salvation101: its not about being sensitive or not. No matter what anyone is going tru, someone somewhere has gone tru worse nd came out strong. Suicide is just a coward way of running away from challenges. It does not take away the challenge, it only take away d responsibility nd most likely that responsibility will be transferred to a loved one For someone to commit suicide, that person must have been through so much pain. You make it seem like suicide is fun or suicide is pleasant and is a very easy decision to make. |

Christianity Etc › Re: Don't Be Deceived By The Atheists And Other Agents Of Satan. Please Read... by oluebubeneo(f): 7:04pm On Nov 29, 2017 |
Oracle16: You are correct. But the reason they don't attack Muslims is because they only attack the truth. You can't see Satan and his agents attacking a lost group. We must all hold on to God and pray at all times. We are in the last days and they are fighting desperately to deceive many because, there time is ticking real fast. Speaking of atheists not attacking Muslims, atheists state their points based on the religion they once practiced most times and religions they know well; Could be due to practice or research. |

oyb: all of them? na only him waka come?
he has self diagnosed himself from when he was five years of age? how?
someone is saying he thinks hes autistic [autism requires medical diagnosis, and is characterized by impaired communication and social skills]
then that he has an ever present "inner ocd voice" - do you know what OCD is? obssessive compulsive disorder. like a person going downstairs 20 times to check if he has locked the door.
then he says he's bipolar that means hes manic depressive. sometimes he's high , sometimes he's slow then he claims chronic depression which means hes always low
he claims he's suicidal but is afraid it will be painful [when there are sleeping pills that can be bought from any roadside chemist] he says he has ADHD [A chronic condition including attention difficulty, hyperactivity and impulsiveness]
breaking it down like this, it is clear this is just another ediat troll

how hard is that? what was the op expecting to find on nairaland, in its present condition? if this was nairaland of five years ago, he would have met more people who would have shut him down immediately. You really don't have to comment especially if you have nothing to say. He tried to put those experiences in words but those feelings far outweigh the words. If you've not experienced such you can't really understand what it's like. |

Hier: Okay, you spoke many parables here
Second, what was the cause or source of fear
You spoke about Spirituality, which form of spirituality, under which religion?
Please clarify the above, let's start with that. I can't really put the experience into words. It's terrible. It could be all in my head because it has a lot to do with my thoughts. I am pulling through though. Just thought letting out a little will be fine. Someone going through that might see that post and know that he/she is not alone cause this experience is so weird one might feel he/she is alone. |

Christianity Etc › If I Could Be Born Again by oluebubeneo(op): 12:57pm On Nov 11, 2017 |
If I could be born again, I will choose to be born in a non-religious and non-spiritual home. I don't call myself an atheist. I don't know if I still care about the whole supernatural existence or not. I've been dealt a heavy blow by religion, spirituality and all that. Yeah, religion might have favoured some people or many people, ion know, but for me, spirituality, religion and all that have caused me too much fear... terror even. I have experienced mental torture in terrible forms. Breaking free from these beliefs is not easy even though I have been through so much pain because of them. Likely because most of these beliefs have a lot to do with a very strong emotion.... fear. I know some people might judge and jump into conclusions. If it hasn't happened to you, you won't understand. I don't want to say I hate religion or spirituality. Lemme just say, I don't want to care about them anymore. |

Rhode92: Sure, and I'm glad you've got a lot to share. I'd like to start by saying that before any positive impact can be made, we have to start from ourselves. I hate to say this but most of our youth's behaviors are very disheartening. Things I see most especially on social media just make me wonder where exactly our generation is going. We keep complaining that the people at the helm of affairs are corrupt and not fit to rule. But our youths these days are doing little or nothing to change that trend. What's the way forward guys, what is the first step? How do we go about imparting ourselves positively before making decisions in unison. How can we captivate the minds of the youths out there? Two heads is most definitely better than one. You comments pls guys... Having personal goals is a major step. Some people don't know what they really want to achieve say 5 years from now. When goals are defined, it gives direction and whatever that person does will be directed into achieving that goal. There won't be time for unnecessary stuff. |
