Etisalat deserve to lose customers. Imagine them unable to provide 1.5gb for 1k like every other network is currently doing. I migrated to MTN sharply for my data purchases. Stingy Etisalat. I hope they learn and re-strategise before it's too late. Otherwise, good riddance.
Ntel4G data nko. Dem no get subscribers?

Basically 8bits make 1bytes...
Bits is represented by small b while
Bytes is represented by capital B

So 8Mbps will be equal to 1MBps

If speed test shows 24mbps that is equal to 3MBps
Basic...
at the end all na same, whether kilometres or miles.

What rise in domestic terrorism?? Has there been any domestic terrorism incident as big as 9-11??
You think Trump has not been part of the "corrupt system"?? Why has he not released his tax filings? The ones already released show how either hopeless of a businessman he really his to declare a $1B loss or how corrupt his business practices are. You expect this clown to be work wonders for the US economy when his 'master plan' is to refinance the U.S. federal debt which would be a disaster to the US economy. Just because he did that for his failing businesses does not mean you can use the same solution for a country's economy.

Your attempts to post videos here to try and humanize Trump failed. Trump keeps reminding the world of what character he lacks for POTUS on a daily basis by either rhetorical speech or tweets.

By the way I don't need MTN mifi because my device supports both bands that they use.

You still haven't answered my question.

You asked the guy phone and mifi, which is heavier? Trying to drive home your point that buying a mifi is better and lighter than going for another phone. But you are forgetting that you can't just use the mifi to browse. You still need a device to use the mifi.

So I ask you again, phone+mifi AND phone, which is heavier?
Omo I tire For you. Use whatever pleases you, for Me I will go for a mifi anytime any day. Its cost effective. I hear MTN mifi is 5k. So be wise.Na recession we dey .

Oga one question for you: A phone+mifi AND a phone, which is heavier?
my point is that money is heavier if you go for another expensive sh*t. After all most of us have more than 2 phones. Will gladly go for a mifi to cut cost. Times are had. Forget heavy where money dey.

This is one aspect that will discourage users from getting on board with Glo LTE. But i believe Glo will, eventually, have no choice than to deploy its LTE via some other band, like band 3(1800mhz), which has been re-farmed by NCC.
says who. Anyway customer is king.
PhonesRe: Glo Extends 4G LTE Services To 8 Additional Locations In One Week by olurotimi1: 4:47pm On Oct 16, 2016
One is non existent the other is not seen by you and your gang. Anyway that was how GSM started with its teething problem. We shall get there. Let's pray.
dustmalik:
I live in Abuja, and me and my friends have been searching for Glo 4G at all the locations they claimed to have coverage, but nowhere to be found. MTN, on the other hand, has coverage all over Abuja, albeit low signal strength due to the band they chose to go with. But at least it's there to be seen.

Glo, on the other hand, has no 4G coverage in Abuja. Trust me, i know all about bands and frequencies, so device compatibility isn't the problem.

Though there seems to be rapid deployment of green fiber-optic cables around Abuja metropolitan, so i suspect Glo is just deploying its LTE now, not that it's operational already.

My anger is that, Glo were in a haste to announce its nonexistent LTE simply because MTN beat them to it, and Glo didn't want to be left behind, which is deceptive, in my opinion. So i also suspect that Glo doesn't have LTE coverage in all those other locations it claims it does.
PhonesRe: Glo Extends 4G LTE Services To 8 Additional Locations In One Week by olurotimi1: 4:43pm On Oct 16, 2016
MTN and cheaper data? Not in this generation grin
DharkPoet:
Dude, I don't get your point exactly, no body is saying you need to buy another phone. But at least Glo should have considered phone users before choosing a bandwidth, unless they have ulterior motives with their MiFi modules.

You're of the idea, that's it's better to carry MiFi around, while this would be better compared to getting a new phone, but it isn't compared to carrying only your 4g enabled phone.

So what would you say if, MTN proposes, cheaper internet plans? Do you still think Glo wouldn't be on the verge of losing the market, considering the fact that MTN's bandwidth would be easily accessible to a wider range of devices??

Carrying MIfi around just to get 4G, seriously?. Anyway am not surprised my people are used to suffering and smiling..
Am sure you don't mean it, when am enjoying what I paid for. What's suffering in that one. When I can get a cheaper mifi why go for an expensive phone. That's our problem in Nigeria bigmanism without having anything in our pocket. Poorman mindset. Anyway for me a universal mifi is a cheaper alternative.

mtn has covered 80℅ of Lagos and abuja.. Don't know about pH though..

Glo is yet to cover 40% those states.. Jumping around covering small universities is not coverage..

Glo should go and siddon.

As much as I really want to make use of glo, being made In Nigeria and all.. That network just sucks at coverage. Even there 3g is terrible. I'm not optimistic about this 4g.
are you telling coverage could be instant? It's a gradual thing my brother, in no time everyone is covered. If you say 80percent, the remaining 20nko. You expect them to be happy with MTN. If you are covered that's happiness, at least we know ours is coming. So some useless company concentrating in Lagos, Abuja and ph. Mind you I stay in Ife, and according to their map, I see Ife waiting to be covered soon. Am sure in months MTN will not remember us.

The ISSUE is not about the cost of a MIFI vis a viz a 4G Ssmartphone but the practicality of an average Joe carrying a MIFI around just to meet his internet needs, also bear in mind with this being a rare 4G Spectrum only more expensive handsets will come equipped with it when compared to the more popular ones..
a phone and a mifi which is heavier. And an average Joe carries more than a phone .

This is good to know. However, it's useless to more than 98% of Nigerians. Very few phones support the LTE band 28 that GLO is using.
Then go for mifi now, it's even cheaper ke. People and complain share.
