ar u cheap?
What tha!!!! Mr Expensive, the question specifically asked about your ''last'' and ''first''. Not ''what all what you ate on the 31st and on the 1st''. Was far from home as i was in prayercity where we were asked to bring juice and fruit. You mean you would have preferred me coming here to claim what never happened? You had better grow up if you think you can judge people based on their comments on NL. Those over-hyped ladies and guys you may be hero-worshipping may just be some wannabes out their, you sound like a toddler operating a phone, not even a teenager.
BTW, its too early for you to show those symptoms of last year please......angry

josh001: I really am sorry omotola for not posting the whole prophecies, the prophecy for first borns all over is for them to be wary and prayerful. To those doubting the authenticity of the prophecies, it is evident you have deliberately chosen to turn a deaf ear and i doubt any argument can convince you to do otherwise. The bible says my people perish, for lack of knowledge, for christians, prophecies are an integral part of our beliefs, prophets are part of the body of christ. For those despising these prophecies, pls do yourselves a favor and go read 1 thess 5 vs 20, @ pagan 9ja, yes, this year is one of monumental failure for the occult and to think this is the 2nd MOG saying this gives credence to this prophecy. For numbers 23 vs 23 shall be activated in full force. I do not expect an atheist to take these because he does not know God, modern day pastors who do not let people tap into the power and fire and only do motivation have led people into thinking xtianty is like all other, there is power in just the name of Jesus, there is the supernatural you do not knw, once you know this, you would lose your athetism sharp sharp.
God bless you real good!!! smileysmiley

I don't like to argue but I have to post this whether you believe it or not, the 2013 prophecy by Dr. D.K Olukoya, came to pass. Let's look at the issue of great spark of rebellion, ASUU strike and other strikes is a good example, also the political crisis in the nation is also a great sign of the spark of rebellion. And other prophecies came to pass. And Thank God that you know Christ, the Bible said touch not my anointed and do my prophet no harm. So mind what you say about pastors and prophets. Leave everything to God to judge the evil pastors, don't judge.
Happy New Year.
Hmmm......i am glad you are aware of some symbolic and paradoxical use of words adopted by Dr DK smileysmiley
you just proved that you have a discerning spirit.

Yes, it's easy, but consider his age, 12, and the brain pollution of this our generation, the boy really tried. Psalm 119 is long enough to be a textbook you know. Lol
God bless you, in a generation where many teens and youths will rather memorise slangs, rap, hip-hop music and all, i am telling you, it takes extra discipline to just sit down to READ your bible, let alone commiting it to memory.

Can you reproduce his 2013 prophecies and check of if/how they all came true as you posted above

I believe the Bible says we should put ALL those who claim to represent God to us to test so as to ascertain how genuine they are, nor be so?
I bet you dont know DR DK Olukoya one bit, he doesnt claim to represent God and he is a bundle of humility not an egocentric, over-confident, i-am-your-messiah kind of pastor that you may have come across or heard about. Besides, if you have heard him preach before, you possibly could have heard him saying it that ''MFM pastors are always at the receiving end'' and in a ministry like MFM, if you think you being a pastor is for showmanship or for feeling fly, then i bet you are playing with fire. Well, you may not understand me if you arent in the ministry, but so many strange people come to test the power of God. If you are even just an Usher sef, you know what you are in for, let alone a pastor.

And talking about the prophecies you asked about, i cant type out anything at all, but if you dont mind, you can clear your doubts by asking around from a friend who has it with him/her, or betterstill, google it out if it appears and fill your eyes and clear your doubts......smileysmileysmiley

My sister, What that small boy did is easy. Read your psalms repeatedly. Its quite easy to memorise. I know psalm 91, 27 and143 off head. Trust me there is power in the psalms of david when u read it wiv faith
What the boy did isnt so easy as you think, besides, it takes courage, as in extra-much courage to face such a crowd, you really know how prayer city is massive now. Thanks a lot for your advice ma, i will take to it. I know psalm 91 and 27 offhand too as a member of MFM.

Miscellaneous: Commentary Remarks for DELSU

Delsu has always displayed an unimaginable performance and I always watch them with keen interest as they do their job. But, however, their last two debates were marred by their inability to refute opponents argument(rebuttal) properly even when I, everyone, had expected them to do it nicely and neatly. Considering the quality of the unilag reps, I know they must have by now been preparing themselves to work on this deficient area of Delsu if they are to pull more points against them, no doubt. Unlike Dr Amanda, Maxwellokuma and Epaul need to be firm and consistent when refuting arguments. Also, looking at the last outing of Delsu which was characterized by dullness, inanimateness and lifelessness; although they won, one would have expected them to score an excellent victory over Abuzaria, but, again, since they lack the vigour in the rebuttal stage, they lost valuable points even when they were two (epaul vs maxwellokuma) against abuzaria's finest, mhyke. I, sincerely, expected them to show a high degree of knowledge on a favourable topic as: “childhood experience is responsible for how people turn out? ”

I am always of the opinion that the quality of a good speaker is only seen in an impromptu speech but sadly, Delsu lacks this spice—inability to puncture and amend punctured arguments very well. The only saving grace of Delsu is the presence of Epaul and this is attributed to his quality presentation and excellent writeup which has always been seasoned with fine connectivity and with such writeup still in the judges' frame of mind, Delsu will surely attract more points to herself despite her shortcomings.

Although Delsu has all the quality debaters you can think of , if they are to see the very face of next round, Epaul and Dr Amanda need to walk side by side to tread the harsh terrain of Unilag, a formidable opponent. Truly, while Epaul needs to prove his worth, Delsu needs to step-up their game.

Thanks.
Thanks for the remarks. Butwont you talk about OAU too? Dont you want us to learn from you Wont you say something about us Dont you want us to come up with something stronger next timesad

Hmmm.......well lets hear from the boss himself in person of Seun Osewa about how he feels about this or him giving it a thought. Perhaps he sees them as a source of distraction when on fp or something, but personally, i think e-debates deserve to be on fp, not just a thing that just a few people are aware of. It should be made known to a wide no of people if not all.

Nice prophecies. His prophecies always turn out to be true. I hope all first born make it a point of duty to connect themselves with their source(God) so they dont get wasted. That was prophecy no 24. @op your list isnt complete. It should be 30.

Those prophecies are eye openers for those who are wise and who are willing to listen. May God help us grow in grace this year ooo. As it was decreed and declared by our GO at prayer city early this morning, this year is ''our year of Extra-ordinary Deliverance and advancement'' Exo 12:13, Obad 1:17 and Luke 14.

Happy new year to Nairalanders.

Phew!!! Still this doesnt correlate with the pairing order. We should be tackling the ASUU and not the FG...... I hope this wouldnt lead to a situation whereby all 4 debaters will be taking on the FG as the topic itself is misleading, to avoid that, dont confuse us here. UNN should tackling the FG while OAU the ASUU.... That is the order with which the topic was given. Your explanation is even confusing me the more.

Anyway, i have no say here.......

Quatermaine: You just have to. grin..

Meanyle, why did you not rep OAU ?
We are a team made up of 4 debaters, 2 pairs, so in every round, a guy and a girl shows up, just like the first, it was Oluwatola5 and Cimitidine, and the next was Davo93 and Miracy. So we rotate it till we get to the final stage. But to every law there is an exception, they may be one anyways.
Education / Re: Nairaland Interschool Debate. :::Planning Thread by Oluwatola5(f): 4:54pm On Dec 30, 2013
Fynest i beg to differ sir, look into that OAU's topic, if we are to support the FG that means we didnt come 8th in the last challenge and the fixture should have been ''OAU(supporting)VS UNN(Opposing)'' and not ''UNN(supporting) VS OAU(Opposing)''. Now to avoid getting things mixed up, let each stick to its own. Since the topic says ''FG/ASUU'' every normal human being will presume his side judging from if his/her team name appeared first. I hope i am communicating here? Besides, i have written my essay already, since yesterday and i am on the opposing side. Remember all winner 1,2,3,4, are supporters team while winners 5,6,7 and 8 are opposers. So we are opposing the motion, no going back.

Are we talking about the tradition of a people or the worship system aka religion? Because they are two different aspects of humanity you can't blame one upon the other

Besides I explained killing of twins weren't out of wickedness but FEAR, When you see a strange animal in ur house wat do u want to do it? Kill it and rid urself from any possible danger

And I told u killing of twins have nothing to do with Yoruba so why bring up the bold. And by the way I feel I don't need to tell you this seeing that you are Yoruba...even though you wish to be a disgrace to ur ancestors and become a prodigal by slaving urself to Jewish masters you should at least know heritage.

And by saying "superstition" you realize that those people couldn't be blamed, superstition is mostly driven by fear and the need to avoid dangers by not taking any risks.

Again show me how killing of twins has anything to do with Paganic worship? Wat God told calabar people to kill twins for he loves twin blood?

Your ignorance is very clear
OH Lord!!!!!! I give up, do, say and think whatever you please!!!!

Killing of twins has nothing to do with religion; it's tradition, back then people killing twins was out of fear because they thought twins were too strange to be a good thing.

And it was not done universally many cultures have a high place for twins eg. Yoruba and Edo, twins to these traditionalist are beautiful gifts from the Gods, we even have a deity that parents honor if they wish for twins(Orisha Ibeji)

Killing of twins have never been regarded as Religious or Godly Service, Give me the name of the God they were sacrificing the twins to if you know wat you are saying.
There's a difference between Religion, Culture, Tradition and language.

At least I can swear by Ifa that killing of twins is not and was never part of my ancestors.

All these things they taught u in school about Mary slessor is BS because she never lived anywhere outside Calabar...abi is Calabar now used to compare the whole world
Hello!!! Tradition and paganism are intertwined. Using yourself as a typical example, you belong to the Oduduwa(should i say team, fan or disciples) and i am so sure of it that you will gladly accept their ''traditions'' hook, line and sinker. So why trying to seperate it now Was it not out of superstitious beliefs that twins were killed them? Now i ask, as a traditionalist that i believe you are, are you putting it straight to me now that you dont believe in superstition If you do, them believe it or not, the killing of twins belonged to your domain, it may have been stopped now, but it existed once upon a time....smiley
