Its not permanent o! I am just a visitor here-but with a long Visa. I have done extensive research though and studying how to make it permanent.

Open the pic with paint and use pixel to resize the pic to 350 the down one ll chnge automatically then save it with jpg. Now right click and check propaties if the pic is within 50-100kb u are good to go just upload it. Best of luck
