LAWYERS IN THE HOUSE, PLS I NEED UR ADVICE.
I PAID AN AGENT A COMMISSION OF #600K(10% OF #6M) FOR GETTING ME A LEASE ON A PROPERTY. AFTER FULL PAYMENT TO D LANDLORD AND AGENT, I WENT FOR RENOVATION OF THE SAID PROPERTY. I DISCOVERED THAT SOMEONE IS ALREADY PLANNING TO PACK IN. I INFORMED THE LANDLORD AND THE AGENT. BUT I LATER LEARNT THAT THE WIFE OF THE LANDLORD RENTED IT OUT WITHOUT D LANDLORD'S CONSENT. COS OF THIS, THE LANDLORD REFUND MY #6M . NOW THE AGENT GOT ME ANOTHER ONE BUT THIS ONE IS #5M WHICH I PAID FOR. THE PROBLEM NOW IS THAT I AM EXPECTING THE AGENT TO REFUND ME #100K FROM THE ONE I PAID HIM BEFORE BUT HE IS INSISTING THAT BY LAW I AM SUPPOSED TO PAY HIM ANOTHRR #500K COS THE #600K I PAID EARLIER IS FOR THE PREVIOUS AGREEMENT. PLS LAWYERS, WHAT DO I SUPPOSED TO DO.

pls motor guru, I have a Toyota Camry (pencil ) car, but each time I shift the gear to reverse, it get delayed for like 10secs before it pick up and whenever it want to , it jerk. Pls guru in the house, what could be d problem. Thanks.

The check engine yellow light is on but this has been on since I bought the car 3yrs ago and this is how I have been using it till now until I discovered this gear issue a month ago. Can this cause it? Pls I need an advice on this. Thanks

This man must have gone MAD. how can u wake up one day and decided to bury ur own daughter alive. Even if the baby girl is not really urs, which i think could be the best reason for u to hate the chiid, burying her alive shouldnt be the next thing for you to do.
