superchi: Please which of the fees?
CIC fees for PR application & RPRF abi?
As per exchange rate you have no control over it as it's determine by a lot of factors right now in Nigeria.
But the restriction thing, no Nigerian Naira card can work. I recently paid CAD$2530 CIC fees.
Two options: 1. Get a Dollar denominated Mastercard/Visa from GTB et all and buy $ from parallel mkt to fund it. 2. If you have a brother in Canada or USA use their card to pay then reimburse their Naira acct if they still maintain one.
I used the first option, the USD amount came to $2060.
Hope this helps?
Cheers THANKS FOR THE PRICELESS INFO,I THINK I WILL GO THE WAY OF OPTION 2. CAN I PAY JUST FOR PR APPLICATION?. |

zandora: The copy you see online is different from that you receive via post because the one online is the abbreviated report. Therefore you can only use the copy posted to you to apply (you need to scan the original). When you receive the report, there would be a cover page and the assessment page, scan both to be on the safe side. have just been nominated by Manitoba and it's paper based can I submit WES report or its not necessary with paper based application |

Even if Glo decide to give 1gb for N50 I will not subscribe to it...
where is the joy when you subscribe and you can't browse with it, network keeps coming and going.
Glo network is full in my area, but once u on your data, it keeps changing from H+ to 3G then to H then to E then to nothing, it will continue like that, leaves you frustrated The simple solution is to peg your network to 3G only, and you will thank mefor it. Thats what I did. |

I hope and pray you still keep this faith of yours next year. difakozigi: I most times try to stay off social media these days cos I'm tired of the percentage of Buhari's haters on social media. It wasn't like this before election. I feel like replying every hater of Buhari when I come across them, but it takes data, time, energy and critical thought to do that.
I love PMB, no homo. I'm a big fan of him. I see a brighter future with him as our president even if the present is dark.
With no intention of blaming the past administration, even a blind man knows that situations harsher than these awaited gej had it been he was reelected. He, gej, knew this before he conceded in the polls.
Its crystal clear, but its unfortunate that many minds are not flexible enough to see the truth in this administration. Just keep calm, insult him as you want, I hope and pray we'll be alive to see the brighter side of PMB. Bless!

Chemically Zombied comment. Realdeals: what President Buhari and his team promised us before last elections is CHANGE! Change means clear departure from the normal. It is a definite step from away from the usual. The usual before March 28th, 2015 election was impunity, poor leadership and directionless nation. Change is an act or process through which something becomes different. We all agreed our nation has been on a wrong direction for long. From military era to the immediate past government, Nigeria was enmeshed in corruption. Everyone, including the deaf, heard clearly Buhari’s promise of change. In my view, president Buhari has kept faith with this promise in the last one year. Pains and some hardship tag along this change, but we as a people must learn to defer pleasure with little pains today. His stands on corruption fight, which we all taunt as our major enemy leaves no one in doubt. What I feel the concerns of Nigeria enemies are the tenacity and brutality on how the corruption war is being fought. Before you conclude Buhari is fighting opposition party members alone, please take an objective question on who were those in the helms of Nigeria affairs in the last 16 years of retrogression? The revelations on how money meant to fight Boko Haram war was shared among heartless people in power should be a thing of concern to you. The callousness, unpatriotic and perfidy of minds these people have are beyond imaginations. President Buhari’s corruption fight in the last one year has been steadily focus with results. Just few weeks ago, we had the first corruption victim, Ex – NIMASA boss, Raymond Omatseye jailed for 5 years over 1.5bn contract scam. National Publicity Secretary, PDP, Olisha Metuh is having his days in court over corruption as well as Senate President, Bukola Saraki, who incidentally is a top member of APC. We have never heard such heart leaping news in the last 7 years, particularly under our immediate past president, Goodluck Jonathan. It never happened. Such is one change Nigerians voted for last elections. |

Marvelz: Hello great people! I have been following this thread for a while and it has bee quite informative. Please I need your advice on Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program. I entered the EE pool in February with a CRS of 452. The recent ITAs have been trending up and I am considering having my wife also entering the EE pool. She has a cousin in Manitoba who is willing to support her application to MPNP. My question is does she have to state that I have applied to another province since this will mean losing 100 points in the MPNP score? The truth is I chose several provinces as possible destinations in my EE profile. I will appreciate your counsel on this issue. Thanks in advance. simply NO, by indicating all provinces does not mean you have applied there. Or do you have a file number from any of the provinces? |

Adecaller: Since the beginning of this May 2016, MTN has released about 4 different data packages referred to as MTN Surprise, they are not yet tired in surprise their customers. I’m pretty sure that most of you guys are flexing with the new MTN 500MB for just N25 launched few days back, they are here again with another fabulous night data package which serves as a better alternative to the new MTN 500MB for just N25 midnight plan. Whatever you use the data bundle for, live streaming, heavy download, normal download etc. MTN got you covered with suitable data packages. No more paying N2,500 for 4.5GB night and day plan, below are the new introduced night data plans; » 1GB Night Plan, (9PM – 6AM) Cost N200 » 2.5GB Night Plan, (9PM – 6AM) Cost N500 » 5GB Night Plan, (9PM – 6AM) Cost N1000 To Subscribe for any of the above night plans. Simply dial *198# >> Choose 2 and then 8. Each of the plan valid for 30 days. This should serve as an alternative for those who can’t wait till midnight for MTN 500MB of N25 (12:00am – 4:00am), then you can go for this new better plan that is suitable for the whole. OP are you a learner. Abi you just wake. You should know *198# has stopped working sinceeeeeeeee. |

Macmilla: What's the whole noise about this ntel sef? One month data for 10k? A 80% of mobile data users find it hard to subscribe for 1500naira data dt will last them for one month and these guys are going for 10k? #1200 for 3days? Seriously? I definitely can only use this for those very few days i want to download large files. And blive me, the only ppl dt will subscribe to this shit are those using it for business and the extremely few that will download movies once us a while. So if u ask me, their market is extremely low. if I may ask you how much is unlimited on Smile? And who else has unlimited that's cheap like 10k. Please name 3 networks |

dupyshoo: You can use 6 months Fixed deposit as proof of funds. It will be good if you can include your letter from your bank that shows the current balance and the average balance of your Salary account (current account) for the past 6 months.
The reason why I think it will be better to include at least your salary account is that you are required to provide details of ALL your accounts as IRCC wants to be sure you do not use loans taken using one of your accounts and transferred to another account as POF. It is possible to have just one bank account i.e. your salary account but it is rare to have a fixed deposit without any account linked to it where the money will be transferred at maturity.
You do not have to show bank statements for salaries paid by past or current employer. Payslip is also not mandatory.
In fact, you are not required to submit bank statements. All what is required is a letter from your bank stating all your accounts, their opening dated, their current balances and their average balances for the past 6 months. People tend to include bank statements because most banks outside Canada do not write such letters.
Are now saying I don't need to upload my bank statements? Just a letter from the bank is OK? What did you submit for pof |
