Examples are strong 497s, Csat pro, ourTV decoder, Tstv decoder. Just for a limited search. But the list goes on and on and on.

So another way but not limited, to know what is looks like is to check what is labeled on the front of the decoder you see in a satellite shop.

Below are some images on what such a label looks like on a decoder. You will either see for example H.265/ HEVC

I am not a marketer so don't take my word for it on prices ranging from 8k to 100k depending on which product you are buying

That's because your decoder is not H.265. On many occasions I have mentioned that here, for people who don't have compatible decoders to know before tracking.

So you have to make do with the stations tthat is on 11090 v 30000. Or you can get yourself H.265 decoder, if you think it is worth it.

Abeg, give us examples of H.265 decoders and prices in Naija.

After reading his post, I just gave up on his misinformation and then took my time to study how EPL distribute their content world wide to Paytv operators who then provide the contents to us at home.

There is no way any Paytv would operate without getting Signal from Satellite feed. What some of the broadcast organization does is to have a satellite which them may not disclose to anyone save the Paytvs they are sending signals to. Hence, this contents are available 24/7 which can then be redistributed.

DSTV is head quartered in South Africa. All the EPL contents you watch on Super 1 to 10 is sent to them through dedicated channels on the satellite/feed. DSTV doesn't have cameras or OB vans in England.

There are two major Paytv operators in Nigeria at the Moment.

DSTV from SA and
Startimes from China

DSTV owns the right for EPL, LaLiga, Serie A and UCL. They have an alliance with the content owners, who provides a link to DSTV to get all contents, which DSTV then encodes and you'll need their decoder to decode the contents. These contents are not provided through web. No way, cos it would be very expensive streaming such heavy HD contents. Hence, they're distributed through Satellite feeds, which is cheaper and can be encrypted using some of the latest technologies available.

good morning family. please which one is champions tv @55" and what it frequency and likely channels to see if I can give it a trial. in addition, av installed tstv for people around me with 60cm dish and d quality never rise above 53%. is the dish the problem or what?. then I myself I do watch it at 70%+ before and afterwards when the signal went off I switched to nigcomsat on my 60cm now ever seen it back I couldn't get it back for myself. av tried several times go the extent I get d newly added Afa sport, church channel and 1990 but couldn't get any of the tstv still. not even 1%quality. could it be my dish or what. thanks.
