Please when did you get the decision letter?
Did you get it the day you get collection mail or on the day the decision was made.

Decision letter always come with Passport after Collection mail, but Decision is always made b4 the collection which might be a week b4 collection and the date is always written on the Decison letter

Not push in that sense, I followed it to the lata, submitting exact 28days POF, Submitting a Photocopied documents, printing my POF on the day of my Biometric and somethings that I can't say here, before some people will do and will Boomerang

Documents submitted: Waec cert, Bsc Cert(Photocopy), Tb cert, POF(28days Nov 24th to December 21st(printed on the day of my Biometric) even though I had over 40days of POF
5 years study gap, I didn't upload any work reference or Document
I really pushed UKVI rules to the limit which I wont advice anyone to try

I started reading this thread a week after my Biometrics, Nairaland peeps scared the hell out of me with different post and resolutions about UKVI rules.

I checked their website. Pre departure covid test is required

It is only required for unvaccinated passengers and Passengers going to Ethiopia, it is not required for Transit passengers going to a location where PCR test is not needed for the fully vaccinated like UK, read it again. And I know someone who landed in UK yesterday with the same Ethiopian airline and no PCR test.

As the main applicant, my PoF is in my account....but on lien.

Hope it doesn't matter that the fund is on lien....the lien was at my request tho (trust u understand what I mean)

Just want to be sure.....my account officer already assure me the fund will show in my statement of account when am ready to print it......even thou I can't see it in my daily sms alert.

Please Check your Account Balance and be sure the money is there don't let them give you sham Bank statements, you can also print a Bank statement from another branch of the same bank to be sure the money is there....

Your passport has been ready since, take what they gave you after your Biometrics to the TLS where you did the Biometrics for the collection, before the vignette on it expire you might still need to request for another Vignette sha b4 collecting your Biometric resident permit BRP in UK

Omo who don get admission for Msc nursing abeg? The level of rejection I get no be play. Applied for 13schools already gotten 5 rejections although 2 schools gave me a different course.

If your 1st degree is Nursing they will deny your admission, you will need to apply to something like Msc advance practise in a speciality, MSC Nursing is a pre registered that is for graduate without a Nursing degree

Upload everything including the TB cert, POF(Bank statement)and everything stated on the CAS, if she has study gap of more than 5years, you will need to upload evidence of what she has been doing since she graduated like Employment letter, NYSC cert, CAC etc.

Sincerely I dont know, I feel we don't have a snitch sha but if we have please for the sake of easing Migration for future lawful applicants we should stop and we might also have Some paid snitchers here too so Nairalanders should watch what they post on Nairaland even up to pictures of mail and other sensitive stuffs that we post, let's help ourselves please, sometimes I wish Nigeria serves us better we wont all be desperate to leave the country.May God grant us the future that we all dream of.

Inasmuch as we should try not to Circumvent UKVI rules, and we should desist from posting illegal activities here and in all public forum we should not also rat ourselves out to UKVI or the ECO's, ratting ourselves out benefits no 1, it will further damage the Image of Nigeria with Foreign Commisions and will make it difficult for Nigerians to migrate...@justwise please keep doing the good job of deleting fraudulent comments but please try to discourage snitching , Thanks.

Trust me, they do make mistakes. I've seen so many.
Sometimes it could be not verifying information and just assuming that an applicant doesn't meet requirements whereas the information showing that the applicant does meet the requirements is on the application and AR resolves this.

Good then, they just need to make AR easier for those outside the UK

That might have been an ECO error as in the case of a lady whose daughter got denied and son got the visa while based on the ECO explanatioand student visa rules, they both would have been denied.
ECOs sometimes make errors which sometimes favor or don't favor applicants which is why there is AR for those who meet all the requirements but still get refused.

Those ECO's rearly make mistakes when it comes to Student Visa, just that sometimes they dont explain the reason for the refusal clearly because they got some informations from Banks(Like checking your account balance instead of just confirming the bank statement) which is against Bank Privacy policy and the reason why if someone fights some refusal due to Financial reasons that's not clear they tend to overturn the decision or else they will face serious legal battle and even implicate the Banks.

Well, for me I paid for my ihs and submitted my application before my POF matured and still got my Visa. Just paid for assisted service. But I guess every case is different.

If My Visa application reads Nov 10 and I print my POF to end before Nov10 which is probably Nov9, and getting Biometrics appointment from TLS became problematic and you sha get it atlast by Dec 12, submitting a POF that ends in Nov 9 will be outside the 31 days rule for visa application, Nov 9 to Dec 12 is 33 days, The application will be automatically denied for lack of Financial requirements....Reason being that for an applicant applying outside the UK your application day is the day you complete your Biometrics therefore your POF must not be more than 31days of your Biometrics but for someone applying inside the UK, Application starts immediately they submit online because UKVI already have their Biometrics .
So please get Biometrics appointment first before printing out POF to avoid stories that touch.
