last year contestants were too emotional. Neo wouldn't have succeeded in Pepper Dem as they would have voted him out the moment he shockingly dropped in bottom 4. Omashola, Frodd, Mercy, Seyi, Ike and a lot of others would have nominated him in that final week. But Ozo and Laycon allowed themselves to be used. I'm sure Prince and Kidd would have disagreed with them. Those set were not smart at all. Just nominating based on sentiments and not competition

The SMS votes feature in previous editions was not really for money as people thought. It was to make everyone participate.

Multichoice and all producers of the show have succeeded in establishing it as an annual tradition in Nigeria.

But the show was becoming a poverty alleviation scheme and multichoice was not selling enough decoders.

Multichoice does not care about the feelings of those who don't pay for their service. They want more people to actually own DSTV decoders and dishes. They want brand loyalty from Nigerians in the long term.

I guess it's a Strategic business decision.

you're right. BBN would end someday..... but there'll always be DSTV. So they want more subscribers. But SMS helped still. This new pattern will surely kill some people's chances

It really doesn't matter if he is a wildcard, what matters is if the housemates can identify the wildcard. If they cannot, he becomes a legit housemate, and I am not counting on these housemates to get the wildcard right.

on this wildcard thing: must all the 20 housemates guess them right? If half of them pick same persons that also happen to be the real wildcards, will the wildcards leave or stay?

They should have kept SMS and just add this new pattern as an alternative for the sake of viewers outside Nigeria

They were even more active at the reunion than in the house. I didn't know Dora could serve gbas gbos cos she was cold in the house. The only real people were Kidd, Laycon, Erica, Lucy, Vee and Trikytee. They rest were acting and Wathoni had low self esteem that drained her

There was no gbas gbos last year. Even Lucy wasn't consistent with her content. The real gbas gbos was voted out first. I think this year's girls are way more active cos we have potential warriors like Tega, Angel, Maria, Rose, Arin and even Beatrice + they're all cute ...unlike last year that had just Nengi and Erica competing as the other girls were relegated to on observation crew. But Kidd alone is better than all the guys here. Kidd remains the best and biggest cruise of BBN. Kidd never denied his kind of person and he was very open minded. This year's guys are dull..... besides maybe WhiteMoney. Pere is even dulling with his good looks

well, Lilo started hers early and she was voted out immediately. A lot of people considered her cheap and that's my point. Sex is the reason a lot of people subscribe to the show. But viewers only support the housemates that do it if they are top contenders.
