bubudeen:

What do you know about the foreign religions you were bequeathed by your colonizers?

People who took you slaves also told your how to worship God and you swallowed it hook, line and sinker.

They even told you that your own way of worship that your fathers practiced for centuries and built great empires like Mali empire, Songhai Empire, great Benin Empire is evil.

Whilst Europeans were living like savages and killing themselves, Africans were already living in gated cities with well organized Kingdom.

Then came the weak, wicked white man. Destroyed everything Africa had including their history.

It is the only reason you will put up that naive comment.

Thank you jare, thats how they lied to us that MUNGO PARK discovered RIVER NIGER............

Romance / Re: I Proposed Marriage But I have now Lost Interest by OluAKGBGN(m): 11:21am On Jun 23, 2020
NEWBIN:
We have known each other for about six months now. I proposed to her in March 2020 and kept telling me she was thinking about it.

Just yesterday, she said yes to my proposal and I was so excited. When I met her yesterday evening, she told me Friday (June 26) is her birthday and that, she expects a lot of gifts and mobile money from me. My bowels became full instantly so left to go ease myself.

I have lost interest. Show me a way to outsmart this fraudster of a lady, thanks.

The hand writing on the wall shows the girl in question is a gold digger.
#1. No faithful and sane girl would tell you she will think about marriage proposal and now respond to ur proposal after 6 months. Brother, u are not her only boyfriend.
#2. If u give her all these things she asked for, things will go smoothly from her. She will keep on demanding in the future, and once u are no longer able to provide her demands. Hell will surely come down to earth, and she may end up leaving you. Brother, please run from this girl. She's not what you are looking for.

I would keep saying it , Nigerian educational system is just a mere formality .
Lecturers stress you out, coupled with long unnecessary and outdated syllabus .
O, not to forget the annoying stress you go through when writing or building projects .
Yes, if you read well you would pass, but it comes at an expense of your health and sanity, not everyone can handle that .
Not everyone is that strong
Education should be easy and simple, knowledge acquisition should not be a strenuous task !!
RIP bro

Yes my brother...........In UNILAG, even if you read all the topics in the syllabus with out following basic steps, hmmm the result would end up in faillure or average level.....Thats UNILAG.....RIP to him.

Business / Tips And Importance Of Laundry Service by OluAKGBGN(m): 5:11pm On Apr 04, 2018
Clean surrounding is the secret to healthy living. The place where we live, the food we eat, our attires should be in a clean and hygienic condition. A good dry cleaning services is necessary to maintain our attires and sometimes there are attires that require extra and careful washing and hence, laundry is a chore that can not be avoided. At time's, you might mistakenly drop food items or beverages on your clothes as a result your clothes will get stains and it is difficult to remove those stains by ordinary washing. When you get the services of laundry cleaning, you are sure to get back stain-free clothes in your busy scheduled time. Once you have couple of good dry cleaning outlets to try out, another thing to consider is the location and the cost of the laundry services. Take a garment and test the services that best suits you based on the location and the price. Trying and testing an outlet is a good way of judging the efficiency of that cleaning outlet. Take a garment that you have not worn in recent times so that even if you misjudged the services, you will surely not end up messing your good clothes. For your laundry services especially for people living in Abeokuta axis , please call 09091113463, email: oluwoleolasunkanmi@yahoo com. Meeting and exceeding your expectation is our watchword.

Da Emperor: You know checking the NN site to me now is like looking out the window around 8am to confirm if the sky is bright. Of course it's bright and the site is blank. D day d list wud be released i wud compare to looking out the window at dat same hour but instead their is darkness or let's say alien invasion. Y? Cos peeps wud panic at first. Hearts wud be pumping like a 10 horse-power pumping machine. Some peeps heart wud skip a couple of beats. Goose-pimples wud arise like ghouls from the underworld while some fore-heads wud be covered with moist salty droplets. Others might feel an unstable nuclear plant-like rumbling in their belly. For some it's like mini leviathans are crawling beneath their skin. While the perpetrators of this wud be probably busy avn coffee/tea wif a cigar burning out & shortening with each puff while they observe wif pleasure the round smoke expelled towards the ceiling at each exhalation. Hmmm! NN suddenly act rhetoric. Expecting us to av an answer for all our questions. Isn't that y they've refused to give reasons?

Oh boy,u dey make me laff...u r a nobel writer in d making.....u better start using ur talent in ds direction...cos ds is how OLUWOLE AKINWANDE SOYINKA started...I enjoy ur comment lol, keep d fire burning!

U don‘t know what God have in stock 4 you & where hes taken you to.And an opportunity lost may never be regained! My advice 4 u is to GO for the training.when d list comes out and your name is there, then u decide which one u opt 4.But if ur name is not on it,then atleast u won‘t be a loser.

Am currently in that situation .
I believe by God‘s grace my name is on d list, then I may leave the job & join the NN.

Education / Re: Unilag 2013/2014/admission by OluAKGBGN(m): 2:21pm On Nov 27, 2013
Tobexin: Hello Nairalanders, this forum is created with the aim of correcting the mistakes and all that has happened in past years due to ignorance. I'll still want to re-iterate this that oau is the easiest when it comes to admission. It might sound confusing, but I have rationales and facts to back this up. One truth: Admission into universities is becoming tougher and reduced in universities like unilag and the rest. It only takes hardworking, wisdom, persistence, commitment, prayer and some factors to get this very admission. Before I submit, I would advice that you choose wisely during your registration. This is where most candidates miss it. I'll try as much as possible to assist and guide as many as possible in this coming admission. You can also join UNILAG VIBES on FB ...readers are leaders

Please i want to ask if unilag do admits HND graduates for Degree programmes. And what level would they be admitted into?
Your response is urgently needed!
