Xlad: Nice and same observation.. Between him and Kelechi Nwakali, I will go for KN.. There is no comparison between KN and Ejaria. Nwakali is light years ahead of Ejaria. Forget the English hype. If Nwakali was English he will be manning Man U central midfield with ridiculous salary. |

jotey: I disagree with you on ejaria...did you watch him against Korea? he was classy...he also played well today nd I wonder why you rate him so low Abeg, there is nothing special about Ejaria. Dude plays like a 5yrs old. Unnecessary dribble and wayward passes. He has no vision. All those English groomed players never impress me,just few. Tell me when last we had an English-Nigerian player that blew your mind ? They are at best just average. |

Icon4s: They have to work very hard to earn the place. Most of those players making waves in that SE team are U21 so they all fall into the same age grade. Nwakali,Orji and Osimhen need more playing time so we can assess them properly. Beside that ,we have some very good reliable hands that will be difficult to displace. In the attack we have Iheanacho,Iwobi,Onyekuru,Musa,Victor Moses,Simon Moses,Isaac Success,Musa ,Kayode,Ideye,Ighalo. Out of these players these weakest ones are Simon Moses and Musa but like I said Orji and Osimhen can't just walk into this team...They will sweat it out. In the midfield we have Etebo,Mikel,Agu,Ndidi,Ogu,Onazi,Agbo. Out of all these players the only true attacking midfielder we have is Etebo and I know we play Mikel in that position because he insists he want to play there but I don't consider Mikel an attacking midfielder. Meanwhile,Nwakali can attack and defend but he is not ready. Out of all the youngsters we have coming up I am more confident about Nwakali because the boy is fearless. |

forgiveness: First of all, we never knew Etebor and Iwobi could play dat position until they were given the chance to prove themselves despite the fact that they were nobodies before they played for the national team.
Ironically, Abdul Ajagun who was already an established player with Panathinaikos, and was very much influential to them lifting the Greek version of FA cup, helped them to place 2nd twice in the league, and played in both the Europa and Champions league qualifiers was mischievously, deliberately and unjustly overlooked for an academy player and a NFL player.
Now, you are asking who is better.
I will say give him also the chance to prove himself but until them, i go dey talk.
However, Abdul is better than Eteboh.
He is better than Iheancho, Iwobi, Aluko and Etebor when it comes to playing more than 5 roles effectively.
Abdul can do better. Next. You just talk for talking sake. These are your wishes ,that Ajagun is better than Iwobi,Iheanacho and WORK HORSE OGHENEKARO. So,if you are made the coach you will start Ajagun ahead of any of these guys ? This is probably why another Onigbinde will never coach a Nigerian team again. Why don't you invite Azeeze,Awoniyi and Gbolahan and start them. |

TheGoodJoe: Awaziem who has started games for Porto and played against Benfica and had a good game is a small pikin. Awaziem is not a tested defender. I rather have an untested player in the midfield than throw in a green horn in the defense. Its very dangerous. Assuming Onazi is in the camp would you start Agu ahead of him ? |
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by OMANBALA1: 12:20pm On Jun 03, 2017 |
TheGoodJoe: So far, Awaziem stood out from the defenders. If Omeruo outperforms him in training, he has my full support. If he does not, then it is riskier fielding him. We must look to fielding the best. When Omeruo returned unfit against South Africa, we paid dearly for relying on his experience. Just as we paid for relying on Yobo's experience in the World Cup. In when Omeruo made his last error for the Super Eagles, experience was not there to help him.
Fielding the best player will always be the best solution. As for the young Ajax team, they overachieved. From a team flogged out of the Champions League to a team that gave Manchester United a run for their money.
I have seen numerous experience players make childish errors. Just like Drogba's childish defending in the Champions league finals against Bayern Munich. Lucky Robben missed the penalty. A highly experienced Deimeichelis made repeated Childish errors playing for City. Let me not go to Eguavoen.
We need the best in each role. You don start again with your training ground drill performance abi?? You wan carry small pikin wey dey play for B team go play crazy South Africans. I hail ooo A fit Omeruo can't sit on the bench for Awaziem. |

safarigirl: abeg, we are used to Musa and his flash in the pan moments, funny enough they always come with two goals. No be new wife cause am, after all, he had better luck with the old one.
Next game, he will return to his usual okada without control self You and I are on the same page with with Musa. If Victor Moses was around I will not play Musa. |

zicky: I bet you if Omeruo had play the game yesterday, the match would've ended 3-1. Error full the guy body, the s/Africa and Zambia game comes to mind. Omeruo is another Yobo in the making...Error prone. And its sad because the guy held so much promise and now he can't even stand on his two feet. Omeruo has regressed a lot. Very sad. Dude should sit up and stop dozing off. |

Joebie: na wa SkySports: Ahmed Musa (Nigeria) right footed shot from more than 35 yards to the high centre of the goal.
Twitter.com/NGSuperEagles says For Nigeria's goal, Togo's GK Alassani spilled Iwobi's cross along Musa's path. The Leicester City forward slots in beautifully.
wonders shall never end Musa with his one goal in a million years performance. |
