My brother.... a little is enough for the wise!!!Let them go and write whoever they want... I have been there and done that!!! So why convince people with nonsense entitlement mentality. If you like apply a million times and they keep denying you try else where it's there country and their laws. In simple terms you are allowed to decide who you let into your house irrespective of their genuine reasons. Mind you they open up their borders to Ukrainians without going through any processing or legitimacy it's their country and no one can question them! I am yet to come across where its stated on any country's law or embassy that whenever you pay a visa fee is an automatic entitlement that you would get visa or be allowed into their country. The country with the easiest visa issuance (including Dubai) has presently stopped giving majority of us based on the attitude of some of our people I believe we all saw and heard the news and instead of realizing that some countries would be more strict letting more immigrants in (especially our people), you are thinking of petition and protest. My brothers Best of luckcounter44: Haha go and fight them after they reject you. Write your letter to EU commission and others, then see who’s going to give you the VISA |

Please Necz, just for final clarification what document is required if its the credit card route? necz: Check very well if the date you put on your Sponsorship Letter carries the same date the Notary Public also put on your sponsorship letter.
I don't know what your Letter of Introduction looks like but I'm guessing it doesn't look like a Certificate of Employment Just for clarity sake. Here is what you need to submit, if you're going the Pay Slip route.
Pay Slips (3 month) Employment Certificate Confirmation of Employment Letter Sponsorship Letter Sponsors ID (Not compulsory)
You can fill a new VISA form if you want but I don't think it will be considered. So many re-filled forms were rejected lately. |
Travel › Re: Polish Student Visa by Oluwakayodey: 10:48am On Sep 03, 2021 |
Thanks boss blessednendowed: 1. Embassy knows the visa will be issued for 365 days That doesn’t change the fact that your intended date of leaving Poland would be after ur course ends . If you are applying for a course that’s 3 months or less then you should be applying for a short term visa not a long term ViSA D. Long term VIsa D is for courses over 3 months . I don’t know which program u are going for that is under a year but I personally don’t know of any bachelors or masters or doctoral programs that are less than a year. It’s not hard...answer the question on the form, just as they are asked...
2. Sponsorship letters do not require any kind of letterhead. You just address it to the embassy with a date and the sponsors address. Nothing fancy. Please see google search for samples . You all are thinking too much about these things n making them complicated for nothing.
3. If they do not have payslips then let them fund a credit card and you can submit his certificate of credit card limit as proof of funds.
You guys are really thinking too much into these things and making things more complicated for yourself . Some of these questions although rephrased have already been addressed in the past. |
Travel › Re: Polish Student Visa by Oluwakayodey: 7:16am On Sep 03, 2021 |
blessednendowed: Just as the question says “Intended date of departure from the territory of Poland” means when do u intend to leave Poland? I want to believe that You intend to leave Poland after your course ends right ..... So u put a few days after your course ends.
Guys take ur time and read the questions on the visa application form b4 u write a response. These visa application form questions are just as they have asked....straightforward...., do not think otherwise...or make up your own imaginary questions. Boss for a lot of us filling 365days for the duration of stay in Poland wouldn't it be contrary information selecting the day the program ends... moreover, I don't think most of us are applying for a program less than 1year (2years MSc, 3_4years BSc)... So in that case what do we fill? Can a letter headed paper be used as sponsorship letter especially if the sponsor is self employed A question was also asked on our group chats if one's sponsor is a FG minister, House of reps or or sitting Senator (knowing they can't give you a certificate of employment, they dont recieve pay slips and statement of account is not accepted) is there a way to generate pay slips from the banks or what can the person do |

Please for those booking appointment date without acceptance letter or availability of required documents should please stop and stop depriving the rest please 1murphy1: I called for two weeks and after that they opened their online portal which I was lucky to get a date with my friend going to the same school. We didn't pay to any agent, but some others who got date before us used an agent to get theirs because agent then has people that helps them to call.
My advice to you, please don't give any agent money they will scam you, if you get to the embassy you will see some of them claiming to be real but they are fake. On my date two guys came with fake appointment date from Lagos, while some fill appointment for Others and their names didn't come out and some came 5 minutes late and were sent back. And what pains me the most is that almost 8 people that their names are on the list didn't come.
Please if you know that you don't have admission yet don't go and book appointment date because you are blocking others that has admission.
My one Kobo advice. Good luck to all of us and don't lose hope |

blessednendowed: Of course you can use payslip n confirmation of employment OR Credit card limit certificate . There is no obligation to use both . As long as u provide legit documents n the amount is sufficient u should not have any issues. This week atleast 2 people I know personally only used payslip n confirmation of employment and got their Wiza.
The amount will depend on several factors including cost of tuition , living expenses including accomodation n the city u going to . Generally a legitimate payslip from 550k a month and up from a sponsor should be sufficient for MOST cases. But you need to do your calculation . Read previous posts. I already posted at length in regards to calculating your financial burden.
Guys as long as your financial documents are legit n amount sufficient u should not have any issues with finances on your visa application, whether u use cc or payslip. Oga Blessed I Hail oooo Please what's the difference between a Verification of Employment Letter and Confirmation of Employment Letter. because I recently came across a post saying the required docs from one's sponsor are: 1. His or her recent 3 months Pays Slips 2. Employment Certificate/Verification of Employment Letter 3. Confirmation of Employment Letter.but you've always said the.... 1) 3 months payslip and 2)confirmation of employment So is it the 3 requirements or the 2requirements?? Please kindly shed more light.....Thanks! |

Bros, I get your point but please take it easy... The information I gathered by just reading this trend for days like am preparing for an exam has actually made me so knowledgeable with the Poland study process and visa requirement that I actually feel I like a Poland travel agent already. However, not everyone has taken the time to go through previous trends that's why you realize "A Question" can be repeated more than fifty times and would still continue to be repeated. Also, the fact the people just lost their hard-earned money we should be a little compassionate because even the wisest can fall victim and a lot of people are getting frustrated with this system and desperate to get an appointment. |

GBAM!!! The TRUTH has been said, so let those who have ears let them hear! The Polish Goverment/Embassy owes us NO explanation... please Let's stop this our sense of entitlement! necz: I read this your post and I laugh at your entitlement mentality.
My dear you're not the first Nigerian to reside abroad; so don't bring your self*sh and entitlement mentality here. If Canada, US, Aussie and UK is that easy, why then are you guys dying to push your brother to Poland? Leave Poland and focus on your UK.
I was expecting you to put Germany on the list with US, UK, Canada and Aussie. Or is Germany not amongst the 6 Big Countries? Why is Germany not using the Online Appointment Portal anymore?
So because you called for just 2weeks for your brother which was unsuccessful, you decided to come and discourage others to leave Poland and divert elsewhere? Tell me one easy & cheap EU country route that you want them to ply.
I saw the recent attacks on the Embassy and I laugh at the ignorance; You lots thinks VISA is your families property or right?. Is it the Embassy's fault that we all can not hold our own leaders accountable or responsible for the messy situation we have manage to put Nigeria into? Is the Polish Embassy the cause of the spiritual problems that befell Nigeria? Is the Embassy the reason why you guys want to run out of Nigeria by force? I just don't understand why you are making the Embassy the Enemy here.
As Nigerians, we're selfish in nature. We're also opportunist. We spoil every opportunity we find promising with our terrible way of thinking and attitude. Have you not heard of those nitwits' so called cultists who are butchering themselves in UAE? They're Nigerians, not UAE citizens. They're N I G E R I A A N S. Some Nigerian ladies too managed to kill a local/citizen in a foreign country and you're here ranting that the Polish Embassy are playing games or that they have an agenda.
We are terrible in nature. We pollute everywhere we go because we have a terrible attitude and we are never patient to follow due process to make it in life.
While I was applying to Germany between 2016 to 2018 before date became scarce like heaven. Nigerians who do not have admission offers yet as at around January-March, will go and request for appointment date via emails because of the fear of lack of sufficient appointment date later on.
As at March we had already booked appointment date to October 2018 while we are still in March 2018. Many never showed up for the interview because they hoped they will gained admission into a German university but they were disappointed as the school couldn't offer them admission. Hence many appointment go to waste, while the genuine candidates with admission couldn't get appointment dates till today.
If you guys like keep on putting pressure on the consulate.
I saw somewhere on Twitter too where some mumu were saying they want to write petition & protest against the Embassy. .....Well, I pray they do sha. So that they can learn their lessens. I remembered; Some people protested at the German Embassy 2019 and last year. Ask them how far their protest has worked for them.I'm sure all of them are at home regretting their actions because the German Consulate cancelled the online booking and they now issue date to candidates at will. So many Germany hopefuls have applied since 2019 and even doing online classes and are yet to get an appointment date.
But you learners are here throwing tantrums at the Polish Embassy. You think the consulate cares about your feelings or how tough their mode of operandi is?
Poland phone call appointment is still by far better than Germany's own. A guy recently told me there was no appointment Date for US visa. How about that?
Let me tell you no one can force the Embassy to change. It is you looking to go and enjoy their country's benefits that will bend to their rules and mode of operandi. And if you think you get Coconut head; Pls go on and insult the Embassy or protest. They will only put more stricter measure in place and it will be more hard for you guys.
Those who have sense will go and do what it takes to get appointment dates. Beg your family members and friends to help you call
Or
Pay for others to get you appointment and Come to Poland.
If una like make una no hear word. A word is enough for the wise
Peace |
