Forget matter my brother,Iheanacho is a very young boy ooo. It was obvious he was frustrated not just by his lackluster performance on that day but his club career was also shaky. This was too much for young man of his age and it takes a wise person to see that. Remember I was one of Iheanacho worst critics when Good Joe and Nerd were keeping confidence in him despite his once famous BAD FIRST TOUCH. There is no arrogance this is something you are making up. Against Poland all the fks were for right footers. In my mind Nacho was our set piece taker until he pulled that stunt against SA. In reality he is lucky to even be on the team let alone be an option which he still is. You can believe that Moses forcefully takes all our set pieces, the coach obviously made that decision that he is number one.

If Nacho is not in the team who would ? From early on Nacho showed what he is made of and a lot of responsibility was placed on the young man. He struggled and did it with grace and class. The boy is young with alot of years ahead of him,he went through a rough patch at Man City where he was not considered and that had affected his confidence. Against Cameroon Ighalo could have scored 2 goals if it wasn't for Victor Moses. Ighalo can score a lot of goals if the players around him can understand his style...If Ighalo blends with Nacho as a support striker it will prove deadly. Ighalo will never click with Victor Moses...He needs to be paired with Nacho or Iwobi ,players with more vision and less dribble.

Ighalo may not score goals but trust me his a bully forget the fine face he can definitely make a defender make Error404 leading to unnecessary card!!!!

Forget his goal drought for Super Eagles Ighalo is not just strong but highly skillful and technical.

Simon helped the defence a lot on that game that was where he was mostly useful. He missed a golden chance , created an easy chance for Mr wasteful VicMo to score and wasn't successful with a lot of his dribbles .

Simon being out due to injury has boosted Simy's chances. As you rightly said Ighalo can play from the wings in which case simy can top strike.

But Ighalo may only play on the wings if any two Of Moses, Iwobi and Musa are not on the pitch.Which is not very likely.

Rohr had said he picked 2 players in each position first before a meeting with all the rest of the staff to decide the remaining players to make the 30 man list. I want to guess that there might be a call up to replace Moses Simon. Success, Onyekuru? Have your guess.. unless Rohr is satisfied with Lokosa as a winger. Just thinking.

Ighalo can play from the wing but that will eliminate the only top 9 we have....Rohr should have considered a 35 man list.

Aina can play both feet but his right is obviously stronger. Rohr has assigned him to the left full back where he is competing with two people who seems to be ahead of him in the pecking order. Something in me, just something tells me Aina can silence Shehu if given a chance in the right full back.

Iheanacho seem to have carried his form over from Leicester.

What are the facts. It's not by saying Iwobi is a starter. Something that is arguable? Humility017 rightly opined that it depends on tactics. And if we look back at the WCQ it is hard to say who between them is a starter.
If it's your opinion or sentiment then I'd rest it but if it's based on facts it's very debatable.

There in no tactics employed by Rohr that will start Simon ahead of Iwobi,for now....They are not fighting for shirt. Simon is not an integral part of the team because he can be easily replaced and forgotten,on the other hand Iwobi is one of our best players.

Its very clear that Simon will not start ahead of a fit Iwobi. Rohr started him against Zambia just to retain the team momentum.

Guys, please answer this question. What exactly does Simon Moses bring to the table because I am lost here. And if I can remember vividly the only reason Simon got into that team was because of Ahmed Musa's dip in form.
