PoliticsRe: Buhari Appoints Tinubu To Head APC Reconciliatory Team by oluwalewis(m): 5:31pm On Feb 06, 2018
plaetton:
This is not about saluting or praise-singing Tinubu .
Are you people too sophisticated to the point of foolishness ?
Can you see how the Fulanis use and dump even the smartest amongst you at will ?

Tinubu built up APC, got Buhari elected.
Buhari messed it up in 3 yrs, and even sidelined and rubbished Tinubu on many fronts.
Buhari puts all his cousins, nephews and kindsmen at every corner of his administration to run Nigeria like their personal fiefdom.

Now that Buhari desperately needs the southwest votes to win next year's presidential election in order to consolidate his final Fulani colonization of Nigeria, once again , he cleverly co-opts Tinubu, flatters him with cheap praises, and sets him to do the hard and dirty work of building unity and consensus, a character strength that he, Buhari, lacks.

Where is the so-called sophistication of Tinubu and the Southwest political intelligentia ?
To be used, rubbished and dumped ?

Fool me once , shame on you.
Fool me twice, shame on me.
To outsmart someone, you need to pull your cards closed to your chest.
you don't need to jump to conclusion, just calm down and see how 2019 election unfolds itself. Only then, can you give your verdict.

A recap of yesterday’s article focused on having a mild but constructive comparism of President Muhammadu Buhari and Alhaji Atiku Abubakar’s attributes toward the 7 focal points previously listed.
Today, I will be focusing on their early lives and upbringing, to make the article reader friendly and interesting, I have decided to write the article using a dialogue pattern between two fictional representatives of these two great men.

EARLY LIFE AND UPBRINGING
The following conversation ensued between their representatives.
PMB rep: Do you know my boss was birthed to a Fulani family on the 17th of December, 1942 in Daura, Katsina State.
AAA rep: I have always known that your boss is older than my boss. My boss was also born to a Fulani family on the 26th of November, 1946 in Jada, Adamawa State.
PMB rep: Your boss is even a small boy!!! My boss is the 23rd child of his father.
AAA rep: KAI!!! Number 23, SMH in capital letters. As for my boss, he is the only child of his parents.
PMB rep: No wonder. I have forgotten to ask my boss the name of his primary school but I know it is in Daura and Mai’dauda.
AAA rep: HABAAAAA!!! Why are you always so forgetful, that was how your boss forgot the full meaning of APC when ex-US President, Barrack Obama asked him.
PMB rep: Is it our fault, don’t you know that Nigeria has lots of issues we are trying to solve.
AAA rep: Continue, there is God.
PMB rep: What is the name of your boss’ primary school or you too have forgotten to ask.
AAA rep: I am not like you. The name of my boss’ primary school is Jada Primary school and he was a pupil from 1954 to 1960.
PMB rep: Alhamdulillahi rabbi l-alamin, I can remember the name of his secondary school.
AAA rep: Are you surehuh
PMB rep: Yes na. Katsina Model School and Katsina Provincial School.
AAA rep: Clap for yourself.
PMB rep: Efiwe, tell me the name of your oga’s secondary school.
AAA rep: Adamawa Provincial Secondary School, Yola.
PMB rep: Where was your oga when my oga joined the Nigerian Military Training College at the age of 19.
AAA rep: He was 15 and was working as a clerk in Ganye Native Authority.
PMB rep: At age 20-21, my oga had travelled to Mous Officer Cadet School in Aldershot, England to undergo officer cadet training. I am sure your boss was still in that village. HAHAHA in Spanish language.
AAA rep: That is true but at the age of 15, he was able to purchase a house for his homeless mother at the cost of nine Pounds Sterling after her family house was sold without her knowledge.
PMB rep: My boss had always wanted to be a herdsman and now, all herdsmen in Nigeria look up to him.
AAA rep: My boss’ father wanted him to be a herdsman or an Islamic scholar but my boss intellectual hyperopia made him see life more than been a herdsman and now, I can say he is a successful business man, a philanthropist and a politician.
PMB rep: Walai, my oga is calling me, he needs my attention.
AAA rep: Are you sure you are not running away.
PMB rep: Please, let’s continue on Thursday.
AAA rep: May Allah keep us till Thursday.
PMB rep: AMIN….

God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Politics2019 Election At A Glance by oluwalewis(op): 6:38am On Dec 20, 2017
2019 AT A GLANCE
Diving into the forecast of who and what may determine our next president, I will try to predict the principles that would dictate how the electorates are likely to vote in the 2019 election. Some prominent names have cropped out as prospective contestants. Among these eminent names come these two bigwigs who are currently been deemed to be the flag bearers of their parties.
The first naturally is President Muhammadu Buhari who has the constitutional rights to seek for a second term. Though, some faces in his party APC are against granting him an automatic power of return considering the example of former President Goodluck Jonathan which is a sensible signal of this likelihood.
The other is the never tiring and consistent ex-Vice-President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the Waziri Adamawa. Despite the fact that some forces within his party PDP who feel threatened may work against him getting a waiver to become the party flagbearer, he is been considered as the only force that can give the APC and the President a run for their money.
However, putting these two prominent men side by side, it is imperative that the electorates focus on their attributes towards these seven focal points before making their decisions.
These focal points are:
 Early life and upbringing
 Occupation
 Making money
 Matter of principles
 Political life
 Achievement while in and out of office
 Giving back to the people.

Starting from tomorrow, we will tackle each point critically and constructively

[quote author=onyegwu post=62773885]Please stop this blind argument just because of hate for Buhari or APC OK! If u will be truthful to ur self how many people benefited from the Sure P compared to Npower ?We are talking of really beneficiaries who receive monthly alert like Npower in Sure P ? The salient submission he made in terms of light is a fact that can be verified OK some places are enjoying good power supply these days I am a witness OK! So please let's applaud the president where he is getting it right rather than spoiling the whole effort with hate please...ease!! In the last adminstration, didn't they increase the price of fuel ?! Since u want to shift the goalpost by saying they doubled the price but yet was it available?! No!! We know where we are going to hold Buhari things like security of lives of every Nigerian and ethnic divisions which we know he has to sit-up and show that he is not

it is no news that Jonathan's regime was a failure and that was why APC was voted in to power.
comparing buhari's regime to jonathan's regime only shows that both regimes failed woefully.
I am neither in support of jonathan nor buhari cos i don't celebrate mediocrity.

HtwoOw:
This one won't trend, as a matter of fact , some idiots are already attributing it to 2019

Buhari is a good man with a good heart, some of these bad belle can afford data today because NPower employed and pays them

Many kids still feed free in schools today

Power is better in some areas where people don't bomb pipelines, even Lagos and Ibadan have experienced changes

Jonathan owed 6 months allocation hence why governors couldn't pay up to 13 months salary , Buhari cleared that

Same Buhari bailed them out and shared Paris funds

Same Buhari paid contractors who stopped major constructions because they had not been paid (Lagos - Ibadan expressway among other projects)

Over 2 years now , there's no fuel scarcity and nobody is selling above the Federally regulated Price , No long queues , NO Soldiers flogging you for not removing your vehicle fast enough for them to refill

Bad belle will always be bad belle
so also was said about Jonathan been a good man,
why should there be queue at the filling station when fuel price was almost doubled.
concerning power supply, don't go there unless you have more verifiable facts.
just because you are a beneficiary of npower does not mean there is any major diff btw npower and sure p.
in conclusion, how many kids do you know that feeds free daily in schools.

What brought this govt to power is the same thing that is ruining it- propaganda. After condemning pdp, they got to power and all they can do is still blame pdp for their failures.
Excuse is the trademark of failure.
APC and Buhari has failed.
It is time that a young innovative and foresight in candidate contest for presidency.
we are tired of recycling this old men that have analog brains in this digital world.

just thinking out loud.

Now you are beginning to talk off point....
We are not talking about who should cheat or who shouldn't cheat but about the scenario the Op painted. 8 out 10 such scenarios will always end up true.
My problem is not with who she calls sweetie but her blatant disregard for the Op's feelings with that my life my business statement. That's a big indication of the Op's place her life, and I can categorically tell she ain't loyal to him.
Why should the Op care about how she feels when the feeling is not mutual?
Stop making it look as if such behavior is normal, I can bet my ass she won't take it either angry
now i understand u.
i would also advise the guy not to read too much meaning but instead should focus on his personal devt towards success. it is hard for a lady to ignore a successful man knowing that many girls are waiting on the queue for hin

What I'm saying is the girl the Op talked about can't be trusted after such incident. She's already giving subtle hints, you don't need to wait till she uses his dp frequently..
A cheating partner would try to be as discreet as possible. Judging by her behavior and reaction to how he felt is a red flag.
I'm not saying that he should dump her straight away but he should lower his expectations in order to cope if the roof comes crashing down m
Just because a gf does not use another guy's pix on her dp does not mean she should be trusted, she may even be worse than the gf that used another guy's pix on her dp.
The girl is only celebrating him on his bday which is normal. Just as guys want freedom in relatnshps so also should ladies have their freedom.
If married women cheat, tell my why can't a gf that u r yet to put a ring on her finger not cheat but all i am saying is don't choke or her accuse her falsely base on ungrounded reasons, let her enjoy the relatnshp so that if incase u guys broke up,she would have a good story to tell her next bf about you and how she missed you.

Like I said, if you have never been down that road, then you won't understand what it feels like angry
The guy said one particular guy's pictures was constant which i also mentioned of earlier.
i said you can start suspecting her if:

1. She uses the phrase 'MY' e.g my sweetie
2. if a particular guy's pictures was been used regularly
3. if she chats/calls a particular guy.

but according to the story, the guy never mentioned she using the guy's pix always.

i rest my case

Just like Joephat claimed, girls like this are the ones that infects you with STIs without even knowing angry...

this is pure salutation and as i said earlier i would only get suspicious when i see her use his pictures frequently on dp/they call eachother a lot or she uses the phrase "my"

i must confess to see you take it personal cos she has done nothing wrong.
it is just same as you calling a lady sunshine, gorgeous, beautiful, love, etc.
if she had written hbd MY sweetie, then you are in trouble or you see her using the guy's pictures a lot.
All you've done now is to show your lack of maturity and insecurity and trust me when i say she will capitalise on that.
