paris10: Don’t be naive guys. Anyone could come up with bs analysis. You wouldn’t know the worth of your country until some foreigners gives you a lowdown of your country. Nigeria is rich & beautiful. Top 2 richest in Africa.
If its rich in natural resources, I will agree with you. But if its in the cost of living and life expectancy, then we still have a long way to go.
XerXers: No be by IGR or federal allocation or having richest people or skyscrapers or the so called "infrastructure". Rich countries or Rich State is measured by GDP per Capita
Then why are people celebrating Cardosso as regards foreign reserves?
Wisdomkosi: Bolt Driver Apologizes to Hon Alex Ikwechegh Over Provocation, Begs Nigerians for Forgiveness
By Wisdom Nwedene
A Bolt Driver, Stephen Abuwatseya has finally apologised to House of Representatives member representing ABA North/South of Abia State in the National Assembly, Hon. Alex Ikwechegh for insulting him when he went to deliver a package to him.
In a video personally released to the press, Mr Abuwatseya begged Nigerians to forgive him and equally move forward.
According to him, "Good day, Nigerians. My name is Stephen Abuwatseya. I had a misunderstanding with Rt. Hon. Alex Mascot Ikwechegh a few days ago. I actually want to apologize to him for whatever I must have said or done to provoke him to that level of anger. I want to tell Nigerians that it’s not time for us to start dividing ourselves based on religion, tribes, or regions. We should actually come together, see how we can unite this nation and move it forward."
Abuwatseya continued, calling for unity and forgiveness. “Please, Nigerians, let’s forgive and forget, as it’s even contained in our Lord’s Prayer, that ‘Lord, please forgive us, as we forgive those who trespass against us.' For there is no justice without forgiveness. Thank you very much."
In his heartfelt message, the driver also took time to thank his family and well-wishers for their support. "I want to use this medium to thank my family members, my parents, my brothers, my uncles, and everybody that stood by me. I want to appreciate all of you. I love you all. Thank you. God bless Nigeria."
This apology comes just days after Ikwechegh himself issued a public statement, acknowledging his actions and expressing regret over his behavior during the altercation. In a message posted on his Instagram account, the lawmaker apologized to the Uber driver, the Nigerian Police Force, and the National Assembly, asserting that his actions fell short of the standards expected from a public officeholder regardless of how intense the Provocation must have been.
Ikwechegh explained that he had engaged in alternative dispute resolution with Abuwatseya, which led to a "mutual and respectful agreement" between the two parties.
...and the bills and tariff will go up, right? And when they citizens complain, they will now come up with a funny statistics that Nigerians are paying the lowest electricity bill in the world, right?

I was at the WTO, I won't name the minister from another country. He was telling me we need to give up some of the things we were doing because of colonialism and because they needed time to develop. These arguments are a scam. Don't fall for it. We need to make sure that we put the UK first, we have to look after ourselves." Interviewer: "Those advocating for reparations will say, shouldn't we make up for the damage we did through slavery? As a black woman saying this they may find that hard to understand from you". Kemi:"Well, there are many things that the British empire got wrong. There are many amazing things that the British Empire also did and we need to be honest about that and stop pretending that it was all bad".
Gistmedia10: In a viral video that's got everyone talking, a Nigerian slay queen took to social media to showcase her recent “achievement” — a sleek new Mercedes-Benz — while proudly flaunting her curves. Standing in front of her freshly acquired whip, she celebrated by twerking and walking around the car, captioning the footage with: "Congratulations to me, it’s a new Benz season… Benz or nothing… hard work is paying off, purr."
The video has sparked a flurry of reactions online, with some netizens applauding her confidence and hard work, while others speculated that her success might involve more than meets the eye. Comments like "Nawa oo, see wetin girls dey use yansh dey do" reflect the mixed opinions, with some users joking that she might have had a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). Others added, "Prime Waters estate and BBL na 5&6. They use BBL to compete in that estate no cap."
But didn't the Army said in their press statement that there's nothing like "Acting" in the Nigerian Army? There's something that they aren't telling us.
Gistmedia10: How did he manage to convince them? Think about it—over 100 married women, many of whom were the wives of dignitaries. It wasn’t money, and it certainly wasn’t hunger that compelled them; these women had everything they needed. So, what was the allure? He wasn’t even the most handsome man in the country, and it wasn’t power either, given that many of these women were married to some of the most powerful men there.
Did Baltazar use some form of spiritual influence, like voodoo, juju, or even a sexual spell to manipulate them? What makes this situation even scarier is that his primary targets were the wives of influential figures. How could they let him record their encounters without fear of exposure? It’s chilling to consider how he managed to operate in plain sight.
This raises a critical point for men everywhere: it might be time to monitor your wives’ activities closely. Because even the most devoted spouse could unknowingly become someone else’s secret 'toy.'
These are adults and no one was raped. There are men and women that have done more than this man. They all enjoyed it.
I dare this man to come and say this at Alaba market. He should not come with any police escort. Or better still, let him say it at any gathering of youths.
Gistmedia10: In a viral scene that’s sparking reactions across social media, a young man in Ogun State, specifically in Igbesa, decided to take back the business center kiosk he had set up for his girlfriend after discovering she cheated on him. The incident, caught on camera, shows the two locked in a public tussle over the kiosk, with the man determined to reclaim what he saw as rightfully his, despite the girlfriend’s resistance.
As the couple dragged the kiosk along a bustling road, stunned onlookers gathered, unsure whether to intervene or simply watch. The footage has since become a hot topic, with viewers sharing their thoughts. One commenter joked, “Make he shA no drink the pepper soup wae she go carry come beg,” a pointed reference to a recent incident where a girl allegedly poisoned her ex-boyfriend and his friends with pepper soup.
The spectacle of the kiosk scuffle has left netizens both amused and concerned, as many debated the wisdom of gifting assets in relationships. Some called the man’s act justified, while others saw the scene as a reflection of relationship drama gone too far.
Why has Tony declined to give the actual price? Let the marketers go for the cheaper price, after all they were once accused for the high price of petrol. The movie just got interesting.
