigeria from UK after living in the uk for six years, im due in february 2016 by Gods grace, would have waited to have my baby but home office has made things so difficult so hubstar and I decided to move back home, now my pregnancy is already classed as high risk as a result of excess amniotic fluid from my first pregnancy and also cos of my weight , i have my pregnancy notes from the uk to prove that. I have read in past forums about proving ties to nigeria but in my case what do i do, hubby and my father are willing to sponsor my trip, i was a stay at home mum in the uk once i had my daughter in 2014 after my mba but my husband was working , i dont know what else i need to prove as husband has a land he acquired in nigeria in both our names , we also have our own house in our name, i am taking our daughter with us as hubby has to sort things in terms of job and all out before the arrival of this baby. My sincere reason for having this baby in the us is i have never experienced naija healthcare in terms of pregnancy and the stories i have heard too scary and 2. my first baby was 4.2kg and i had vaginal delivery o my midwife and gp told me i could do it and they encouraged me, in naija na CS straight as i heard so i really need this to work out and oh to be sincere the passport of course lol. I have already set an interview date for myself my mother and my daughter. My mother has travelled twice to the us but I and my daughter, haven't. Sorry for the long story but I rili need to explain my situation in full so you all understand what im working with. Thanks

Budget sheet: https://www.nairaland.com/617280/give-birth-usa-cost-procedure/105#25802670

Your change of accommodation should not be an issue, just explain to the VO if it comes up. Best of luck
Thank you so much @Shawlar, God bless you for the link you sent, so much information and things I dint know I had to do.
TravelRe: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedures Part 3 by oliviah10: 8:09pm On Nov 11, 2015
Hello all can someone please tell me what exactly has to be in the budget sheet? Plus another thing I filled the D160 form and the accomodation part I filled i would be staying at a place called Independence apartments in Texas, apparently after calculating the cost of accomodation it turned out too expensive. I would now like to stay at Intown suits and I have reservation, do you think the VO would think of this as an issue . Please I need advise. Thanks all.
TravelRe: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedures Part 3 by oliviah10: 10:40pm On Nov 10, 2015
@MiddyO, your God sent, we are not even appealing again can't even start explaining how much has gone in home office fees for more than 2 years let them eat their country, We are coming back home i can't even do again abeg. Thanks for ur help, will keep u posted and of course any more questions would ask, its hectic at the moment, preparing to come home hence my delay in replying . God bless

I can only say I feel you. I had home office issues too at some point (I worked 4hrs more than my term-time 20hrs) and it was emotionally draining. I can't imagine going through that with pregnancy. I eventually won but just left after my Grad ( didn't bother applying for the skilled stuff).
Are you still legal? If your appeal has been denied just come home and apply. You won't want the VO to ask what your status is and you have to start explaining (big red flag)
Just my honest opinion.
All the best.
@middyO thank you so much God bless you I understand why you suggested me leaving my daughter back with my husband as extra tie, I dont know what else I can show to the VO as ties back to Nigeria, how is that possible after I just moved back to Nigeria after 6 years, If you can please suggest any other ties back, maybe like a job offer to start once I put to bed, or hopefully my husband and I's house . My husband has to stay back and tidy things for us on our return. I just want to have my baby in peace and leave their country for them biko why does it have to be so hard and emotional lol. Meanwhile any other documents apart from budget sheet, hospital corresspondence, invoice and all that. Plus another question please, in my d160 form I put independence apartments as my accomodation but what if i change my mind and give a different booking to the VO is that an issue. thanks
TravelRe: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedures Part 3 by oliviah10: 2:08pm On Nov 09, 2015
@MiddyO Thanks for your reply, however I am moving back next week, my husband can provide a bank statement as well if its needed, however I cant leave my daughter behind its best I take her with me, plus my husband was working whilst in the UK but since our leave was refused we had to move back. My pregnancy is high risk as it is according to my GP here hence my reason for going to the US to give birth . I guess I just have to give it a go anyway thanks.

@ MiddyO Thanks for your reply, Im currently 25 weeks , my parents are in Nigeria,I have an 18 month old daughter as well. We are returning as a family so accomodation has been arranged however no jobs yet but fingers crossed hubby gets one before my visa appointment on 21st december. My father has decided to help with the trip any suggestions please?. I am using Doctoresparati and I have paid part of my hospital bills, I have a signed letter from the doctor agreeing to see me. I also have one which isnt signed as I have to sign on arrival and show proof of ID. Now my problem is presenting my case to the visa officer so i dont get rejected. I lived in the UK for 6 years and finally moving back home as visa was denied and I and hubby decided this was it. Previous posts have shown that they kind of make a big deal out of one being denied a uk visa my husband isnt travelling with me but im taking my mum and my daughter along. Please, I really need any advise I could get as this forum seems so helpful I have learnt a whole lot. Thanks in advance P.S im due late February.

MiddyO:
I agree with Nerf as per US Embassy's skoin skoin in London. I have experienced it first hand.
In my opinion you don't really have ties to either the UK (as per your rejected leave to stay), or Naija (as you are not even present there yet).
I suggest you relocate on time to Nigeria and settle down before applying.

How far along are you? Do you have other children? Are your parents in Naija? Your house rent/mortgage is a good tie to your country as well.

Hope this helps.

nefertitiram:
Are you currently in the UK, do you want to apply in the UK.
I will advise you apply at the embassy in Belfast, and not London. They have skoin skoin in dia head in London embassy

There's a snag here, you need to show ties to home country, in this case your home country is UK. With your leave to stay being rejected, it may be a red flag for you.
I suggest you return to Nigeria, show ties to home country in Nigeria apply from here
@nefertitiram thanks a lot i plan on returning to Nigeria anyways but just skeptical about how everything would go there. Plus what sort of ties do i need to show i have to nigeria as i have been residing in the uk for the past 6 years
