It depends on the agent most times , but I expect 10% of the rent for agency and 10% for agreement as well

See don’t listen to the rubbish they’re saying about the house rent being cheap except you’re renting houses in Villages, if you’re coming to Osogbo, be ready to pay between 200-250k for a for a room and parlor selfcon only , then 2bdr , make sure your pocket is heavy enough for between 250-300k then add agency and agreement to it ! But if you’re willing to live in Remote areas of the city , then you will pay less than that , rent is no longer cheap in Osogbo as it used to years back . I live in Osogbo , Halleluyah estate to be precise and just recently I tried to see if I could get a new place but when I heard how much they were calling for me , I changed my mind and decided to renew my rent in my current place which I pay 250 for a 3bed but I rented the place 2years ago

Sure. They come out in mass and some influencial politician or religious leader will channel them to give a block vote to either someone from the north or a moslem or both without care for what the guy has to offer. Wonder they have stop to think, what have we benefitted voting for these people other than poverty, insecurity and illetracy.

It is much the same in many part of the country. Vote is made along religious and tribal lines. But the poverty and death walloping the country knows no tribe or religion. It is hitting the country hard and many are headed outside the country by any means possible. Wonder why ain't they staying back to rip the reward of their poor decisions

This the eastern part of the country and maybe Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja might be wiser. Those folks from the eastern is considered less politically aware but I think that is mainly because of the lack of interest in politics which they now bear the brunt but more importantly, these folks have a different attitude to politics...only voting where their interest is ...not dorminated by tribe or religion. They have 5 states governed by 3 political parties at nealy in equal proportion. 2 APC, 2 PDP and 1 APGA.

If Nigeria vote like these folks without recourse to tribe or religion the country might be headed to a good ground. If the people of the North can make a statement with their vote by voting differently, they will be better off.

As long as they don’t incite people to cause chaos through their campaigns for their preferred candidate, it’s a good thing they’ve chosen a side , let them work towards him winning the election , others should work for their candidates as well , every mallam with em kettle .

Yes you’re right about that , on Election Day, we’ll find out , That’s why I keep telling people, don’t go about using emotions and sentiments in this coming election, go out and vote your preferred candidate, There are people ready to vote Atiku , there are people ready to vote Tinubu and there are people ready to vote Peter Obi as well as other candidates from other political parties, just make your choice and wait for results , we can’t force a candidate on people, we can’t dictate for any party on who to choose as their flag bearer, they’ve made their choices it’s left for Nigerians to do the same by making their choices come 2023.

You never can tell what he’s planning for himself politically, every politician has a game plan, it either favors them or turn out against them , only time will tell .

I think he was talking about those who actually come out to vote on the day of election and he’s right about that , You’ll see them on the Election Day, those making noises on the social media will continue to do so on twitter and other social media apps on the Election Day and they may not come out to vote but spreading fake news online to mislead people. Most of them are in Lagos and even some are outside the country and you’ll find out they won’t be there to vote, election is not done on twitter !

APC and PDP acting dramas for Nigerians , let’s wait till 2023 , the results will tell .

He doesn’t need to consult you before leaving the party , same way other party members can decide to leave the party without consulting you if they feel that’s the best choice for them , you’re not a god in PDP , you’re a member of the party just like every other members , the only thing is you’re now the party flag bearer in which Obi was also an aspirant same as you before you emerged the preferred candidate of the party.

Atiku should try as much as possible to unite his party if he’s really serious about winning the presidential election in 2023 , A Divided house is not going to be a peaceful house, He should meet with Wike so they can both resolve the issues between them as well as other party members in the PDP, chaos in the party can cause them to lose votes from devoted party members who are not happy with the ongoing crises .

2023 will be an interesting year in Nigeria Politics, I’m impressed with the way some candidates and political parties are now recognized and seem to look like a contender in the coming election, let’s not forget that election is beyond social media , let’s all go out and vote our preferred candidates on the Election Day , let your vote count and do away with hates , election is not for us to hate each other but for us to make our choices of whoever we want to lead our great nation , VOTE AND NOT CAUSE VIOLENCE.

Fake pastors and prophets hiring actors and actresses to perform fake miracles in their churches are busy condemning and disowning their fellow business men.

I don’t even understand why someone will attack me just because I have my own preferred candidate different from his or hers , this is democracy , vote whoever you want and let others do the same , don’t go about cursing people and attacking people just because they are not queuing behind your candidates, we all have the right to campaign and vote for whoever we want to win an election , if after the election a winner emerges and you’re not satisfied with the results , you and your candidate can go ahead and challenge that in court , don’t go about insulting people and disrespecting people online just because they are supporting a different candidate instead of yours.

I hope this becomes a reality and price of cement will be reduced in the coming years after completion of this mega project.
