The German vs Spain watch was a total football with show of class, intelligence and near perfect football
One wonders if these guys are humans huh
They play with such precision and accuracy out of absolute understanding among the players.
I must say it was a top class match

People me I get one question sef. Why was it that some of our players playing in Africa weren't able to secure visa to "Poland" ? Anybody have any insight yo why that happened ?
Ezenwa was in Poland though late
I think it's the NFF logistic office as well as ministry of sports.

After watching our match against Poland again,, I was disappointed about the fillowing:
1. Without Mikel, we struggled stringing passes
2. Our shots at Target was very poor
3. Our wing backs were static

But the positives are:
1. We pressured upfront whenever the Polish defenders had the ball especially during second half
2. Ndidi was a war horse in the midfield as usual
3. Nacho worked hard upfront
4. Ighalo may be slow but the dude is a trouble of defences
5. Uzo is a future goalie who will gain a lot at the WC

Salahs goal against Portugal was too intelligent and exquisite. The dude is practically a scoring machine!

Good for them cuz they can easily identify their weaknesses
Bad for us cuz it's easy for us to become complacent feeling these teams are no match for us

Super Eagles coach,Gernot Rohr, has reacted to the 1-0 win Over Poland In the international friendly match on Friday.

The coach called for caution in the wake of his side’s 1-0 win over Poland-the 6th best football team in the world.

He said his team have beaten Argentina and Poland because they are young and have remained humble.

The Franco-German said beating the two teams in top 10 in the FIFA ranking does not make the Eagles favourite for the World Cup, calling for more humility and hard work.

Victor Moses converted a 61st minute penalty to give Nigeria the win in Wroclaw.

Rohr said, “This team is a young team but also a team of leaders.

“If we stay humble & continue to work hard to improve our play we have huge potentials, but beating Two FIFA top 10 teams in friendlies doesn’t mean we are now World Cup favourites.”

Argentina Is the 3rd best team in the world while Poland is 6th.

The Super Eagles will travel to London to face Serbia on Tuesday.

This is how the boys must always think before they start feeling unbeatable and start misbehaving.
Rohr is one coach I admire a lot

I agree with some of your points but I disagree with #3
Shehu was slow and easily drawn out of position, on the other hand Ebuhehi looked more comfy on the ball though he did not play for long
The oyinbo wall is yet to be tested even though Ekong put in a great shift, mind you he has a blind side which is his left side.
We still have a few more tweaks to the team and above all mental discipline and we must work on our freekicks and cornerkicks

Points to note:
1. No immediate sub for Mikel, our AM was blunt in this match
2. Ekong has a noticeable blind side which is his left leg, he must work on this
3. Our left full back is lacking even though ID did a good job today
4. Uzo can improve but he grew into the match today
5. VM can be annoying sometimes but he's the best solo player we have on his good day

Guys this is a friendly so stop making bad remarks, Uzo has been good so far and I like that he's vocal
The mid is lacking ball holder which Joel has not been able to get into but he's showed touches of good player
Shehu looks slow and easily drawn out of position
We are gradually seeing more weaknesses

It's not a cheetah. Cheetahs have spots on their skins

Leopards have rosettes(irregular shaped spots that are grouped together in circles called..ROSETTES)
This thread is about unusual colorations so your description is about the regular leopard but the body physiology of that pic is that of a cheetah
Check the line on the face from the eyes down to the mouth it's characteristic of cheetahs not leopards

RoyalBlak007:
The Leopard Found in India
This particular leopard was spotted in India and its coat is absolutely amazing. Most leopards have the same general pattern throughout their entire body. This leopard has different patterns and colors all over. He is very rare and no other leopard like him has been spotted since.
But this has the form of a cheetah not leopard undecided
The tail, head and long legs give it away for a cheetah huh

You are totally wrong by saying I'm being hung on partying that we beat Argentina. Give the SE the credit they rightly deserve and stop downplaying their effort and hard earned result. Do you think the Argentines wanted to Los that game or do you think they took that game as a friendly when Otamendi shoved aside Iheanacho in such manner in that same game?

Nigeria beat Argentina and that's it. The team deserves all the credit.
Can anyone take that credit away from them?
SA beat 9ja 2-0 in a competitive match but they will be making the greatest mistake of their lives if they meet SE again while skipping cuz they beat us b4
Get my point, we forget the last game and face WC like we had never won b4.

Oga, we beat Argentina, we don beat den be dat. What do you mean we should don't be deceived. Nigeria smashed Argentina, finito!!

What if they defeat ed us what would be your narrative?

Whether We're going to confront a different Argentina is another match and issue entirely
No one is denying the fact that we defeated Argentina in a friendly but you made my point in your last two lines. You seem to be hung on beating Argentina but that's in the past, we are fast approaching the WC and we have weaknesses to fix not party beating Argentina!

This is not a new team that is just being assembled.

Every game the team has played thus far has given Rohr the opportunity of having a closer look at the team not just this one.

It is team building in progress.

The expectation is for the team to have improved from the previous weaknesses observed from previous matches.

I for one expect a better play than what we saw against Argentina.

But if we fail to win nothing is lost. We look at our short comings and improve on it so that we have a better game against Serbia.

The momentum of the team is on the upward trend and it is important we sustain and continue to build on it and hit the WC with that form. Not that we lose 4-0 to Poland and say it is just a friendly.
So peradventure we lose to Poland 4-0, does that make the team useless?
We are sure building a team for the future, presently we should not get our hopes too high even when they fail to win, we should stand by them and allow the coaches do their jobs. Personally, i see friendlies as inconsequential and unconnected to the WC proper
Bro, don't be deceived by our thrashing of Argentina in last game, at the WC those guys will be a totally different bunch of players
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by oloriooko(m): 2:43pm On Mar 22, 2018
This friendly match will afford Rohr opportunity to observe the team closer and see how he can fortify the weak spots in the team. While many Nigerians may be expecting a win, the coach will probably be more interested in some intricacies in the team which many fans are oblivious of.
These friendly matches will not exhibit the proper strength of the team as every player will want to avoid injuries and WC is fast approaching.
I wish the coaches are not distracted with winning instead of seeking for amends where needed.
